Published Disyembre 4, 2015 by jptan2012

Between the upcoming books, the Sutra & Mantra Retreat and the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual that is happening in February of 2016, and of course my business, I now running out of banked stories. As you most know I write my stories in advance and I usually have one month’s worth of banked stories which are posted via an automatic scheduled posting. However, due to the things I mentioned above and doing the chart and analysis for my 2016 forecast and of course the changes that’s going to happen to his blog, I just have my hands tied. In between all these things I have accommodated some very urgent personal consultations! These are all taking time away from writing.

So today’s post is going to be something short and sweet. Literally sweet.

If you find somebody feeling a little down and having a spade of bad luck and you want to help him or her have a boost of yang energy of good luck. Do this simple ritual. Give them some fruits, make sure that the fruits that you give are sweet fruits and not sour. You can also give them some colorful cakes. This simple ritual coupled with your concern and act of kindness shall give the person a boost of some good chi!fresh-fruitsRainbowOverloadCake

Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual, Sutra & Mantra Retreat, and Feng Shui Book: An Update

Published Nobyembre 10, 2015 by jptan2012

It was pretty obvious that I made a mistake by scheduling to post two articles yesterday. Namely:

As you know I write my blog articles in advance and I just post them via an automatic scheduled posting everyday. So even if you receive emails or get to see that I have articles everyday, it doesn’t mean that I’m online everyday. However, yesterday two articles was a mistake in the sense that the second article should have been posted today. So instead I’m making a short update about some things today.

First, the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual, people are asking as to why it can’t be opened for everybody, the first and primary reason is because a big portion of the ritual is also to reenergize the Vajrapani Ruels, and second we expect that family members of the people who has the Vajrapani Ruel will want to attend also and an empowerment ritual will need to have a manageable group because it involves several dharma exercises that has to be closely monitored thus the need to limit it to the people who has the Vajrapani Ruel and their families and friends.

Second, regarding the Sutra & Mantra Retreat, my Guru Lama has instructed me to accept as many as I can, since it is being offered for free. However, I have explained to him that I will need to put a cap on the pre-registration because I need to talk with the temple. So it is in this regard that I announce that pre – registration is only until Nov. 30, 2015, after that I will no longer accept participants. Please note when you pre – registered it doesn’t mean that you are obligated to attend.

Again, I would like to reiterate that these activities are absolutely free! The Sangha offering and the materials for the offering mentioned previously are absolutely voluntary.

Lastly, so far the Feng Shui book with the Vajrapani Ruel Stories is still on tract, soon we will have a photo shoot with some of the people who shared their testimonials. We also hope to have a book launch where you’ll get to me some of the people who have experienced Vajrapani Ruel miracles, at any rate if you don’t get to make it to the book launch, you’ll get to reread their stories in the book, but this time will be a putting a face and real name to some of them.

Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual and Namo Amituofo: Some Clarifications

Published Nobyembre 5, 2015 by jptan2012

I received a lot of questions and clarifications about the “Sutra & Mantra Retreat and Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual” that my Guru Lama is conducting early next year here in the Philippines and also about my post earlier entitled – NAMO AMITUOFO.

Let me address first the questions about the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual. The two – day Sutra and Mantra retreat is going to be from 6:30AM to 2:30PM, I think I wrote 2:30AM as pointed out by some readers. The Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual meanwhile is from 6:30AM to 11:30AM followed by a vegetarian lunch then we will resume at 1:00PM to 5:00PM. From 5PM onwards, Guru Lama will do short one – on – one blessings and handing over of a special Bodhisattva Vajrapani pendant, again everything is for free.

In my previous post I said Guru Lama will give out free Lama Atisha Amulet or Four Dharmakaya Relic Mantras Amulet, this is going to be given to those who attended the 2 – day sutra and mantra retreat. These will be given only on the second day.

Going back to the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual, at 6PM we will have a vegetarian dinner. Again all these are free.

However, as clarified with my Guru Lama during the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual we will have the following:

Incense Offering

Lamp Offering

Fruit Offering

Flower Offering

Gem Offering

It is encourage for all participants to participate in all 5 offerings or in any of the offerings, but this is purely voluntary. For the incense offering, a donation of five pesos is requested to cover the cost of the incense, and 50 pesos as a donation for the lamp. For the fruit and flower you can bring your own fruits (except durian, marang, rambutan) and flowers. For the gem offering you can bring a mala, or any small gem or semi – precious stone, either real or faux will do. All these items will be donated to the host temple. I’m currently talking two different temples and possible three. We need a big hall because of the number of interested participants. I would like to clarify that the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual is open to only those who has the Vajrapani Ruel but that person can bring as many people as he/she wants as long as they register in advance. For those coming abroad we can help suggest a hotel near the temple and as of now we are trying to look for a sponsor who will shuttle those coming from other countries.

