2018 Year of the Earth Dog Feng Shui Forecast for the 12 Chinese Animal Zodiac Signs (Chinese Horoscope)

Published Disyembre 14, 2017 by jptan2012

earth dog2The whole process of coming up with a forecast is a very tedious process. Although I cross – reference the important factors with my Guru Lama and/or Feng Shui teacher in Hong Kong, the whole process of coming up with the computations, the analysis, and eventually is single journey on my part. A lot of you have been writing to me, sending me messages and a few of you have been calling asking for my forecast, especially the forecast of the 12 Chinese Animal Zodiacs (Chinese Horoscope), but please understand, as mentioned, this for me is a single journey, I don’t have a team who do the analysis and the computations and the writing for me, I do everything on my own, albeit with the guidance of my Guru Lama and Feng Shui teacher.

I also would like to thank all of you who have written to me to share with me how much this forecast has guided you, and how you think that it is accurate. Nevertheless, I want to remind everybody that these forecasts can’t be 100% accurate because at the end, there are things that will really depend on your “Basket of Elements” base on your Bazi Chart / Paht Chee Chart, and also there are things that will depend on your karma and with the Feng Shui of your house and office. However, you can certainly use this forecast as a guide.

It is also quite important that you read the 2018 YEAR OF THE EARTH DOG FENG SHUI FORECAST BASE ON BAZI CHART, FLYING STARS FORMULA, AND 24 MOUNTAIN STARS FORMULA Part 1 and Part 2. This will help you a better overview of what is really in-store for the year. And as mentioned, base on the chart of the year, there is an absence of metal which represents money luck / wealth luck / financial luck of the year. So, for everybody, there might be some money-making hindrances. To avoid being a victim of this unfortunate occurrence, and to help ensure that you continue to have wealth luck, it is extremely advisable for you to wear a SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO (also spelled or called as Pi Yao, Pixiu, Pi Xiu, Pixie, Pi Xie) or the VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET. Since there is no such thing as excessive activation of wealth luck this year, you can actually wear both.

Inner Chi and Life Chi is also weak for everybody, if these two are weak, then it is easy for one to give up and to just not fight for what one wants. Again, everybody is affected, and so it is extremely beneficial for everybody to wear an image of Bodhisattva Earth Store as a gold pendant. EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA is also known as Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa or Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

ksitigarbha statue

Again, if using an image of Ksitigarbha at home, I prefer to use the one with the crown, unless, he is placed the ancestral altar.

In cases that I mentioned that Inner Chi or Life Chi is strong it is still in relatively speaking in terms of its relationship to the year.

Lastly, the good news is that we have the Jiang Xin, an auspicious star that brings wealth and recognition, and aside from wealth, you will need to recognize for you to have more advantage in tapping into your wealth luck. However, due to the absence of the metal element, it is extremely good for you to activate this star so you can tap into its power. You can do this by wearing the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS and LAMA ATISHA Combined Amulet.

Of course, we all have to wear more gold also regardless of your “Basket of Elements”!

The three above mentioned amulets actually form the Holy Trinity of Amulets for the year.

And like last year, I will heed the request of my readers, to as much as possible to put photos of the amulets in all the animal signs. In the previous years, I will only put a picture in one of the animal signs since some of these are repeatedly mentioned, however, as my readers pointed out they sometimes jump the other animal signs that doesn’t concern them, so it’ll be better if I just put the link and photos in all the signs.

Also, as requested, I have streamed line the recommended cures. Before I always want to give you a wide array of cures or enhancers, but a lot of you have been complaining that this becomes confusing and so now I only recommend those I have really used lately and those that I know will really work. In this case, you will notice that I repeat a lot of cures. Furthermore, you may notice that sometimes I recommend a different for the same affliction. This is because I consider the “Basket of Elements” of the animal zodiac we are talking about.

One thing that you have to note that Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year) doesn’t come in until February 16, 2018. This means that there is ‘no spring’ this year, the change of energies will be quite abrupt. However, if you notice a lot of the energies next year will be a similar to the energy of the last three months of the lunar year of 2017. ‘No Spring’ means no renewed energies which is especially needed to attract wealth luck / money luck / financial luck. This together with the lack of metal of the year is actually quite a bad thing to happen. But I not a doomsayer, and there is no use knowing these things if we cannot remedy it. What you should do is to create spring into your life. You do this by putting fresh flowers with various colors around your house and office on February 4. If you have an altar, place some flowers on your altar also and a small bowl of clean water. Do this before 8am, and remove the water from the altar by 5pm, and use it to water some plants or a plant, or throw it on your front yard. Make sure you remove the flowers before it wilts. You can use roses, but make sure you take away all the thorns, otherwise this will invite a hurtful relationship throughout the year.

Now let me go to my forecast for each of the 12 Chinese Horoscope signs (Chinese Animal Zodiac)

RAT

RAT Chinese Zodiac

General Traits: Artistic, imaginative, creative, talented, charming, resourceful, opportunist, ambitious, lively, pleasure-seeking, problem solver, resilient, sometimes unscrupulous, selfish, short tempered, spendtrift, insecure, usually successful, tend to gossip.

While I don’t’ like to start off with the negative, unfortunately, I always start off the forecast with the first animal sign. Normally, in a forecast using the Bazi Chart (Paht Chee Chart), the Flying Stars Formula, and the 24 Mountain Stars Formula, some will be bad and some will be good. I’m really sorry to say that it is not the case for the people born in the year of the Rat. As much as I look for a positive sign, a positive star, a positive computation or analysis, I can’t seem to find one. For the rat, aside from my Feng Shui teacher, I also went to ask other Feng Shui experts or Feng Shui consultants, I even called up the daughter of a very famous Feng Shui expert, but as fate would have it, we all have the same prognosis – THIS IS NOT A GOOD YEAR FOR PEOPLE BORN UNDER THE SIGN OF THE RAT!

Why?

The Bazi Chart, the Flying Stars Formula, and the 24-Mountain Stars Formula all shows negative readings or negative stars. It is only Guru Lama who has something positive to offer, and he said we are forgetting about karma. He said, karma plays an important role, and a good karma can offer so much protection. Furthermore, he added that prayers especially if we have faith will definitely work and offer not only protection but also good energies or good luck. Lastly, we still have the amulets that can certainly help us.

But I’m getting ahead of myself. First, allow me share with you my analysis for people born under the year of the rat.

I believe the keywords for the rat is take it slow but put it hard work and determination. The Rat faces a tremendous number of afflictions this year, but do not fight it but rather have a quiet acceptance and then just rise above the situation would be my advice. First, the Rat has a weakened Spirit Chi and Life Chi and Inner Chi. A weakened Spirit Chi means you have to constantly remind yourself how being spiritual has worked for you in the past, because this year you might find yourself questioning your faith and belief in the higher being. Weakened Life Chi and Inner Chi means you might feel insecure and without self-confidence. You will have to learn to trust amulets rather than continue fighting the flow of energies.

The interaction of the 2018 Year of the Earth Dog’s elements with the elements of the Rat are in quite hostile. As mentioned, Spiritual Chi is low, and to address this concern it is very important for you to wear an image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE as a gold pendant. This cure will also address the concern the low Inner Chi and Life Chi but it will still be good to wear a the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET, to help you survive the year.Ksitigarbha

Like any other signs, and like everybody else, you will have to increase your metal energy. You do this by wearing more gold! Having the VAJRAPANI RUEL will also help increase positive thought and welcome positive energies, and you will definitely need this a lot.

Vajrapani Ruel

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It’s important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless. The Vajrapani Ruel itself is only about 1 to 2 inches and it varies from one ruel to another.

The most dreaded star of the Flying Star Formula afflicts people born under the sign of the Rat. While the #5 Flying Star, which is also known as the 5 Yellow Star (Five Yellow Star) or Wu Wang, can bring all sorts of havoc to those born in the year of the Rat. In fact, being afflicted with this star will affect all aspects of your life, especially the weakest part of your life. It can cause financial havoc, or tragic accidents or even relationship problems. Some people say that the Wu Wang embodies all the negative stars of the Flying Stars Formula. The star could also turn away supporters and friends. This means that this year that you will have to be really cautious, while the star is not as strong as the Wu Wang of 2016 when it afflicted people born on the year of the Ox. It is still quite strong than the previous years. In fact, for some reason the 5-Yellow Star has been quite strong for the last three years. So, people under the sign of the Rat will definitely have to deal with this. The best way to deal with this is to wear a pendant of a gold FIVE ELEMENT PAGODA! This is the only cure for this star, and since it is quite strong, one should wear the 5-ELEMENT PAGODA with a gold KALACHAKRA pendant.

The Rat is also sitting on the Natural Disaster Star of the 24 Mountain Stars Formula. While this star normally doesn’t have any effect because of the weakened state of the Rat, this star could wreak havoc to a person by increasing its chances of going through an accident. This star will put you at “wrong place at the wrong time”. The good news is you can easily protect yourself from this star either thru one of the following: (1) WEARING A GOLD PENDANT IMAGE OF BODHISATTVA KSITIGARBHA (Earth Store Bodhisattva / Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa); (2) WEARING A GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT; (3) carry a VAJRAPANI RUEL.

