Life’s 8 Aspirations and How to Enhance Them!

Published Mayo 29, 2018 by jptan2012

When I decided with Guru Lama that this blog will end and that before it happens I will set out to write more articles that will focus on empowering and teaching you about handling, understanding, and fixing your Feng Shui if it needs to be fixed, I didn’t realize that I was setting up myself for a daunting task.

It is very difficult to teach Feng Shui online and to a non – Chinese speaking audience because there are a lot of intricacies in Feng Shui that highly relies on the element of the word. For example, there are words in Chinese that connotes the same thing but because of a minor difference in how it was written would mean that this word is more of a wood element, water element, and so on and so forth.

This is also the reason why I noticed that some of my friends who has taken up online Feng Shui courses usually find themselves having more problems, and I stress AT TIMES, because they were not given the minor but yet very important intricacies.

Nevertheless, I will still try to teach you as much as I can without putting you at risk in understanding something incomplete which might lead to doing a Feng Shui blunder instead.

Today, allow me to share with you in what is called as “LIFE’S EIGHT ASPIRATIONS” in Feng Shui. These 8 aspirations are what makes our life complete and if everything goes well with our life’s 8 aspirations it is said that we will be a happy person and also it means that we have a very good luck or good karma.

Our life’s eight aspirations consist of the following: (1) Love or Relationship; (2) Descendant Luck; (3) Mentor Luck; (4) Career Luck; (5) Education / Knowledge Luck; (6)Family / Health Luck; (7) Wealth Luck; (8) Fame / Recognition Luck. Not necessarily in this order, but the ideal situation is that they should all be equal and not imbalance. Although truth be told I seldom see a person who has a very balance 8 aspirations, but this doesn’t mean that it is bad it just means that he has more of the other than the rest.

Allow me now to discuss each of the aspirations and how to enhance them on a personal level.

First, LOVE & RELATIONSHIP LUCK. We all want to be loved, but this luck is more than finding a romantic love but this controls all aspects of your relationship luck in life. Even family relationship. To enhance this, you can use MANDARIN DUCKS, the DOUBLE HAPPINESS SYMBOL, SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(1) or TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(1).

Second, is DESCENDANT LUCK. This luck is about having children, grandchildren. But this luck is also about creativity. To activate this luck for descendant luck, you can use an ELEPHANT WITH THE TRUNKS UP, PEACHES, SURANGAMA MANRTRA AMULET(2), TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(2) or VAJRAPANI RUEL(1). For creativity, you can use a SMALL GLOBE.

Third is MENTOR LUCK which is sometimes called as the BENEFACTOR LUCK. This luck ensures that you’ll have the support of your parents, bosses, or that people will always come to your help when you are in need, or the type of people that can help you achieve the things that you want to achieve. To activate or empower this luck, wear a gold or jade image of BODHISATTVA SANGHARAMA or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(2).

Fourth is the CAREER LUCK. This is quite self-explanatory but I have to add that this pertain to business advancement also. To activate this luck, carry a RUYI with you or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(3) and/or the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULETS(1).

Fifth is the EDUCATION or KNOWLEDGE LUCK! We don’t stop learning, even if we are already working we need to continue to learn to make sure that we are ahead of the game. To activate or empower this luck get yourself a GENERATOR CRYSTAL made of AMETHYST or CLEAR QUARTZ. Likewise, you can also have a crystal pendulum worn around your neck.

Sixth is the FAMILY AND HEALTH LUCK. You may ask why family is included here again, shouldn’t it be in the love or relationship luck. Actually, as mentioned earlier in the article, family is included in the love/relationship luck but it is also here because one very important thing in Feng Shui is family, we need a healthy family and by healthy it doesn’t refer to health as in physical health of the family although it certainly is included also. In Feng Shui, aside from the actual relationships, family is considered as one “being” so it’s health has to be taken care of also. Health also here includes avoiding illness, accidents, and violence. So, to make this luck positively good, it is will be good to carry with you the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET(1), VAJRPANI RUEL(4), and/or the GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT. For the family, it is good to place in the house a TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(3) and/or a SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(3).