Another clarification, NAMO AMITUOFO is not only for the dead or dying. You can chant Namo Amituofo any time and it will bring you immense blessings and protection but chanting to the dying will ease his transition to his next life. A reader called me alarmed because she chanted Namo Amituofo and she thought it might bring her bad luck because she thought it is for the dead only.

Sutra & Mantra Retreat and Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual!

Published Nobyembre 4, 2015 by jptan2012

I have always believe in the power of chanting mantras and reciting / reading sutras. When people get in touch with me asking for the Vajrapani Ruel and because they can’t afford it or its not available at the time of request, I always tell them to chant some mantras or recite some sutras because these are very powerful tools or rituals that can help us surpass our problems. In fact, regular readers of this blog will see some personal testimonies of readers who simply chanted some mantras and were able to get their wishes.

That is why I’m very happy to announce that my Guru Lama is coming to the Philippines early next year to do a two – day Sutra and Mantra retreat and one day Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual. What’s even better is that the retreat and the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual are going to be absolutely free!

I can’t clearly express as to what are the benefits of chanting a mantra and reciting a sutra because the wonderful blessings that one can get from them if properly done is simply enormous. It has the power to heal the sick, turn bad luck into good luck, create some wealth and financial luck. If these things are done for our recently departed relatives, it may give them a chance to be reborn with a good life.

The Sutra and Mantra retreat is going to be for 2 days from 6:30AM to 2:30AM straight! It seems quite tiring, but the truth is it’s not and if one is in the middle of it you’ll feel that 8 hours is simply nothing. Nevertheless, we’ll have 5 minutes bathroom break every hour or every hour ninety minutes, depending on the mantra and sutra being chanted or recited. On the first two days, which is the Sutra and Mantra retreat, we will be chanting and reciting different mantras and sutra for 8 hours each day straight! Well…almost straight!

On the third day, my Guru Lama is going to conduct a Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual or Puja.

What is an empowerment ritual or puja?

An empowerment ritual or puja is a ritual that is headed by a certified Lama that invokes the power of a Buddha or Bodhisattva or Deity. This is to request blessings and protection from the Buddha or Bodhisattva or Deity being invocated. This kind of ritual is rarely done in the Philippines and one needs a highly ordained monk or lama to be able to do this. For this particular empowerment ritual, we are invocating Vajrapani Bodhisattva, to get to know more about Vajrapani Bodhisattva please read my post called – THE WORLD’S MOST POWERFUL AMULET IN THE BUDDHIST PANTHEON CALLED VAJRAPANI RUEL.

Vajrapani Bodhisattva is primarily a protective bodhisattva but as you see in the various testimonials of people who has requested for the Vajrapani Ruel, a lot of these involve other things which is other than simply protection. For you to know more about these miracles you read some of the stories you can find below.

I will announce the exact date and time and location of the Sutra and Mantra Retreat and the Vajrapani Empowerment Ritual once we have finalized the details but this is confirmed and will happen soon after Chinese New Year of 2016.

As mentioned these events are absolutely free of charge. A reader who has experienced a Vajrapani Ruel miracle has committed to sponsor the vegetarian lunch (although it is going to be served after the retreat which is after 2:30pm). The vegetarian lunch is going to be cooked by Buddhist nun and volunteers of the host temple. Please note that although this is free we encourage you to bring some fruits as an offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. We will also encourage you to give a Sangha Offering, which is customary for every Buddhist ritual. A Sangha Offering is done by giving you a red envelope and you can put any amount inside the envelope, which you will then offer on the altar. The money inside can be as low as twenty – five centavos and nobody will know the amount that you will put because it will be then passed on to the host temple without being opened. We do this because the host temple will have some expenses by hosting us that goes to electricity, water, incense, and manpower.

As early as now I will also like to say that during these events no late comers will be allowed to join, and we will start promptly using the Philippine Standard Time as our official time. Should you feel that the even is taxing and tedious we suggest you leave during one of the bathroom breaks, but once you leave you will not be allowed to enter again. This is because in events like this we have to be very conscious that you don’t disturb the presiding lama and the participant. Phones are also going to be collected for safekeeping. No phones and/or any gadgets are allowed inside the ceremony hall to preserve the solemnity of the hall and the retreat or ritual.

I’m sure a lot of you will be asking as to what are the Sutras and Mantras that we are going to recite and chant. Please see the list below in no particular order.

You will be ask to bring your Vajrapani Ruel so that my Guru Lama can further empower it.