You can also constantly chant the following mantras everyday:

  1. OM AMI DEWA HRIH
  2. OM VAJRAPANI HUM
  3. TADYATHA OM ANALE ANALE KHASAME KHASAME BHAYRE BHAYRE SAUMA SAUME SARVA BUDDHA ADISHTANA ADISHTITE SOHA OM SARVA TATHAGATHA USHINISHA SITATAPUTRA HUM PHAT

As if all these are not enough, the Rat is also afflicted with the Three Killings, and while it is easy to dealt with this star, and I’m not normally worried about this star, again the weakened state of the Rat will make it more susceptible to the negative effects of this star. The effect of this star is to bring major damage by way of three losses. It the past, I observe that these 3 losses are usually wealth, health, relationship. But it can be any other aspects of your life. To protect oneself from it, you can carry the THREE CELESTIAL GUARDIANS or wear three SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO.

3 Celestial

Admittedly, its difficult to find a ‘3-Celestial Guardian’ Pendant. A key chain will do. However, that’s also the reason why I designed my WEALTH AND MASTER PROTECTION PENDANT with the 3-Celestial Guardian at the back.

I said that a Rat should also work hard and this should help in making things better. However, if success comes to you it will be followed by malicious jealous people, which may cause the lack of recognition and/or financial recognition for you. To guard yourself from this, you should definitely activate your Jiang Xing, and you can do this by carrying with you the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET.

Looking at the Bazi Chart, the health luck of a Rat should be good. However, all the negative stars from the other formulas will definitely take a toll on the mental health of a Rat. Thus, it will be good for a Rat to have the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET and an AMETHYST worn either as a bracelet of pendant or a ring. This is especially true for the 46 and 58 years – old Rats. If you don’t have the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET, you can also wear the MEDICINE BUDDHA PENDANT and also chant the MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA:

TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDANZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA

Illness Suppression Amulet3

NOTE: THIS IS THE OLD ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. THE NEW ENHANCED ONE IS IN A METAL CASE. The Illness Suppression Amulet or Illness Protection Amulet is a special highly consecrated amulet made by my Guru Lama as a cure for the Illness Star a star that also causes accidents. It has the energies of the Medicine Buddha, Namgyalma Buddha, Amitayus Buddha and White Umbrella Goddess. Furthermore, the small black thing you see at the bottom of the glass amulet holder is a Dharma Pill, which is made from a second – class relic of a confirmed holy lama. It also has a small amount of ash from the last Medicine Buddha holy initiation conducted by my Guru Lama, and aside from individual special consecration, the whole amulet was further consecrated under the Tooth Relic of Shakyamuni Buddha.

Furthermore, the disharmonious “Basket of Elements” of the Rat also brings in a lot of negative energies, thus it is best to be protected with the LOTUS DIPAMKARA AMULET. This is a special amulet made of jade and consecrated to Dipamkara Buddha (Dipankara Buddha) and is only recommended for the Rat.

Wealth luck is generally bad for the year, but amongst the Rats, it is the 58 and 34-year-old Rat that will have some edge when it comes to wealth luck or money luck or financial luck. It is the 46-year old Rats that needs to take the most caution. But in the end, all Rats should learn that money might be a little elusive this year. To remedy this, I highly recommend either or both the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

OX

Ox Chinese Zodiac

Very intelligent, logic and clear thinking, calm but stubborn, independent, trusting, industrious, deep and original in thought, reliable, a good leader, intolerant, peace loving.

While it is not perfect, people born under the sign of the Ox will enjoy a good year ahead. This may not be in terms of wealth luck or money luck, but they will definitely have personal and professional success, if they rise above their own temper. In fact, this year the Ox’s biggest enemy will be themselves, especially their temper. And this temper might destroy even their personal relationships.

Inner Chi and Life Chi are both very good, the only thing that is weak is Spiritual Chi, but most Ox has a strong foundation on their faith so they won’t really get affected by this right away. Nevertheless, it is good to protect oneself by wearing a gold pendant of the image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE (also known as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa).Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva

The Ox might also be a little prone to negative energies thrown to them by jealous people, and they also might be a little susceptible to the negative energies of the year. This may cause some bad lucks and it is advisable that one should be protected by the VAJRAPANI RUEL. Furthermore, CHANTING THE MANTRA OF BODHISATTVA VAJRAPANI should also really help.

Vajrapani Bodhisattva Mantra: OM VAJRAPANI HUM

One of the biggest concern for people born under the sign of the Ox, and perhaps the only major concern aside from the wealth luck concern that affects everybody is that the #3 Argumentative Star afflicts the Ox this year. This star brings in a lot of fighting, gossip, tension, stress that may lead to the destruction of relationships or even court cases. In extreme cases, it might bring hostile fighting involving knives and guns. Make sure that you protect yourself from this energy by wearing a deep RED STONE like RUBY or GARNET. You can wear this either as pendant, ring, earrings, or even as a bracelet. You can also WEAR AN APPLE PENDANT and this should really deflect this negative energy. Furthermore, the VAJRAPANI RUEL is a very powerful amulet to deflect the negative effects of this star.  Having the SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET should also bring in a harmonious energy into your life.

One of the best news is that the Ox sits on the Big Auspiciousness Star of the 24 Mountain Stars, this is a very powerful star brings in success and wealth. We really need to activate this star because this star also brings in wealth and we all need to attract wealth luck this year in any possible way we can get it, and wearing the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET should activate the Big Auspiciousness Star. It is important that this amulet should be in a metal case this year.

The Ox also sits on the Annual Killing Star of the 24-Mountain Stars Formula. This may create some personal problems in your life that will lead to health concerns. However, you can easily protect yourself from the effect of this star by wearing a GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT.

kalachakra gold pendant2

This is a Kalachakra pendant released by Lillian Too. I really love this pendant but find it too expensive. The Kalachakra Symbol is a powerful protection symbol. It is actually ten syllable mantra compressed into one symbol. The mantra is HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. However, it is usually chanted with OM AH HUM thus making the complete mantra as OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. It is because off this that for the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT, I decided to put the symbolic script OM AH HUM on top of Kalachakra Symbol.

The Ox is also in a confrontational position against the Tai Sui (Tai Suey / Grand Duke Jupiter) and offending the Tai Suey can be really bad. But simply having a Piyao, especially the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO should be enough to appease the Tai Sui.

While the 21 and 81 years old Ox should be cautious of their age, it is the 45 and 57 years old Ox that needs to take the most caution. They will have to protect themselves by wearing an image of the MEDICINE BUDDHA or by wearing the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. Likewise, RECITING THE MEDICINE BUDDHA SUTRA (download The-Sutra-On-The-Original-Vows-And-Merits-Of-The-Medicine-Master-Lapis-Lazuli-Light-Tathagata)and/or CHANTING THE MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA should really help also.

Medicine Buddha Mantra: TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA

medicine buddhaBecause of the strong inner chi and life chi of the Ox they will find themselves ahead of the other animal signs, but one has to stay grounded and remember that failing is part of life because forgetting this will be the sure cause of failure. Wealth luck is bad for everybody, but with the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO or VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET an Ox will find themselves a little ahead of the wealth race. It is the 45-year old Ox that needs most caution and thus needs the special protection and power of both the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and of the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

TIGER

1TIGER

General Traits: Lucky, powerful, proud, aggressive, courageous, a good leader, vivacious, high self-confident, energetic, impulsive, dignified, handsome, self-concerned, arrogant.

The Tiger and the Ox almost always has similar lucks. And this year is the same. The forecast for the Tiger also shows some very positive points, of course, while it is not perfect, it still really good. It might be so good that this year you may tend to be aggressive. So, watch out for that attitude, you wouldn’t want to earn the jealousy of other people that may plot against, whether intentional or unintentional, you receiving the recognition or financial recognition that you deserve. To protect yourself from this it is highly recommended that you wear or carry with you the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND THE LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULETS.

Like the Ox, the Tiger finds itself in a fairly good situation. The “Basket of Elements” of the year of the Tiger are both in harmony. This makes the Tiger to have a strong Spiritual Chi and Life Chi. However, Inner Chi might be a little low, but simply having the VAJRAPANI RUEL should help.

However, the Tiger is also afflicted by the #3 Flying Star also known as the Argumentative Star. Again, this star brings in conflict, tension, stress and misunderstanding that may lead to loss of dignity, loss of good name, and this may also lead to court cases and serious hostilities that involves knives or guns. It is important that you protect yourself from this, by having the VAJRAPANI RUEL and/or by wearing a DEEP RED STONE as jewelry. RUBY and GARNET are quite powerful. Wearing an APPLE PENDANT should also help a lot, and likewise having the SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET should also bring in some harmonious energy.

The Tiger has the Earth Seal Star from the 24-Mountain Stars, this helps bring in some good chi that adds to a more positive outlook of the year. This will also help you get grounded. Wear a gold pendant of the image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE (also called Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa) to help further strengthen this star.

Furthermore, you also have the Big Auspiciousness Star, and this star will help propel you to success and will also help bring in wealth luck, especially in a year where wealth luck is weak or nonexistent. You should activate this by wearing the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and let your Piyao do the chasing for wealth and auspiciousness for you.

It is a good year for the Tiger in terms of their health luck.

Wealth luck is relatively good as long as a Tiger is creative enough. But remember, there is an absence of wealth luck this year so having the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET is a must for the Tiger to be able to tap into their relatively good wealth luck. However, it’s the 56-year old Tiger that needs to be most cautious will prove to be the most problematic when it comes to money-making capabilities.

RABBIT

RABBIT chinese zodiac

General Traits: Talented, ambitious, shrewd, patient, cautious, diplomatic, sophisticated, cultured, old-fashioned, gentle, good-heated, symphatetic, affectionate, loving, often artistic, self-indulge, over-attach to people/objects, emotional, moody.