The seventh is WEALTH LUCK. In Buddhism, Taoism, and Feng Shui money is not considered the root of all evil. The root of all evil is our greed. With that in all three, acquiring wealth is actually either encouraged or tolerated. To activate wealth luck, you can read my post entitled –  FENG SHUI TIPS TO ENHANCE WEALTH LUCK, FINANCIAL LUCK, AND MONEY LUCK! – but lately and as can be attested by a number of my readers the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO(1), the VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET(1), and the VAJRAPANI RUEL(5) are some of the most powerful wealth amulets that one can have. I haven’t been writing a lot of personal testimonies about them only because of my commitment to focus on empowering articles.

And finally, the eight is the FAME or RECOGNITION LUCK. This luck is not just about being famous, but more importantly it is about being recognized. You might say I don’t need to be famous, and obviously those who are famous has a very strong fame luck. But remember, even if one doesn’t want to be famous, we cannot deny that you have to be recognized for your contribution, or for your effort. To activate this luck, one can carry the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET(2), VAJRAPANI RUEL(6).

I’m already putting here what you need here because these are perpetual amulets or cures that one needs for each of the 8 aspirations.

The Challenging Last Quarter of the Year: What to Do and How to Protect Oneself (Part 2) – Chant – A – Mantra (15)

Published Oktubre 26, 2017 by jptan2012

In the first part of this post which was posted last week, I talked about how the energies of the year has started to be quite challenging. To make it easier for you to understand it, I have taken to share the article here again:

Late last year, I wrote that the lunar year 2017 would become challenging at the start of the 3rd quarter until the last quarter. The third quarter dawn upon us a lot of calamities both manmade (economic/political) and it is very likely that there is something that has started in the 3rd quarter whose effect we will feel this last quarter of the lunar year (November, December, January) or will feel it’s effect next lunar year, which starts in February 16, 2018.

The remaining energies of the year is not very nice, it is quite hostile, and this would most likely be felt in the financial aspect, although technically speaking all fronts are affected – personal, health, and political or even natural aspect.

There will be some economic of financial imbalanced and money will be quite hard to come in, so it is highly advisable for you everyone to have a strong wealth or money amulet. The VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET is a very good amulet to have because it helps ensure stability and it helps create not just attracts money luck or wealth luck or financial luck.

Politically speaking, and even personally level, it might be a little more chaotic, so politicians are advised to have the Ruyi to strengthen their power and or the Vajrapani Ruel. On a personal level this will manifest in having more arguments, blockage to success or career path and also lost of support.

Health wise some people might be more prone to accidents and/or illness, thus it would be nice to have the gold Kalachakra pendant and/or the Illness Suppression Amulet.

Overall speaking, one has to protect oneself and wearing images of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas should help. I personally suggest wearing the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva (also known as Earth Store Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa). I also strongly recommend for one to wear the FOUR DHARMAKYA RELIC MANTRAS WITH THE LAMA ASTISHA AMULET, an amulet that I have previously written. You can read more about it by clicking here.

It is also highly advisable for everybody to start saving up and plan for long-term financial investments.

If it’s any relevance, it is not only me who is saying this, other reputable Feng Shui experts or writers are saying the same thing. The world famous Malaysian Chinese Feng Shui expert and writer, Lillian Too, has also announced the same thing. A friend told me that she has shared some mantras that you can chant to protect yourself by downloading her video for a fee.

As for me, I have shared with you the amulets that one would need to protect oneself from these hostile energies brought about by the last quarter.

However, as per consultation with Guru Lama, there some mantras that you can chant also. Please note that these mantras should be chanted under deep meditation, with a minimum of 108x (one full mala) or under extreme condition, chant 10 full malas of 1,080x each.

The protection mantras one should recite are the following:

Mantra of Buddha Amitabha: OM AMI DEWA HRIH

Mantra of Medicine Buddha: TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA

Mantra of Buddha Namgyalma: OM BHRUM SOHA OM AMARITA AYUR DADAY SOHA

Note: Buddha Namgyalma is powerful protector Buddha.

Mantra of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara: OM MANI PADME HUM

Note: Avalolitesvara Bodhisattva is also known as Guan Shi Yin / Guan Yin / Kuan Shi Yin / Kuan Yin / Quan Shi Yin / Quan Yin / Kannon / Goddess of Mercy / Bodhisattva of Compassion / Chenrezig.

