Like most Buddhas or Bodhisattvas, paying homage to White Tara is quite easy but you have to have faith and belief with White Tara.
Some of the simplest way to pay homage to White Tara is having her image in your house. A figurine might be difficult to get so a thangka will also be very good. Try to offer white flowers to White Tara every week.
Wearing an image of the White Tara, specially if its made of meteorite, if you can get one, is also a great way to pay homage of White Tara.
Most important of all saying her mantra 108 times a day is a great way of paying homage to White Tara. There are 2 versions of the White Tara mantra, differing only slightly. I’ll share them both here.
1st Version: OM TARE TUTTARE TURE AYUR JNANA HRIH DRUM SOHA (also spelled as SVAHA)
2nd Version: OM TARE TUTTARE TURE MAMA AYUR PUNYE JNANA PUSHTIM KURU SOHA
Since a lot of you ask me about the correct pronunciations I’ve taken the liberty to embed a youtube video of the mantra.