Aside from one dreaded star from the Flying Stars, the year should be good for people born under the sign of the Rabbit. In fact, it’s quite a unique year for people born under the sign of the Rabbit. With determination and hard work, you will definitely come to see the fruition of the things that you worked on the past year. There will be several opportunities for the Rabbit this year, and if you are creative enough and hardworking enough and if you have enough foresight you will see yourself breaking new boundaries this year.

The Inner Chi, Life Chi and the Spiritual Chi of the Rabbit are all very strong this year, and thus will provide a big push for you to achieve whatever you want to achieve.

One major cause of concern is that you have the second most dreaded star of the Flying Stars, which is the #7 Flying Star or the Violent Star! This is a star that causes loss, accidents, and betrayal among other things. This is a star that you will definitely want to be protected from. Don’t fully trust people, even though they may be somebody you have worked with in the past. You need to be extra careful also in all your endeavors. Be very careful with the documents that you sign and always make sure that you read them twice or thrice. While you shouldn’t be selfish, don’t overly share information about what you do also, especially if the information that you share can be used to sabotage your progress. The strength of this star is also slightly stronger this year, so precaution should be definitely made. To help counteract this star it is strongly recommended that you wear a GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL with you. It will also be extremely beneficial is you supplement these amulets with chanting of the mantras of the PROTECTIVE DEITY KALACHAKRA and VAJRAPANI BODHISATTVA.

Mantra of the Protective Deity Kalachakra: OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT

Mantra of Bodhisattva Vajrapani: OM VAJRAPANI HUM

The Annual Conflict Star found in the 24 Mountain Stars brings some concern also. These may be little matters that will zap you of energy in a big way. This is a serious matter that you have to dealt with, because this might affect the good luck brought about by the harmony of the “Basket of Elements” of the Rabbit, with the “Basket of Elements” of the year. One best way to deal with this is to wear or carry with you the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET. Simply having this with you will help in tremendous way.

Another cause for concern is that the Rabbit is also afflicted with the Yin Jia Star. What this star does is that it increases Yin energy of the Rabbit, and it magnifies the Yin or negative energies that arises from your situation. Thus, it may bring bad luck. Deal with this star simply by having the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO. The auspicious Piyao made from empowered gold will definitely be able to “eat” away the negative energies, and add on protection through the gold that is empowered with mantras, sutras, and pujas performed by Bhiksus, Bhiksunis, and High Lamas like Guru Lama.

Because of your strong Life Chi coupled with strong Spiritual Chi and Inner Chi, the Rabbit need not worry about their health condition this year. They will be able to avoid major health issues. However, the 7 and 70 years old Rabbit may find themselves getting involve in an accident that may lead to a long-term illness. They should protect themselves from it by wearing the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET or an image of MEDICINE BUDDHA  worn as a pendant.

The Rabbit’s strong inner chi, life chi, and spiritual chi will be their greatest ally in making money. But remember that wealth luck is really weak if not non-existent this year, thus it is important that you create wealth opportunity for yourself by wearing the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET, similarly having the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO, will also definitely help bring wealth in so that your hard work won’t go to waste. The 31 and 55-year-old, especially the 55, will really need to boost their wealth luck with the combined powers of the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

DRAGON

DRAGON chinese zodiac

General Traits: Intelligent, full of energy, witty, quixotic, artistic, enthusiastic, inventive and original in thought, enigmatic, perfectionist, humourous, headstrong, generous, egostical, aristocratic, over-demanding, prone to worry, quick-tempered.

The very important thing that a person born under the sign of the Dragon should realize is that amongst the 12 Chinese Animal Zodiac signs it is only the Dragon and the Snake that has direct wealth luck / financial luck / money luck that they got from the Flying Stars. The #8 Flying Star, which is the Wealth Star and is considered to be one of the most auspicious star in the Flying Star in the Flying Stars formula directly affects the people born under the sign of the Dragon and the Snake. While this star needs to be activated because there is no wealth luck in the Bazi Chart, the Dragon will have to remember that they are already one step, maybe even several steps ahead when it comes to wealth enhancing factors.

Furthermore, the Dragon should also always remember that the Big Auspiciousness Star also flies into its sector. This is also extremely auspicious because this brings in blessings of success, fulfillment, and wealth.

You have to remember these two because it will take a lot of wisdom and strategic ideas to help the Dragon go through the 2018 Year of Earth Dog. And why is this? Because the ruling animal sign of the year which is the Dog is in direct conflict of the Dragon.

Spiritual Chi and Inner Chi are low and when I say low, I mean they are really low. This will greatly affect your chances of attaining success, be it wealth success, personal or career success! Hard work, determination, and faith in the higher being will definitely be your ‘allies’ this year! These are the things that will definitely help propel you to survive the year. However, determination and faith are affected by inner chi and spiritual chi respectively.

Your very low spiritual chi will leave you susceptible to evil intentions, whether intentional or not. It will also make you disheartened easily. Furthermore, it will make you also more susceptible to negative energies, or Yin energies around you. To counter this, I strongly recommend that you wear a gold image of EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA pendant. Bodhisattva Earth Store is also known as Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa. The weak inner chi will make you easily lose interest or give up on projects or business dealings, and so it is important to address that concern also by wearing the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET!

I would like to share a good thing though. The Dragon’s Life Chi is also good. It will give you the focus and vitality to overcome the yin energies coming from failed progress of projects caused by other people. And also, simply having the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET will definitely give you the bolster that you need to sustain a strong life chi, to help supplement the weak spiritual chi and inner chi. Furthermore, wearing a BODHI LEAF DZI BEAD tied with a RUTILATED QUARTZ bracelet will help bolster the said strong life chi. You will need to bolster it or energize it because you don’t want it getting depleted because of your weak spiritual chi and inner chi.

As mentioned above, the Dragon has to always remember that they have the #8 Flying Star or the Wealth Star. While this star is still dependent on the general wealth luck of the year base on the Bazi Chart, it has to be mentioned that it is only the Dragon and Snake who has this star. And it is quite easy to strengthen and focus the energy of this star to affect the Dragon. You do this simply by wearing the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET and/or the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO.

The other good thing is that the Dragon also has the Big Auspiciousness Star of the 24 Mountain Stars. This star brings in success and wealth amongst other auspicious blessings. One should activate this star by wearing the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO. But for the Dragon it will help if you can have an image of MAITREYA BUHDDA or HAPPY FAT BUDDHA made of gold empowered with special prayers. This will help bolster that Big Auspiciousness Star, and you really need to energize it to compensate for the other weaknesses.

You are also afflicted with the Tai Suey (Tai Sui, Grand Duke Jupiter) of the year. Maybe you are in direct confrontation position with Tai Suey, and you are also in direct hostile position with the ruling Chinese animal zodiac of the year, and these will bring obstacles, stress, hindrances to your endeavors. The good news is simply wearing a Piyao will help appease the Tai Sui. And so, get a Piyao or better yet get the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO so that it helps bring in other good things also aside from simply appeasing the Tai Suey.

As a foot note to the low spiritual energy, you should remember that going to a temple (lighting some incense) or if you’re a Christian simply going to church and/or praying the rosary or reading the Bible should help strengthen your spiritual chi.

Physical health may be average for the Dragon; however, mental and emotional health are of a concerned. All affected but this is especially true for the 30, 42, and 90-year-old Dragons. You will have to be alert in the first sign of illness and make sure you take a lot of rest. Wearing the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET should help a lot. Likewise chanting the MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA should also help.

Medicine Buddha Mantra: TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA

Illness Suppression Amulet3

NOTE: THIS IS THE OLD ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. THE NEW ONE IS MADE OF METAL. SHOWING THIS PHOTO SO YOU BASICALLY HAVE AN IDEA WHAT’S INSIDE.

As mentioned again, remember that the key to making money is to remember that you have the Wealth Star and the Big Auspiciousness Star and that having the recommended amulets will certainly help you to tap into the power of these stars. One of the frustration here is that the Dragon has the wealth luck, but it might be difficult to tap into it. So aside from having the recommended amulets, you can also chant mantras of WEALTH GOD OR DEITIES.

SNAKE

SNAKE chinese zodiac

General Traits: Proud, determined, wise, ambitious, talented in many directions, almost always successful, courageous when necessary, passionate, intelligent, quick-witted, cool-headed, charming, mistrusting.

There are only two Chinese animal zodiac signs this year that is directly affected by wealth luck or money luck or financial luck, and that is the Dragon and the Snake. Wealth luck usually comes from the Bazi Chart of the year and its relationship to the “Basket of Elements” of the sign and the Flying Stars Formula and 24 Mountain Stars Formula. However, this year because there is no wealth luck to be found in the Paht Chee Chart / Bazi Chart of the year, and no direct wealth luck to be found in the 24 Mountain Stars, aside from the indirect wealth from the Big Auspiciousness Star, the only wealth luck will come from the Flying Stars. This however is also slightly dependent to the year’s “Basket of Elements” and so activating this star should be really important.

Furthermore, the Snake also has the Heaven’s Seal Star, which is another star one really wants to have. The Heaven’s Seal also helps provide the Snake the capabilities to cope with the energy of the year. Because of the Heaven Seal, people born under the year of the Snake will have the most power to reign over their destinies, which is absent from the other animal zodiac.