Mantra of Bodhisattva Earth Store: OM AH KSITIGARBGA THALENG HUM

Note: Earth Store Bodhisattva is also known as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

Mantra of Bodhisattva Vajrapani: OM VAJRAPANI HUM

Mantra of the White Umbrella Goddess – Ushnisha Sitataputra: TADYATHA OM ANALE ANALE KHASAME KHASAME BHAYRE BHAYRE SAUMA SAUME SARVA BUDDHA ADISTHANA ADISHTHITE SOHA OM SARVA TATHAGATHA USHNISHA SITATAPUTRA HUM PHAT HUM MAMA HUM NE SOHA

Protective Mantra of Tantric Deity Kalachakra: OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT

Mantra of King Vaisravana of the Four Heavenly Kings: OM VAISRAVANA YE SOHA

Mantra of Yellow Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE SOHA

If you find yourself extremely affected in the financial aspect and you don’t have the VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET, aside from the above mantras you can add the following:

Mantra of the Wealth Granting Tara: OM TARE TUTTARE TURE DANAM ME DADA SOHA

Mantra of the Green Dzambhala: OM KARMA DZAMBHALA AH SOHA

Mantra of the White Dzambhala: OM PADMO KRODA ARYA DZAMBHALA HRIH DAYA HUM PHAT

Mantra of the Red Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE DANAM MEDIHI HRIH DAKINI DZAMBHALA SAMBHARA SOHA

Mantra of the Blue/Black Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE BASHU DHARINI SOHA

Hostile Energies of the Last Quarter of the Year: What to Do and How to Protect Oneself!

Published Oktubre 19, 2017 by jptan2012

This is a difficult article to write because in a way I’ve committed, albeit under duress, that I will no longer write about things outside Feng Shui or Buddhism or Taoism. On the other hand I’ve committed to Guru Lama and he reminded me that I have an obligation to my readers, and so here I’m writing this article.

Note: Please note that this article is not limited or neither it directly reflects the situation of the country where I live. However, this is ‘generally speaking’ and you will also find that each country will have or is experiencing one or all of the things mentioned here.

Late last year, I wrote that the lunar year 2017 would become challenging at the start of the 3rd quarter until the last quarter. The third quarter dawn upon us a lot of calamities both man made (economic/political) and it is very likely that there is something that has started in the 3rd quarter whose effect we will feel this last quarter of the lunar year (November, December, January) or will feel it’s effect next lunar year, which starts in February 16, 2018.

On my next post, I will write about the mantras one should chant and the sutras that one should recite.

Note: Some people might think that this post is a little too negative, but if you notice, I decided to include the protection because what is the purpose of knowing the bad things that are happening or may happen when we can’t protect ourselves. Also, this is not just something that only comes from me or Guru Lama, all other respectable Feng Shui experts says the same thing. Even celebrated and world famous Lillian Too also says the same thing.

A Teacher Needs a Ruyi!

Published Hunyo 29, 2014 by jptan2012

A former officemate called me a few months ago; he said he wants to ask help for his girlfriend who became a teacher. After a year of teaching high school students she got really burned out and wanted to quit teaching and do something else.

I decided to talk with his girlfriend, MD, myself. MD said that she always wanted to become a teacher however her first year of teaching was kind a traumatic for her. She was unable to control her students and she was called to the office several times because other teachers complained that her class was really noisy. “The students just won’t listen to me!” complains MD.

MD wants to quit her job but being one of the new teachers in the school, they want her to handle summer class. She just doesn’t know what to do because she loves teaching but at the same time it was traumatic first year for her.

ruyi-jade-pendantI told MD if she really loves teaching she should just stay teaching. Told her she can wear a Ruyi, because a Ruyi (also spelled as Ru YI), which is also known as the ‘Scepter of Authority’. MD said herself that her biggest problem because of her ‘young looks’ is having authority over her students, and thus a Ruyi is very good for her. The truth is a Ruyi is good for all teachers whether new or old.

MD got a Ruyi pendant and admitted that she’s going to try it out for the summer class. She called me up the other day and said that she has signed up for this school year because she thinks the Ruyi worked for her. Summer class is known to be harder class to handle because these are students who flank the said subjects and more than that most of the time these are the students who are a little more difficult to discipline, but according to MD she didn’t have any problem with her students! She now loves what she love doing!

