Amulets, Talismans, and Charms!

Published Setyembre 23, 2016 by jptan2012

Today allow me to share with you a short post explaining the difference between an amulet, a talisman, and a charm or better known as Feng Shui charm.

An amulet is basically an object that has protective power ascribed to it. Note the key word here protective power, so the main purpose of the object is to protect the wearer from danger or harm.

A talisman is an object that contains some special prayer or magical energies that may bring about some luck to the one who possess it. However, it also has the power to protect.

A charm of a Feng Shui charm is basically an ordinary object that represents or symbolizes a certain aspect of our life. Basically a charm uses the power of symbolism and subconscious.

A charm or Feng Shui charm is usually used in Feng Shui. Sometimes a religious image is use as a charm. A charm can also be called as a Feng Shui cure. And depending on the charm use, it may have the capability to protect and or induce or bring about good luck to a person.

An amulet is usually use by Buddhist. Moat Buddhist items whether man – made or naturally occurring are considered as an amulet, meaning it’s primary purpose to protect the possessor from harm, either from physical, esoteric harm or even health, wealth harm. Again, Buddhist mostly makes an amulet rather than a talisman. However, it doesn’t mean that the power is limited to protective powers. A lot of Buddhist amulets also bring about a lot of other miraculous energies. The Vajrapani Ruel, which is considered as the world’s most powerful amulet in the Buddhist pantheon and enjoys a lot of personal testimonies from readers who acquired it is an example of an amulet (although strictly speaking it is above an amulet), The Surangama Mantra Amulet and the Illness Suppression Amulet are other examples of the amulets that may offer other miraculous energies to the one who possess it. An amulet usually follows certain religious rule for one to make it.

A talisman is mostly used in Taoism. There are a lot of talismans that offers different purposes for its wearer. A talisman is usually made by a Taoist priest and has no ‘universal’ guidelines in doing it.

Lie in a Bed of Money to Increase Wealth Luck

Published Mayo 29, 2014 by jptan2012

bed of moneyToday, I would like to share with you one simple technique to enhance your wealth luck. In Feng Shui, one of its principles is if you aspire for something you must ensure that you simulate the life that you want by getting representations of it and putting them where your subconscious will always see it and your subconscious will start working on it.

Thus if you want to gain more wealth luck, you should start sleeping on a ‘bed of money’. How do you do this? You simply put money under your bed, spread it out. If you can use faux old Chinese coins the better. If using coins please make sure that you put 88 pieces.

How does this work? Our subconscious, which is a more powerful component of our consciousness, doesn’t differentiate reality from illusion. By doing this, your subconscious knows that you are lying in a bed of money, it will then accept it as your reality, once it accepts that as a fact, it will then slowly manifest to reality by consciously attracting money.

The Good News in a ‘Nightmare’

Published Agosto 25, 2013 by jptan2012

A few weeks ago, J, a reader who became a friend called me up. She was a little frantic because she said she had a bad dream. She dreamt that their house was on fire and that she just stared at everything.

Usually, if you dream of your house burning, and in your dream you weren't even afraid, it means that you're about to get some financial luck coming your way.

Usually, if you dream of your house burning, and in your dream you weren’t even afraid, it means that you’re about to get some financial luck coming your way.

I asked her whether what she was ‘feeling’ in her dream while she was staring at their burning house. She said, that she seems to know that it was only a dream and that she didn’t feel anything at all. It’s just that upon waking up she got scared because she was afraid that the dream might be prophetic.

Most dreams are prophetic, either directly prophetic in which one has to look at the dream literally or symbolically prophetic, in which one has to analyze how one person is feeling while dreaming a dream. The ones that are not prophetic in nature will still most likely have a message. Either a message sent to us by a higher being, a departed loved one, or a message of our subconscious for us.

Dream analysis is a lengthy subject, something that I wish to be able to talk about further on this blog site in the future. However, going back to J’s dream, I think her dream was more of a symbolic prophetic rather than directly prophetic. I say this because of how she felt while she was dreaming it.

Always remember that for a symbolic prophetic dream of a fire. It will always mean that the dreamer will come across some money. There will be financial luck. I told this to J, and she was pacified and happy to know that she may soon come across some money or financial luck.

I’m sharing this now, because about a couple of days ago, J called me to tell me that she indeed got some money. She was one of the thousands and thousands of people who invested on an educational plan, only to be informed that the insurance company has shut down. However, as mentioned, according to J they got an email that they will be able to claim something, and unlike, most people who just got a fraction of what they’ve invested, J said they got almost 80% of what they’ve invested.