On top of that, the Snake’s Inner Chi is also quite strong and so it provides it the power to reach success in the Snake’s endeavor. Spirit Chi and Life Chi are quite mediocre, and so it is best to wear a gold pendant image of BODHISATTVA KSITIGARBHA (Earth Store Bodhisattva / Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa) so that it doesn’t get any lower which may affect your over-all success. Furthermore, you should also address the mediocre life chi by wearing or carrying with you the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET.

EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA PENDANT

The Earth Store Bodhisattva Pendant should be in gold or platinum. Bodhisattva Earth Store is also known as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa.

As mentioned, the Snake is one of the only 2 animal zodiacs that has direct wealth luck by virtue of the #8 Flying Star which is better known as the Wealth Star. The Snake has better luck than the Dragon in tapping into these energies of the Wealth Star, however, as mentioned this star is somewhat dependent on the wealth luck provided in “Basket of Elements”, so for one to be able to tap into this luck and activate its wealth, it is extremely advisable for one to wear the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and/or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

The Heaven’s Seal will also support give the Snake the support that it needs to fulfill all his endeavors. This is an auspicious star to have. And to make this work, it will help if one wears an image of BODHISTTVA EARTH STORE or BODHISATTVA AVALOKITESVARA (also known as Kuan Yin, Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Kannon, Bodhisattva of Compassion, Goddess of Mercy) in gold pendant.

However, there are two possible worries that the Snake has to contend with. This is the Annual Conflict and the facing of the Three Killings. It is easy to deal with Three Killings, as long as you keep active you are already deflecting its negative effect which may cause three kinds of losses. But the Annual Conflict has to be dealt with. For the Snake, it will be beneficial to have the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET. Having this amulet will protect you from the ill effects of this star which may cause some hindrance in your success.

Health wise the Snake should not be bothered about possible illness. That is generally speaking, however, the 29, 41, and 89 years old should try to take care of themselves and ensure that they have enough sleep. Whatever will strike them may be due to weakening of their immune system and maybe because of them abusing their bodies. It is advisable for them to have the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET so that they can be protected from an illness that may hinder their success.

HORSE

Horse chinese zodiac

General Traits: Mostly Popular and loves the attention, admired, friendly, sexually-appealing, carefree, optimistic, pleasure-seeking, imaginative, inquisitive, hardworking, loyal, good talker, capable, practical, energetic, impulsive, moody and egoistic

Most people born in the year of the Horse had a rough year in 2017. 2018 Year of the Earth Dog will prove to be a little better, but I cannot say that it will be a perfect year or a totally good year. So, to speak, they might have seen the light at the end of the tunnel but that will still have to navigate a slightly bumpy road ahead before they reach the end of the tunnel.

The chart shows that with hard work and determination the year may prove to be a career or professionally satisfying for a person born under the sign of the Horse.

This year will be a year where a Horse will determine what he/she really wants to achieve and have, although money luck like anybody else will be something that a Horse should really work hard for. The Horse’s Spirit Chi and Life Chi are average. It is neither strong nor weak, and they should try to work on it so that it can be their tool to achieve greater heights. To further strengthen their spiritual chi, it will be good to wear a gold pendant image of EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA (also known as Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa or Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha). For the life chi, a Horse should carry or wear the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO.  It is important that a Horse should not give in to negativity or yin energies, sometimes it may prove to be difficult but they should always look at the positive. And as I always tell my readers who consult me, staying positive is always the first line of defense.

One of the major concern is the very weak inner chi of the Horse. Having a weak inner chi will make success elusive because of your own sentiments. So it is important that when you a big goal, come up with smaller goals to achieve it, then focus on each of the smaller goals first until you hit the big goal. It is also important to strengthen your inner chi, and you can do this simply be carrying or wearing the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET.

Since the Dog is the Dog’s zodiac friend or ally, it will be a good for the horse to tap into the power of the Dog this year. You do this simply by carrying with you an image of a DOG. This can be a pendant, or as simple as a nice keychain.

dog key chain

In looking for a dog key chain look for something that has a happy and friendly image.

One good news is that the #4 Flying Star, also known as the Romantic and Scholastic Star flies into the sector of the Horse. This means that the Horse will do good in work or projects that involve a lot of research or “studying”.

The #4 Star also brings love to the Horse, this means that single Horses who are looking for love might find romantic love this year. Married or attached Horse will find that their love is blooming. However, this is a star that may also bring in a third party into the relationship, so it is best that you safeguard yourself. For married couple, you can tie an AMETHYST GEODE WITH A RED STRING at the foot of your bed. Or you can wear the DOUBLE HAPPINESS SYMBOL in gold. For single who wants to further enhanced this luck you can find a PAIR OF MANDARIN DUCKS and carry with you the SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET.

This star also gives the Horse a charming aura, so networking for your business or work will definitely good this year.

However, there is a bit of bad news. The Horse is afflicted with the Wu Duo Star of the 24 Mountain Stars. This is a star that brings misfortune and is definitely a big stumbling block for the Horse’s endeavors. Furthermore, this is almost like the #7 Violent Star of the Flying Stars, and thus one needs to protect oneself from this star. It can cause failure, and thus is it best to protect oneself from this star by carrying or wearing the VAJRAPANI RUEL. Better if this is combined with a gold or jade pendant of BODHISATTVA KUAN YIN (also known as Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Kannon, Avalokitesvara, Goddess of Mercy, Bodhisattva of Compassion). Carrying a VICTORY BANNER will also help.

Technically speaking you are also facing the Three Killings, which can bring three kinds of misfortune. However, an active Horse will already have dealt with this simply being active. But you can also carry with you the THREE CELESTIAL GUARDIANS.

The Horse will have to be careful about their health, especially since as mentioned they may be prone to stress. This is especially true to the 16, 28, 52, 76, and 88 years old Horses. The only ones not so affected are the 40 and 64 years old Horse. However, it will still be good for all Horses to carry or wear the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET.

Considering that wealth luck is elusive this year, the Horse will have an average wealth opportunities if they aptly work hard and put on wealth enhancing amulet like the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and/or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

SHEEP

sheep chinese zodiac

General Traits: Quiet, reserved, symphathetic, sincere, patient, unemotional, practical, realistic, common sense always prevails, optimistic, sincere, non-judgemental, ambitious, determined, can’t work under stress.

Despite of the fact that the “Basket of Elements” is not in total harmony with the “Basket of Elements” of the year, a Sheep can still have a prosperous and fulfilling 2018. This is a year where major changes for the betterment of a Horse’s life may happen.

The Sheep’s Inner Chi is quite strong and this should prove to be a successful year for a Sheep who will work hard to achieve its goal. Having the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET should further this luck thus giving you a great advantage.

Spirit Chi of the Sheep is of a concern because this may cause waning of your enthusiasm and may cause psycho – emotional concerns. It is best to protect yourself by wearing an image of Bodhisattva made of gold. I highly recommend the EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA or the BODHISATTVA KUAN YIN.

Life Chi is good thus it will provide the energy you need to course through the year.

One of the best news is that the Sheep has the #6 Flying Star also known as the Heaven’s Blessing and Mentor Star! This is a very auspicious star to have because it brings in huge amount of blessings from the heaven and more that it brings in the mentor star. This means that the Sheep will always have support of superiors and there will always somebody to guide them. It is extremely good to further activate this star by inviting an image of a BUDDHA, BODHISATTVA, or a DEITY to signify that you honor them and also signify a focused energy on you. I strongly recommend that you get one or two of any of the following Buddhas or Bodhisattvas: SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA (also spelled as Shakyamuni), MEDICINE BUDDHA, KSITIGARBHA BODHISATTVA, KUAN YIN BODHISATTVA, GODDESS TARA.Goddess Tara

You also have the Yi Duo Star!!!! This means all the good things may be multiplied. And if you want to activate this star with a focus or having better wealth luck so that money will come in, I strongly recommend that you get either the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET. Wearing a PRAYER WHEEL will also fill you with auspicious blessings!

You are facing the Three Killings which may bring three kinds of misfortune. However, an active Sheep will already have dealt with the negative effects of the Three Killings. But if you want to get a cure, I suggest that you carry with you at all times the THREE CELESTIAL GUARDIANS!

Health luck should be good because of the #6 Flying Star where the Heavenly Beings and the Buddhas or Bodhisattvas will protect you. But the 27, 75, and 87 years old should take an extra care of their health. Wearing the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET should be enough to protect you.

MONKEY

monkey chinese zodiac

General Traits: Lively, quick-witted, crafty, mercenary, opportunist, original thinker, clever, innovative, self-centred, devious, amusing, sociable, ammiable, very ambitious.

It is going to be a good year for people born under the sign of the Monkey!!! The Monkey enjoys an auspicious and harmonious energy this year. Their strong Spirit Chi and Life Chi can help propel them to great heights. This year, a Monkey should follow their instinct and they will also enjoy some sort of mental clarity that will help them move forward this year.

The success that a Monkey will achieve this year is largely because of hard work and determination plus being focus on what they want. As mentioned, a great spirit chi and life chi are two things from within that will ensure their success. Inner Chi might be a little low but either the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO or the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET should be enough to address this concern of the Monkey.

As if it’s not enough good news. The Monkey, like the Sheep, also enjoys the #6 Flying Star, which is the Heaven’s Blessings and Mentor Star! This is a very auspicious star to have. Great opportunities and blessings from the Heaven awaits the Monkey. While money luck is bad for everybody, the Monkey can tap into the power of this star to attain some wealth luck. They can do this simply by having the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and an image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE in gold.

The #6 Flying Stars also brings in the Mentor Luck; thus, the Monkey will enjoy the support of their superiors. They will also constantly find a person who can help them.