2013 – Year of the Water Snake Chinese Animal Zodiac Feng Shui Forecast: Horse, Goat & Monkey (Part 5)

Published Disyembre 22, 2012 by jptan2012

SEVENTH, THE HORSE…

Will have not have very ideal wealth luck this year. However, career luck might be on the swing. Meaning, this is a year where employed people born in the year of the Horse will be luckier than the one’s who are in business. The employed horse will have a more stable financial luck than the entrepreneur horse.

Also the Purple Flower Star Astrology also known as the Purple Star Astrology indicates that you have Bad Chi Star, which will have an effect on your overall luck and pull you down a little. But the Purple Star Astrology also indicates that you have the Sun Star, which is a very good star to have. This together with the Flying Star #9 (Future or Multiplying Luck Star) indicates that you somehow your inner being will indicate whether you will have a good life or a bad one.

Feng Shui Recommendations:

Wear an image of the Yellow Dzambhala to help you with your wealth luck.

Wear a Ruyi or an image of Sun Wukong or Kuan Kong (Guan Gong) to help you with your business. Wearing an image of Sun Wukong or wearing a Kalachakra Pendant will also help you deal with the Bad Chi Star.

The Kalachakra symbol is one of the most powerful protection symbol in Buddhism. It actually consists of ten syllable mantra, with it symbolic script condensed into one. The mantra itself is HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. However, the mantra of the Kalachakra is never chanted without the mantra OM AH HUM. Making the complete mantra of Kalachakra - OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. This is the reason why I decided to put the symbolic script of the mantra OM AH HUM on top of the Kalachakra symbol. As mentioned this is a very powerful protection symbol and can be likened to the Scapular of the Catholics. In fact, you'll seldom see a Tibetan Monk with wearing the symbol of the Kalachakra on their body. It may be hidden but most likely they have it somewhere on their body. But you'll never see them have the symbolic scripts tattooed because it is considered extremely bad luck to have a mantra tattooed on your body.

Wear or carry the Wish Fulfilling and the Negative Karma Cleansing Mantra to help you enhance your good karma and clear out all your negative karma.

Wear the Lung – Ta (also known as the Wind Horse) to avoid the slight bump brought about by the two clashing pillars of the year. You don’t need this if you have the complete elements in your Bazi. But wearing one won’t do any harm but it will continue to bless you with continued success. This is especially true for people born in the year of the RAT, TIGER, DRAGON, SNAKE, SHEEP/GOAT, MONKEY, ROOSTER, and PIG.

Since the Five Yellow Star is in the Center this year. It is also advisable that all of us safeguard ourselves from this star. We don’t know when we’re going to be in the center of a house, or building, etc. It is advisable for all us to wear the Five Element Pagoda.

EIGHTH, THE SHEEP/GOAT…

Will have to be very careful about their health luck. You’ll find yourself sicklier or more prone in getting into accidents.

Wealth luck is not very ideal either, and you have to be very careful in getting into big business transactions.

There is also no significant good change in your career life, and you have to be very careful about being complacent because a simple mistake can be detrimental.

What’s worst is that the illness star that flies into your life palace is further aggravated by the negative stars that are indicated by the Purple Star Astrology. There are several of these stars, and they are the Flying Chaste Star, which may make you more prone to accidents. Also you have in your life palace the Earth Death Star and the Earth Door Star, this star indicates that they may be death of a loved one and a possibility of grave illness.

Feng Shui Recommendations:

Wear a jade Wulou or an image of the Medicine Buddha as a pendant to protect you from the illness star and the Flying Chaste Star.

Wear an image of the Yellow Dzambhala or Sun Wukong to help you with your wealth luck.

Wear an image of Sun Wukong or Kuan Kong (Guan Gong) to help you with your career luck and help you with your business.

Wear an image of Sun Wukong or Kuan Yin or the Kalachakra as pendant to protect you from the Earth Death Star and Earth Door Star.

Front side of the Wealth and Master Protection Pendant

NINTH, THE MONKEY…

Will see an easing from arguments and relationship problems. However, I’m afraid that all is not well because this time the Monkey will take a beating with their health luck.

Wealth luck is also going to be a bit of a challenge. It will feel like that ‘you’re swimming against the current’ and it will exhaust putting more toll against your health.

While there will be lesser arguments, you still need to watch out for your relationships with the people you work with. Do have less talk and more action. Do not just bark you have to bite a little.

Monkeys who are married to a snake, especially Monkeys born in 1968 should face the reality that they are married to a person who might not be totally honest with them. Love and respect your husband but take a look at what’s your worth so that your spouse won’t feel that they can get away with their infidelity with you.

The Hanged Spirit Star as indicated by the Purple Star Astrology might make you feel insecure further aggravating your relationship problems. You have to remember that you can share your feelings with your family members. An Ox family member may be especially helpful.

Be careful also of the Painful Knot Star also indicated by the Purple flower Star Astrology, which may bring in a lot of gossips and might put you in a compromising situation.

However, the Country Wealth Star of the Purple Star Astrology and the Multiplying Star of the Flying Star method indicates that you will get some of the help you will need.

Feng Shui Recommendations:

Wear an image of the Medicine Buddha with mantra or a jade Wulou pendant.

Wear an image of the Yellow Dzambhala or the 3-Legged Toad as a pendant to help you with your wealth luck.

A married Monkey should tie an amethyst geode on the foot of their bed and wear a double happiness symbol pendant.

Wear the Ruyi to give you more authority.

Wear an image of Sun Wukong to help you in your business pursuits.

To counter the effects of the Hanged Spirit Star wear an image of the Maitreya Buddha (also popularly and fondly called as the Happy Fat Buddha).

This is from my personal collection. I wear this pendant everyday. In choosing an image of the Happy Fat Buddha to be worn as a pendant, always look for the face. Make sure that it has happy jolly face.

To counter the Purple Knot Star wear a Kalachakra pendant.

For over-all protection and luck enhancement wear an image of the Chundi Avalokitesvara or the Thousand Hand Kuan Yin.

Ruyi – A Feng Shui Tool for Career Enhancement!

Published Pebrero 6, 2012 by jptan2012

One of the most ‘prescribed’ Feng Shui cure or enhancer for people looking for career luck is the Ru Yi.

It’s one of the most ubiquitous Feng Shui charm. Wearing a RuYi is a very potent Feng Shui symbol that we can utilize to help us in our business dealings. If you want to close a big deal, wear a Ru Yi (also spelled as Ruyi) and it will give you the authority and the leadership that will earn the trust and admiration of the people you’re meeting with.

For those who are assigned to lead a project or a department, or for those who were just promoted, wearing a Ru Yi pendant is a powerful Feng Shui tool to make sure you are able to lead properly and to make sure that you gain the authority that you’ll need.

Also for those people who are looking into getting promoted, the Ru Yi is a powerful Feng Shui tool to ensure this luck.

Since RuYi is really made of metal in the old days. A lot of Feng Shui experts believes that A RuYi pendant should be made of gold. The Chinese also believes that gold is an auspicious metal.

A lot of Feng Shui consultants recommend the Ru Yi for their clients. Few, however,  can explain the provenance of the Ru Yi, because unlike other Feng Shui charms, the Ru Yi offered little significance in the everyday life of ancient Chinese.

First, it’s helpful to look at the etymology of the word:

In Chinese, the term Ru Yi is a compound of ru 如 which means “as; like; such as; as if; for example; supposing; be like; be similar; accord with” and yi 意 which means “wish; will; desire; intention; suggestion; thought; idea; meaning; imagination”.

Meanwhile, standard Mandarin uses Ru Yi either as a stative verb meaning “as one wishes, as one likes; according to one’s wishes; following your heart’s desires”, or as an adjective meaning “satisfied, pleased, happy, comfortable”. The word is combined with suanpan 算盤 “abacus” in the expression ruyi suanpan meaning “wishful thinking; smug calculations”.

Scholars have also put forward their own take on the word:

According to Kieschnick, there are two basic theories for the origin of Ru Yi. The first is that it originated from the Sanskrit word anuraddha, which refers to a “ceremonial scepter.”  The Buddhist monks who initially used this, later brought this to China transliterated it as analu 阿那律 or translated as Ru Yi.

The second theory is that Ru Yi originated as a backscratcher in early China, and was amalgamated with the Buddhist symbol of authority.

History also has its own theory on the origins of the Ru Yi:

During the Later Han Dynasty (25-220 CE) and Jin Dynasty (265-420 CE), literati and nobles often held the Ru Yi during conversations and other social occasions. It was called a tanbing 談柄 “conversation baton” (cf. the Native American talking stick) and was used much like zhuwei 麈尾 “fly-whisk”, which practitioners of the qingtan 清談 “pure conversation” movement popularized during the Six Dynasties period (220-589 CE).