Another great news is that they have Golden Deity star, this is a star that brings wealth from the Heavens and it also brings in blessing and support from the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Deities, and Taoist Gods. Activate this star by inviting an image of a deity in gold. I strongly suggest any one of the following: SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA, AMITABHA BUDDHA, MEDICINE BUDDHA, KUAN YIN BODHISATTVA, EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA, GODDESS TARA, MAITREYA BODHISATTVA.

The only cause of concern is that the Monkey is flank by two negative stars from the 24 Mountain Stars. These are the Annual Conflict Star and the Yin Jia Xing. These two stars combined can cause a lot of serious havoc that may lead to loss of wealth, grave illness or accidents and even death! It is best to suppress the effects of these stars, and one can do this by wearing the VAJRAPANI RUEL and/or a gold KALACHAKRA pendant.

Wealth luck is better than most of the animal zodiac, but this has to be activated with the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET or the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO!

Health luck is generally good for most Monkeys.

ROOSTER

Rooseter chinese zodiac

General Traits: Moody, dreamy, talkative, vain, outgoing, extravagant, over-confident, self-confident, attentive to friends, rarely successful, flamboyant, unaided, dignified, handsome, headstrong, arrogant, vain.

If we are to base everything on the harmony of the Rooster’s “Basket of Elements” with that of the year’s “Basket of Elements”, then we can say that this year is going to be simply superb and wonderful for people born under the sign of the Rooster. Spiritual Chi, Life Chi, and Inner Chi are all strong and not to mention, I repeat the Bazi Chart of the Rooster and of the year are in sync.

Personal luck, career luck and relationship luck looks really positive, and thus the year is for the Rooster to take. You will need to magnify your spiritual chi, inner chi and life chi because these are the only tools you have to take on the year. And unfortunately, the Flying Stars and the 24 Mountain Stars both brings in some very negative stars, and thus bolstering the luck you get from good spiritual chi, inner chi, and life chi is a must. Not to mention the harmonious relationship of the “Basket of Elements” of the Rooster and that of the year’s should be taken advantage of.

To bolsters these good energies, I strongly recommend that people born under the sign of the Rooster wears a gold pendant of the image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE, FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET, and the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO.

The Rooster is afflicted with the #2 Flying Star, which is also known as the Illness Star. The Illness Star causes different kinds of disease or weaknesses, but more than that it causes accidents also that may become an illness, that may affect the outcome of your luck.

I remember that a person consulted me before because he was really having a lot of luck that year. Projects come in one after another, but he failed to contend with the Illness Star, which afflicts him that year, and so while good things are coming in, it was hindered when he had an accident that cause him to be bedridden and unable to walk for a little more than a month. And so this star has to be dealt with. You can do this by wearing the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET or by wearing a gold pendant of the image of MEDICINE BUDDHA. Likewise, chanting the MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA and the WHITE UMBRELLA GODDESS MANTRA should help avert the negative effects of the said star.

Medicine Buddha Mantra: TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA

White Umbrella Goddess Mantra: TADYATHA OM ANALE ANALE KHASAME KHASAME BHAYRE BHAYRE SAUMA SAUME SARVA BUDDHA ADISHTHANA ADISHTITE SOHA OM SARVA TATHAGATHA USHINISHA SITATAPUTRA HUM PHAT HUM MAMA HUM NE SOHA

Another thing negative thing that a Rooster has to contend with are the two Annual Conflict Stars and the Reducing Energy Star!

The said stars can create major problems that will disrupt the good flow of energy and will disrupt your peace of mind. So if you’re a Rooster, like the Ox, you should remember to try to keep cool and maintain your own peace of mind. Remember that you have the power to control your emotions and thoughts. Furthermore, the Reducing Energy Star will further make the Rooster, who is already afflicted with the Illness Star to become weaker and/or to become more susceptible to infections and even accidents. The ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULETS and the CHANTING OF MANTRAS OF MEDICINE BUDDHA and/or WHITE UMBRELLA GODDESS is enough to handle the concern brought about by the Reducing Energy Star. However, for the two Annual Conflict Stars, it is best to carry with you a VAJRAPANI RUEL and a gold KALACHAKRA pendant.

Wealth luck should be good if the Rooster will overcome all the negative stars brought about by the Flying Stars and 24 Mountain Stars. However, this has to be activated and so I highly recommend the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and/or the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

DOG

DOG

Loyal, just, strong sense of morality, reliable, dutiful, patient, caring, sincere, compassionate, honest, generous, intelligent, confident, idealistic, affectionate, a worthy leader, tend to become lazy and depressed, pessimistic.

The Dog enjoys some very good stars both from the Flying Stars and the 24 Mountain Stars, and these stars should help the Dog in achieving its wish for the year. However, as early as now, I would like to clarify already that wealth luck is not at its best for the Dog. While this may be true for everybody, this is more significant for people born under the sign of the Dog. So it is better if a person born under the sign of the Dog will focus more on personal success or professional success that is not financial or money-centric.

A Dog should realize that they have the support of the Tai Sui (Tai Suey or Grand Duke of Jupiter) God of the year, and this should also provide an added boost. However, the Tai Suey should always be appeased, and thus they should wear a Piyao, better if they wear the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO because of their weak wealth luck. So, they can sort of hit two birds in one stone.

They should also take advantage of a special luck brought about by their Paht Chee Chart or Bazi Chart, and I’m talking about Noble Aristocrat Star. This is a star that seldom appears but can prove to be an auspicious one. To put plainly, it is a star that is similar to the Mentor’s Star of the Flying Stars, however this is more focus in bringing wealth. What this star does is that it brings you people who can mentor you or lead you in wealth generating ideas. To activate this star, it is extremely good to have the VAJRAPANI RUEL or an image of KUAN KONG (also spelled or called as Guan Gong, Kuan Yu, Guan Yu, Kuan Teh Ya, Guan Teh Ya, Teh Ya Kong, Sangharama Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva Sangharama, Qie Lan Pu Sa).

The “Basket of Elements” of the Dog as an animal zodiac sign, is not in sync with that of the year’s “Basket of Elements”! You might be wondering and say that this is lunar year of the Earth Dog, how come it is not in sync? The truth is, and I have written about this in the past, is that if the year’s animal sign is also the same of that of your animal sign doesn’t mean that you are lucky, in fact, it is mostly the contrary. This is because too much of the same thing will repel each other, and this is what happened with the Dog or with any signs for the other years. The only saving grace for the Dog is the good stars from the Flying Stars and the 24 Mountain Stars.

The sole driving force of the Dog for the year is their strong life chi. This is the only thing base from their bazi that will sustain them. And as you know if you kept on running on a single source that thing will be depleted, it’s the same with chi, and so it is better to sustain this by amplifying it with the use of the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET.

The Spirit Chi and Inner Chi of the Dog are really weak. A weak spirit chi will make a person more susceptible to yin energies, and it will make you more prone to unseen entities. This can also pull you down from achieving your full potential for the year, thus it is extremely advisable to wear an image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE as a gold pendant. Weak inner chi can also take a blow on your perseverance, confidence and determination, this may sound petty but sometimes these are the only things that can drive us to finish something and this year this is more important than ever. So, it is better to strengthen your inner chi, and for the Dog, I would strongly recommend having the SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET.

The wonderful news is that the Dog has the #1 Flying Star, which is also known as the Victory Star. This is a star that brings in auspicious luck and fortune. Having this star will let you triumph over things that can pull you down. Sometimes, being victorious can also bring wealth luck, and this year all wealth luck / financial luck / money luck are indirect and you have to search for it. Being victorious will certainly open doors for wealth luck and you will strongly need all opportunities because as mentioned wealth luck of people born under the sign of the Dog are weak, weaker than most of the signs, except maybe that of the Rat. And so, having the VAJRAPANI RUEL, which also enjoys a lot of miraculous personal testimonies that involves financial luck is highly recommended.

The 24 Mountain Stars brings in the Small Auspiciousness Star to the Dog, and while this brings small luck, in the long run this could prove to be really helpful, especially if you can really make it active by constantly giving you small lucks all the time. You can further bolster the effects of this star by having the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO, and since the Piyao will also appease the Tai Sui God of the year, you are already addressing two things in one cure or amulet.

The bad news is that the 24 Mountain Stars also brings in the Annual Conflict Star, and this should be addressed and dealt with right away because for some to reason the one that afflicts the Dog is quite strong. And having a weal spirit chi will definitely expound its effect. For this I strongly recommend that you protect yourself with a gold pendant image of BODHISATTVA KUAN YIN (also known or spelled as Guan Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Kannon, Avalokitesvara, Chenrezig, Goddess of Mercy, Bodhisattva of Compassion) or with the FOUR DHARMAKAY RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET!

The weak spirit chi and inner chi together with the unfavorable and disharmonious relationship of the “Basket of Elements” and because of the side affliction of the #2 Illness Star, the Dog’s health is not exactly at its best this 2018. Caution is advised to all ages and they would all need to arm themselves with the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. However, it is the 12, 60, and 72 years old Dogs that are most in danger. I strongly recommend that they as well as the other age group arm themselves with the RECITATION OF THE MEDICINE BUDDHA SUTRA (download The-Sutra-On-The-Original-Vows-And-Merits-Of-The-Medicine-Master-Lapis-Lazuli-Light-Tathagata) and with CHANTING THE MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA!

Medicine Buddha Mantra: TADYATHA OM BHEKANDZYE BHEKANDZYE MAHA BHEKANDZYE RADZA SAMUGATE SOHA!

Illness Suppression Amulet3

NOTE: THIS IS THE OLD ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. THE NEW ONE IS MADE OF METAL. SHOWING THIS PHOTO SO YOU BASICALLY HAVE AN IDEA WHAT’S INSIDE.

Lastly, as mentioned, I just would like to reiterate that wealth luck is quite bad for the Dog. But follow the advice above and if possible wear the VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET and the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO and CHANT THE MANTRAS OF THE WEATH DEITIES should really make things better.

Vaisravana Dzambhala Wealth Amulet

The Vaisavana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet has the consecrated copies of the mantras of King Vaisravana of the Four Heavenly Kings and the mantras of the Five Dzambhalas. Furthermore, there are some special ingredients in powder form that are included to add to the potency of the amulet. Before it is sealed it is furthered consecrated on the image of The Four Heavenly Kings. It is placed in a metal case, not just for its durability and protection but according to the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book where Guru Lama got the instructions for this amulet, it has to be placed in cylindrical metal case to symbolize continuity and stability.

PIG/BOAR

PIG

General Traits: Just, discerning, wise, intellectual and well-informed, lucky with money and in friendship, always admired, self-indulgent, cultured, loyal, reliable, naïve, tend to get frustrated due to lack of knowledge

Like the Dog, the Pig’s “Basket of Elements” is not also in sync with year’s “Basket of Elements”. But if there’s something that should be told to people born under the sign of the Pig is that they should be mindful of their attitude. That would be the respectful of saying it, but I will be blunt here, they should not have any negative boastful attitude.

Success will be within reach for the Pig, and they might find themselves successful in any of their undertakings, thus they have to watch out for having some attitude. They should also realize who are really there for them and not assume things. For they might ostracized somebody who is silently helping them just because they didn’t see what they want to see or hear what they want to hear.

The Pig’s Spirit Chi and Life Chi are weak. Weak spirit chi might make the Pig more susceptible to yin energies, thus they should protect themselves with a gold pendant image of BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE!

EARTH STORE BODHISATTVA PENDANT

The Earth Store Bodhisattva Pendant should be in gold or platinum. Bodhisattva Earth Store is also known as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Wang Pu Sa.

A weak life chi will diminish the drive and energy of Pig and thus will prevent you from getting the success that is presented to you by your bazi. To protect yourself from this I strongly recommend, for the Pig, the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET.

The Pig fortunately has the #1 Flying Star, which is also known as the Victory Star! This star would make a Pig be victorious in its endeavors, sometimes this can pave the way to wealth luck. To further enhanced this star, it will be very good for people born under the sign of the Pig to carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL or have the VICTORY BANNER with them.

The Pig also have the Small Auspiciousness Star, albeit this is weaker for the Pig than that of the Dog. This star also brings in a lot of small luck that may spell a lot of difference this year. If you want to make this star constantly active and help chase good luck for you especially wealth luck, then it is extremely a good idea to have the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO.

However, the bad news is that the Pig is also afflicted with the Robbery Star. Aside from the implication as robbery, this could also mean wealth loss through theft or betrayal of trust. Furthermore, it can also mean people stealing your ideas or stealing your recognition. It is best to protect yourself from this by having the gold KALACHAKRA PENDANT or the VAJRAPANI RUEL.

Because of the disharmonious relationships of the “Basket of Elements” of the year and that of the Pig, the Pig will really have to take care of their health. Depression and/or other psycho – emotional conditions is the thing that may affect the Pig this year. Thus it is best to wear the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET.

Illness Suppression Amulet3

NOTE: THIS IS THE OLD ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. THE NEW ONE IS MADE OF METAL. SHOWING THIS PHOTO SO YOU BASICALLY HAVE AN IDEA WHAT’S INSIDE.

As mentioned, wealth luck for everybody or for all the signs this year is quite weak. The same is true for the Pig, although the Small Auspiciousness Star, the Victory Star and strong inner chi will strengthen the chances of the Pig to have some wealth luck if they are able to create it. The best wealth luck amulet for the all the Pig is the VASIRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CANNOT GET ALL THE RECOMMENDED AMULETS, GET AT LEAST THE HOLY TRINITY OF AMULETS FOR THE YEAR. THEY ARE THE GOLD PENDANT IMAGE OF BODHISATTVA EARTH STORE; FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AND LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET; AND SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO OR THE VAISRAVANA-DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET.

Note: The Four Dharmakaya Relic Mantras and Lama Atisha Combined Amulet has not arrived yet.

Chant – A – Mantra (14): It’s Not All About Amulets!

Published Setyembre 27, 2017 by jptan2012

chanting mantraOne of the things that I hate most when writing about amulets is that I know that it is not for everybody. Some people simply can’t afford the amount of exchange of energies needed to acquire an amulet.

Note: To understand why there is an stipulated amount of donation for an amulet, please read the article – THE EVOLUTION OF ACQUIRING AN AMULET.

But at this point, I would like to share that there are people who have gotten some of the amulets for ‘free’ only because they already have made the ‘exchange of energies’ through their good deeds or sometimes they’re simply lucky to have good karma to receive it from people who are willing to share amulets with them.

Recently, my Guru Lama released a powerful wealth amulet called VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET; he discovered this amulet about 20 years ago in a copy of a sacred tantric scripture or book called “Maha Biddhuya Vaircona Abihidisambohi Vikurvitadthisnana Vaipulya Sudrentaha Raja Nama Dharma – Paryaya”. There were a lot of request for the amulet and now three of those who requested said that they could already see the progress and betterment of their financial future. However, as my Guru Lama said, he can only afford to make this wealth amulet once a year, and so he can makes it by batches, the first batch of which is fast running out. But for those who won’t be able to request the amulet do not despair, because it is not all about amulet.

I have a reader who is quite famous in Davao, in this blog she is simply called BM, and I have written about her a number of times. Although she has several amulets, she has had a good life. Why? It is simply because she has a good heart and is a very kind hearted, compassionate person. I have written about her several times and you can find the link below. I suggest you take time out to read about her and the lessons that she has imparted to my readers thru me.

I also have another reader who at one time really wants the Vajrapani Ruel(1), however, she simply can’t afford the stipulated donation or exchange of energy for the Vajrapani Ruel(2). Real and effective amulets can really get quite pricey. And so I told her to chant the mantra of Bodhisattva Vajrapani – OM VAJRAPANI HUM. She did it under deep meditation everyday, and it worked for her, although in the end she still opted to get the Vajrapani Ruel(3).

Amulets can hasten things and it will really help because amulets when properly done and are consecrated then further blessed by high lamas serves as an extension of a Buddha or Bodhisattva. They sort of ‘lock’ a part of the energy of the Buddha or Bodhisattva. But we need not despair for we can still directly tap into these energies. How do we do that? Simply by chanting their mantras.

For the Vajrapani Ruel(4), one can simply chant OM VAJRAPANI HUM 108x a day.

For the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet(2) one should chant the mantra of King Vaisravana of the Four Heavenly Kings 1,080 times or 10 full malas. One mala is 108 times. The mantra is OM VAISRAVANA YE SOHA.

It should be followed by the mantras of the Five Dzambhala (also spelled as Jambala, Dzambala, Jambhala, Zambhala, Zambala). Each mantra should be chanted 108 times.

Here the mantras of the Five Dzambhalas:

  • Green Dzambhala: OM KARMA DZAMBHALA AH SOHA
  • White Dzambhala: OM PADMO KRODA ARYA DZAMBHALA HRIH DAYA HUM PHAT
  • Yellow Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE SOHA
  • Red Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE DANAM MEDIHI HRIH DAKINI DZAMBALA SAMBHARA SOHA
  • Blue/Black Dzambhala: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE BASHU DHARINI SOHA

NOTE: FOR THESE MANTRAS TO BE EFFECTIVE AS AN AMULET, ONE SHOULD RECITE IT UNDER DEEP MEDITATION, A LEVEL WHEREIN ONE IS ALMOST NO LONGER AWARE OF ONE’S SURROUNDINGS.

The Creation of Wealth: Is Wanting to Get Wealthy A Sin and A Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet Miraculous Story Shared by My Guru Lama!

Published Setyembre 1, 2017 by jptan2012

wealthEncountering new amulets is always a unique and wonderful experience. Being one of the instruments to make the amulet available to some people is even a bigger blessing. Just recently another powerful wealth amulet was introduced in this blog, the amulet is called the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, and while it is a fairly new amulet to be read about, it is technically an old amulet since the instruction of it was found by my Guru Lama about 20 years ago in a Tantric Buddhist Scripture, whose original copy is said to have been written by high lama in Tibet approximately 1,200 years ago. This means, the amulet itself has been existing at the very least 1,200 years or maybe even more. There were several initiation for an amulet in the said Tantric Buddhist Scripture, and several are in use now, however, as to why this particular amulet has not been regularly used, nobody knows.

In the post called THE VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET: AN INTRODUCTION TO A VERY POWERFUL WEALTH AMULET, I wrote about how Guru Lama in a deep meditative state discovered the holy book (a copy of the original one) where the instruction and ritual in making this amulet was written. He also made this amulet for the first time for one of his Sangha member who at that time lives in poverty but is now one of the famous rich Singaporean businessmen.

Although that was the first time Guru Lama made the amulet, it was definitely not the last. From time to time, he will make the amulet for some people who badly need it. And today, I will share one of the stories whom Guru Lama has blessed by making this amulet for that person.