Meanwhile, Weishu history records a story that when Emperor Xiaowen of Northern Wei (r. 471-499 CE) wanted to retire from the throne, he tested his sons by letting them choose among a number objects, and the one who selected a bone Ru Yi (symbolizing political rule) became Emperor Xuanwu of Northern Wei (r. 500-515).

Kieschnick (2003:144) concludes “that by the end of the sixth century, what was once held common, begun to take on emblematic significance as the mark of a ruler.” Although the Ru Yi symbolized imperial political power, it differed from the Western royal scepter because Chinese officials and monks commonly used it.

The ca. 886 CE Duyang zabian 杜陽雜編, which is a collection of Tang Dynasty (618-907 CE) stories, records that Emperor Wenzong presented an ivory Ru Yi to the scholar Li Xun (d. 835 CE) and said (tr. Kieschnick 2003:145), “The Ru Yi may serve as a lecture baton (tanbing).”  From an emblem of power, it has evolved into a tool of discourse.

In the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 CE), Ru Yi became popular as ornaments or gifts symbolizing blessings and good luck. The ca. 1627 CE Zhangwuzhi 長物志 “Treatise on Superfluous Things”, by Ming painter Wen Zhenheng, discussed Ru Yi aesthetics.

The ruyi was used in ancient times to give directions or to protect oneself from the unexpected. It was for this reason that it was made or iron, and not on the basis of strictly aesthetic considerations. If you can obtain an old iron ruyi inlaid with gold and silver that sparkle now and then, and if it has an ancient dull color, this is the best. As for ruyi made of natural branches or from bamboo and so on, these are all worthless. (tr. Kieschnick 2003:151)

During the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912 CE), ruyi scepters became luxuriant symbols of political power that were regularly used in imperial ceremonies, and were highly valued as gifts to and from the Emperor of China. Since 3 and 9 are considered lucky numbers in Chinese culture, Qing craftsmen elaborated the traditional handle and head type ruyi into two-headed sanjiang-ruyi “3-inlay ruyi” with precious stones set in both heads and middle of the handle and jiujiu-ruyi “9-9 ruyi” presentational sets of nine. The Qianlong Emperor presented a ruyi to the British ambassador George Macartney in 1793, and in his description (quoted by Kieschnick 2003:139-140), “It is a whitish, agate-looking stone, about a foot and a half long, curiously carved, and highly prized by the Chinese, but to me it does not appear in itself to be of any great value.”

The historical evolution of the Ru Yi has been very colorful. From a simple backscratcher, it has evolved to become a prized icon of political power and wealth as well as an auspicious gift to express one’s expressing best wishes.

In Feng Shui, putting a Ru Yi on top of the table will help give you authority and at the same time be positively noticed by your boss. Wearing a Ru Yi bracelet will also greatly influence personal aura and energy.

Feng Shui-Chinese Zodiac Forecast for 2012 Year of the Water Dragon (Part 1)

Published Disyembre 29, 2011 by jptan2012

Allow me to share with you my own Feng Shui forecast for each of the Chinese Zodiacs for the coming year of the Water Dragon. This is base on my own reading. I actually enrolled in several intensive Feng Shui and Bazi class in HK and Singapore, but more on that next time. For now, just let me share with you my own Feng Shui reading for 2012. Please note though that this is a generalized ‘prediction’ for each sign. For a more accurate personal reading, one has to know one’s Bazi or Four Pillars. For this I need to have your Birth-year/month/day/time.

The RAT…

will have a good year. Money luck will be good a stable with the possibility of new financial opportunities coming your way. You should be more aware of opportunities and ‘open doors’, because you’ll surely have a lot of these. You just need to guard yourself from being greedy. Also you should make sure not to get too high profile because jealousies from other people might cause some negative energy.

You also have a good mentor luck this year. Meaning, there are a lot of people who might come your way to help you realize your dreams or help you earn more money.

However, people born under the sign of the rat should take care of their health, because you’re are affected by the illness star and the 3 killings.

Feng Shui Protection: Jade Wulou (Holy Gourd) / Medicine Buddha Pendant

Feng Shui Enhancers: Ruyi and Kuan Kong Pendant

A sample of a Jade Wulou or Holy Gourd. I personally prefer a jade wulou with a darker shade of green. This picture was lifted from Google images.