Chun Qiet (CQ) is a Malaysian – Chinese who was born in Singapore. His parents are both devout Buddhist and are Sangha members of the temple where Guru Lama serves as Abbot. His family would always go to temple and Guru Lama knows the family quite well. One day, tragedy strike, CQ’s family had an accident and both of CQ’s parents died.

CQ was left with his father’s business. But CQ was only 19 then and he is not familiar with the business. An uncle came to help, but after 4 years they soon found out that he is not capable of running his brother’s business and suggested to CQ to just sell the business. Since CQ is close to Guru Lama, he sought him out and asked for blessings. CQ confessed that if he doesn’t sell the business he might be left with nothing. He might have to sell their house. But at the same time he confessed that he doesn’t want to sell his father’s business because he feels that it is his father’s legacy.

Guru Lama doesn’t agree that CQ’s father’s legacy is the business because he believes the CQ’s father’s legacy is CQ himself, who has proven himself to be a responsible and good young man.

After that conversation that Guru Lama had with CQ, he decided to make the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet for CQ.

Note: That was not the second time Guru Lama made the amulet; he has made it for several other people.

After receiving the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, CQ was approached by an old friend of his father to ask about his welfare and the business. CQ opened up about his dilemma, and surprisingly this ‘uncle’ offered to invest in the business so CQ can help bring it back up, but on top of that he offered to help in the business. CQ’s uncle was initially reluctant because he was afraid that his brother’s friend would just take over the business. But somehow CQ realized that he got nothing to lose and he decided to just plunge into it, besides he felt that the amulet would help him.

Well, it did. That was 14 years ago. CQ is now again the sole owner of the business he inherited from his father. He has since made the business bigger. His father’s only guided him in the business for 3 years after which he gradually left the business until it was made official thru legal papers again 7 years after he invested and ‘meddled’ in the business. CQ has since then ‘bought him out’ of the business again, obviously this was done amicably. CQ firmly believes that it was because of the amulet that he was fortunate enough to be reacquainted with his father’s friend.

Vaisravana.

King Vaisravana a powerful Buddhist wealth god is the chief of the Four Heavenly Kings.

Guru Lama explains that the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet is not an amulet that gives you a quick rich blessing. Although, he has seen this happened also. However, he said the main effect of the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet is protection; protection that you don’t lose your wealth or money, but it is also helps you create your wealth by leading you to the right people and to the right sources. Guru Lama explains that in “Maha Biddhuya Vaircona Abihidisambohi Vikurvitadthisnana Vaipulya Sudrentaha Raja Nama Dharma – Paryaya”, the Tantric Buddhist Scripture or book where he found the guideline for the initiation of the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, it clearly states that this particular wealth amulet is an amulet that helps gather wealth sources for you, then helps you actualize your wealth, after which it will stabilize it and makes it a continuous process to help your wealth grow bigger and bigger. Thus it is imperative that the container is a cylindrical metal to represent continuity and stability. What does this mean? It means it is unique in such a way that it doesn’t pull out from your bazi or karma or own luck the money, but rather it creates wealth luck for you. Other amulets like the Vajrapani Ruel, which is mainly a protective amulet but has a very high percentage of wealth luck manifesting features, will bring wealth luck to you if you have wealth luck base on your bazi or karma. Our life are pre – determined, but this doesn’t mean that it is only pre – determined on a single path, it is pre – determined with various paths, the normal is 3 – 4 paths, sometimes more, but there are times that it is only 2. However, admittedly there is a single path is more dominant than all the other paths. And what the Vajrapani Ruel and the other amulet does is get your wealth luck from all the other paths. The Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet is unique in such a way that even if there is no wealth luck in all the ‘paths’ of your life, it creates it for you. So in a way it changes your wealth destiny. So this amulet is very good for people who absolutely don’t have wealth luck. Nevertheless, for those who have wealth luck already but are unable to tap into it, the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet helps pull those luck for you, make it attainable and then creates a new path for you so that it becomes sustainable and continuous, it is not a “one time, big time” thing.

Inside the metal container are the consecrated mantras of King Vaisravana, the chief of the Four Heavenly Kings, and a known wealth god, with the consecrated mantras of the Yaksa (also spelled as Yaksha) wealth gods: Green Dzambhala, White Dzambhala, Yellow Dzambhala, Red Dzambhala, and Blue Dzambhala/Black Dzambhala!

Note: Dzambhala is also spelled as Dzambala, Jambhala, Jambala, Zambhala, Zambala.

The mantras were printed under strict Mahayana guidelines found in the Tantric Buddhist book and then consecrated under strict Mahayana – Hinayana initiations. It was then sealed under special prayers and mantras that a high lama like Guru Lama can chant.

Some of you might be asking why create a wealth amulet. That is because whether we accept it or not we are living in a time where there is a lot of uncertainty and money problems or financial problems seems to becoming more common. We all want and need financial blessings or money blessings and there is nothing wrong with it. It boils down to the intent and purpose; those are the things that determine the goodness or evilness of having money.

Majority of my readers are Christians, which is ironic because a lot of those attack my site as evil are also Christians, and I’m sure a lot of you will be asking whether isn’t this bad because ‘money is the root of evil’.

Money is not the root of evil. Money is simply that money, it’s a tool. It’s just like a computer or an iron or a chair or car, how we use it makes it evil or good. We are the root of evil, but we are also definitely the root of goodness. What we make of it determines whether it becomes evil or not.

To further answer whether money is bad, or wanting to be wealthy is bad or not, allow me to share something with you.

There is a silent but big number of theologist and scholars who believes that Christianity actually evolved from Buddhism. I have written about this in the past but to briefly put it, Christianity existed about 500 to 1000 years after Buddhism. And the similarities are simply astounding. For example, the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit are very similar to the concept of the Holy Trinity of Buddhism which consists of Amitabha Buddha (who even is not considered as Shakyamuni Buddha’s father is actually an ‘older’ Buddha and was the one who sent Bodhisattva Vajrapani to protect Sakyamuni Buddha on the eve of his full enlightenment), Buddha Sakyamuni (who is the Buddha of our world, who became human first and it has to be noted, if there is a tempting of Jesus Christ, there was also a tempting of Sakyamuni Buddha on the eve of his enlightenment), and Bhaysajyaguru Buddha or better known as Medicine Buddha (which is the only celestial Buddha, a Buddha that didn’t assume a human physical form). As you can see one can see that here this three Buddhas is similar to the Holy Trinity of the Christians.

Furthermore, the concept of the Holy Mother or the Virgin Mother can be akin to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara who became Kuan Yin Bodhisattva. Even the white dress with the veil is very much similar. Not to mention her ascension is very similar to the ascension story not of Bodhisattva Kuan Yin but rather of Buddha Sakyamuni’s earthly mother.

Note: Bodhisattva Kuan Yin is also called, as already mentioned Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and the other names are Kuan Shi Yin Bodhisattva, Quan Shi Yin Bodhisattva, Quan Yin Bodhisattva, Guan Shi Yin Bodhisattva, Guan Yin Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva Chenrezig, or Kannon Bodhisattva.

Not only that, the concept of Second Coming is very similar to the concept of the coming of the next Buddha, which is Maitreya Buddha. I can go on and on about the other similarities but I think that is a topic for another post.

I say this because I find it surprising the despite of the many similarities, one of the major difference is how one looks at money or wealth. Most Christians whether Catholic or otherwise are not comfortable talking about wanting to have more money or increasing their wealth. That is despite of the fact churches are quite rich. In Buddhism, there is nothing wrong in wanting more money or having the desire to increase wealth. In fact, Buddhism teaches that wealthy people have good karma, it may or may not be from this life but it can be from past life or past lives. Also, being wealthy makes it easier to practice Dharma and to become kinder and helpful to other people. I’m not saying that it is a prerequisite, but what I’m saying is that it is a good tool to make oneself become more compassionate and be helpful.

Allow me to share a story that supposedly happened thousand of year ago:

Lama Atisha, the revered lama and Mahasiddha, came across an old man, dying of starvation in Bodghaya. Lama Atisha offered his own flesh, cut from his body, to save the old man. But the old man said, “How can I eat a monk’s flesh?” Lama Atisha felt helpless in the face of this suffering. In Lama Atisha’s moment of despair, Chenrezeig (Guan Yin), the Compassionate One, appeared to Atisha and said, “Out of my eye, will manifest Jambhala, the Buddha of wealth, to help suffering beings. I shall alleviate their poverty so they will not be distracted from practicing the good heart.”

This is just one version of the timeless story of Jambhala, a “wealth deity,” a profoundly simple story that illustrates why wealth is not necessarily the root of all evils. Again, I would like to bring your attention to the statement that says: I SHALL ALLEVIATE THEIR POVERTY SO THEY WILL NOT BE DISTRACTED FROM PRACTICING THE GOOD HEART. For me this is very important.

Note: The use of Buddha of Wealth is debatable whether it was really the term use. However, some scholars argue that sometimes Buddha is use every time there was selfless act done out of extreme compassion.

Buddhism is all about non – materialistic, and I think it’s teaching about wealth and being non – materialistic perfectly compliment each other. If you are wealthy and is non – materialistic then you have practiced or is practicing one of the greatest dharma.