This is a sample of a Medicine Buddha pendant. This is similar to the one released by Lillian Too. Photo lifted in Google images.

THE OX…

will have a good business/professional/career/financial luck this year. But this luck becomes conflicting because of your tendencies to become hot tempered and swell headed which may cause a lot of negative energies and wash out your good celestial karma.

People born under the sign of Ox should be very careful getting into arguments and delicate legal matters because these things might cause misery to you.

But as mentioned, you will have good financial luck and like the rat there will be a lot of stable, long term money making opportunities for you. However, the similarities with the rat’s luck doesn’t end there, because you will also have to watch out for your health. Be extra careful and avoid getting sick, also there’s a possibility of an accident. To prevent this, try to donate blood during the first lunar month of the Chinese calendar or donate money to a charity.

Feng Shui Protection: Jade Wulou (Holy Gourd) / Medicine Buddha Pendant and Kuan Kong Pendant and Ksitigarbha Fireball (Pendant/Key Chain)

Feng Shui Enhancers: Ruyi(pendant or keychain), Mystic Knot (pendant or key chain)

Kuan Kong also spelled as Guan Gong is a warrior god. He is a very good protector and wealth god.

In choosing a Kuan Kong it's important that you look at the face. The 'braver' the face the better. Also, I prefer dark colored stones or gold Kuan Kong, because Kuan Kong is basically a red face god. I veer away from the white jade variety. Photo lifted from Google images.

Ksitigarbha Fireball helps protect the bearer from the 'argumentative' star. Picture lifted from Google images.

Place a Ruyi on top of your work table or beside your bed.

Wear a ruyi pendant to continously 'carry' its power.

Ruyi DZI bead. You can also wear this as a pendant or as bracelet mixed with some semi-precious stones. For this year red stones works best.

THE TIGER…

has financial luck this year. But it is not strong and stable, which means money may come easily but it may not be a big amount and/or you may lose the money as easy as well. However, the main solution here is for you to be work harder and try to be more conscious in how you spend your money.

Feng Shui Protection: Mystic Knot (pendant or key chain)

Feng Shui Enhancers: Golden Deity (a Buddha or Bodhisattva or Deity made of gold or gold plated. My suggestions are Kuan Yin, Sun Wukong [Taoist and Buddhist Monkey God], Kuan Kong, Dzambala, Tua Peh Kong, Maitreya Buddha [also known as the Happy Fat Buddha], Tara, or Che Kong.)

Mystic Knot

Green Tara

THE RABBIT…

will have a better luck this year compared to last year. However, this is a ‘slow process’ and you will need to work hard to ‘erase’ the negative energies of the past year. You will have to look and work hard for opportunities to open up for you and you will have to ‘grab it by the horn’. You cannot be timid but neither you can be to bullish without weighing properly weighing the situation.

Health wise may be a little bleak also. You might be constantly wear down by minor illnesses that may not be serious but may cause long term discomfort.

On the love front – a single rabbit may continue to have a flat line, while a married or a partnered rabbit will have to be careful in having a third party get involved in their partnership.

Feng Shui Protection: Jade Wulou (Holy Gourd)/Medicine Buddha Rooster with Fan Pendant or Figurine/Double Happiness Pendant, Mantra Pendant

Feng Shui Enhancers: Mystic Knot, Kuan Kong Pendant/Maitreya Buddha (Happy Fat Buddha) Pendant/Kuan Yin Pendant

The Double Happiness symbol is a powerful Feng Shui tool to enhance and/or safeguard your love life.

Maitreya Buddha or more commonly known as the Happy Buddha or the Fat Buddha is actually the future Buddha. Maitreya Buddha symbolizes abundance, wealth, happiness, peace, and good health.

Kuan Yin is one of my most favorite Deity or Bodhisattva. I personally have several gold, jade, and other semi-precious stones Kuan Yin pendant.

On my next post I’ll discuss the other signs-DRAGON, SNAKE, HORSE, SHEEP, MONKEY, ROOSTER, DOG & BOAR(PIG). Almost all the Feng Shui Enhancers and Protectors mentioned in this post are available in Ongpin. I can also help you avail some of the charms. Unless specifically specified any kind of material will do except the ones that are made of plastic. But remember, semi-precious or precious stones like jade, high-quality jade, ruby, diamonds, etc. are better. Gold, platinum being precious metals also enhances the Feng Shui charm’s energy.