When Jonathan Ciliberto, a famous writer and critic of books especially Buddhist books, reviewed the book “A Shower of Jewels: Deities of Wealth” he wrote that “a lack of money is an obstacle to practice” to dharma or Buddhism. He further stated that, “Poverty itself, can make practice difficult. It is difficult enough to find birth in the precious human realm, our opportunity to practice the Dharma, without adding to suffering with the burden of poverty. One of the great perfections of practice is generosity—helping all sentient being. Instead of thinking of wealth as selfish (or feeling guilt about its accumulation), we should instead consider the Buddhist concept that wealth can be a virtuous means to help others.”

In Christianity or even in the West (generally speaking) there is some stigma attached to the idea of accumulating wealth when discussing spirituality and generosity.

Venerable Zasep Rinpoche, during a teaching at Gaden Choling explained that in eastern countries wealth practice is not frowned upon as it might be in western cultures. (I would like to clarify that eastern here refers to non – Christian countries). He further added that while meditating on and trying to accumulate wealth might be perceived as the opposite of generosity, as always with Buddhist philosophy, it comes down to intention. If the intention is to achieve virtuous deeds like generosity, healing, relieving the suffering of others and oneself, then wealth practice and accumulation is a meritorious deed.

Approximately 1.5 inches in height.

In the book “World of Transformation: Tibetan Art of Wisdom and Compassion”, which was authored by Marilyn Rhie, David Jackson and Robert A.F. Thurman, the father of Hollywood actress Uma Thurman who happens to be a good friend of Dalai Lama and Tibetan Buddhism scholar and professor, it stated that, These deities of prosperity are… benevolent, and are helpful to spiritual people by supporting the educational purpose of life in the Buddhist perspective.”

It makes sense, if we live in poverty and if we constantly look for money for our day to day survival, we won’t be able to progress in our spiritual growth and more importantly we are unable to help other.

The purpose of practicing wealth rituals or wearing or carrying amulets with high wealth effect like the Vajrapani Ruel, Surangama Mantra Amulet or the Traditional Sutra Amulets or wealth amulets like the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet is mainly to provide the means to help oneself and others. Its purpose is not to live a life of luxury but it’s to remove the obstacle to the spiritual practice like eliminating poverty, which is certainly a hindrance.

This reminds me of people like Nanay Socorro Ramos (of the famous National Bookstore) or Bill Gates, or some of my readers like the one in Malaysia or Davao (BM) who despite of being really rich, they maintain a humble and most of all they benefit other people with their wealth. They use their money to help other people.

Now is there anything wrong in wanting to get rich, have money and become wealthy? Well, Buddhism says if the intention is pure, then there is nothing wrong with it.

The Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet: An Introduction to a Very Powerful Wealth Amulet!

Published Agosto 30, 2017 by jptan2012

In my previous post I talked about the Four Heavenly Kings, which are actually Buddhist Gods. If you haven’t read that post, I suggest go and read it first for you to truly understand this post better. Read it by clicking here.

One of the most common concern of people in the past, in the present, and I presume in the future is financial stability. In Buddhism, money is not evil; in fact, one sign of a blessed life is having money. Nevertheless, what we do with the money is what determines evil or good, but that is a topic for another post.

After some discussion, Guru Lama has told me to write about The Four Heavenly Kings and today’s post so that people will know that in the midst of what seems like a worldwide phenomenon of financial problem or struggles, there is still something that we can do so that we don’t get pulled into the mud of financial struggle. In the Philippines, a lot of people are complaining about the continuous weakening of the Philippine peso, and while we can complain and complain, in reality we should all strive to work harder, pray harder, and gather our inner strength to fight this concern.

A famous Feng Shui expert has talked about King Vaisravana or Namtose (Namthose) already, and it is largely because of this also why Guru Lama has said that I should start writing about the Four Heavenly Kings and to write this post, to really put everything in the perspective that he felt it should be written. Note though that this is just how Guru Lama wants it put and that although we don’t know in detail what was said about King Vaisravana, I’m writing it in a way that Guru Lama thinks is the best way to explain it.

Note: The post about the Four Heavenly Kings and this post have both been reviewed first by Guru Lama prior to posting.

Guru Lama felt it is only proper to talk about the Four Heavenly Kings first to disabuse the notion that in Buddhism, our gods are all about money.

In the preceding post about the Four Heavenly Kings, I mentioned that King Vaisravana the head of all the Four Heavenly Gods is wealth god himself, and that he rules over all Yaksas (also spelled as Yaksha), and amongst these Yaksas are the Dzambhalas or the Five Dzambhalas (also spelled as Dzambala, Jambhala, Jambala, Zambala, Zambhala). In this blog, I have already talked about Yellow Dzambhala and White Dzambhala, but as instructed by Guru Lama, allow me to talk about all the 5 Jambhalas again.

First, what are the Jambhalas?

Jambhala (again also spelled as Dzambhala, Dzambala, Jambala, Zambhala, Zambala) is what we call the God of Wealth or Gods of Wealth of the Buddhist. They are known 5 Dzambhala, who are member of the Jewel Family of the Buddhist tradition. Some say that Dzambhalas are manifestations of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas in Yaksha form to help people have a better grasp of their worldly powers. Each Dzambhala has its own mantra to help eliminate poverty and create financial stability.

According to Gyalten Sogdzin Rinpoche Dzambhalas are products of a Bodhisattva’s tears that turn into a Yaksha to aid sentient being to have material and spiritual wealth as well as to help have attain financial stability.

Because in this world, there are all kinds of wrathful and negative emotions or bad spirits, and sometimes they will harm you and other sentient beings, Dzambhala must take on such a wrathful and powerful form to protect us from these harmful spirits and negative karma. Especially, Dzambhala helps us minimize or decrease all misfortunes and obstacles and helps us increase all good fortune and happiness.”

The Five Dzambhalas are Green Dzambhala, Yellow Dzambhala, White Dzambhala, Red Dzambhala, Blue or Black Dzambhala. In Buddhism and Feng Shui as well as Taoism Blue and Black are considered as the same color.

GREEN DZAMBHALAJambala green

  • Is the chief of the 5 Dzambhalas and is said to be the yaksha. He is usually depicted to be standing upon a corpse and holding a mongoose in his left hand and a Kapala (a skull cap) in his right hand. He is usually depicted carrying a jewel producing mongoose in his right hand and has a consort. When depicted as seated, he sits in a vajra position with a Dakini in front of him. His right foot is almost always above a snail and a lotus flower.
  • The mantra of Green Dzambhala is: OM KARMA DZAMBHALA AH SOHA

WHITE DZAMBHALAjambala white

  • Is a Dzambhala who removes suffering from poverty and sickness. He also purifies non – virtuous karmic obstacles, and van averts illness and disaster. White Dzambhala is said to have been born from the right eye of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (Also known or spelled as Chenrezig, Kannon, Quan Yin, Quan Shi Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Kuan Yin), which is also known as the Bodhisattva of Compassion.
  • White Jambhala sits on a snow lion or dragon, and is holding a mongoose in his left hand. The mongoose is said to spit out diamond and other precious items. He also holds a Wealth Banner in his left arm, some Buddhist traditions claims that it is a Victory Banner that he holds. In his right arm is a gold sword.
  • The mantra of White Dzambhala is: OM PADMO KRODA ARYA JAMBALA HRIH DAYA HUM PHAT

YELLOW DZAMBHALAjambala yellow

  • Perhaps the most famous or known Dzambhala of all Dzambhalas. It is said that he is the most powerful of all the Wealth Gods. Yellow Dzambhala can increase good virtues, life span and wisdom. He can also remove poverty with the six realms.
  • A lot of you are familiar with Yellow Dzambhala so I won’t really go into detail about him.
  • The mantra of Yellow Jambhala is: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE SOHA

RED DZAMBHALAjambala red

  • Uniquely, Red Jambhala is the only Dzambhala constantly depicted as practicing with his consort, which is the heavenly mother of wealth that is in – charge of the wealth in the human realm. According to Guru Lama in the olden days, Red Dzambhala is only introduced to the Kings and Emperors, or people with authority or position of power, because the power was then deemed to be only suitable for them for it could attract not only wealth but also fame. It is said that chanting the mantra of Red Dzambhala wealth, fame but it will also gather support of the people. Furthermore, the mantra of Red Jambhala can also attract marital bliss and harmony within the family.
  • The mantra of Red Dzambhala is: OM DZAMBHAL DZALIN DRAYE DHANAM MEDIHI HRIH DAKINI DZAMBHLA SAMBHARA SOHA

BLUE DZAMBHALA / BLACK DZAMBHALAjambala black

  • Is said to have manifested from the waters of the river and gave transmission of generating wealth to king whose kingdom was under extreme financial difficulty. It is said the Blue Jambhala (Black Jambhala) greatly benefits and favors the people who are in extreme poverty if they chant his mantra. It is said that he will purify all bad lucks and obstacles that cause financial problems. He also prevents loss of wealth thru debts and robbery or theft. He can also subdue a human’s ego and eliminate greed.
  • Please note that one should not confuse Black Dzambhala with that of Bodhisattva Vajrapani.
  • The mantra of Blue Dzambhala/Black Dzambhala is: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE BASHU DHARINI SOHA

It is inevitable for me to explain, as instructed by Guru Lama, for me to explain and talk about the Four Heavenly Kings first and to introduce all the God of Wealth – Dzambhalas, before I can really talk about and share with you the good news about the powerful Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet.

Some might consider this as a fairly young and unknown amulet, but according to Guru Lama, this perception is false, for the instructions on how to make this amulets are found in Tantric Buddhist Scriptures.

About two decades ago, when Guru Lama was much younger but who is already heading a temple as it’s Chief Abbot, he was approached by one his Sangha member (temple goer) who goes to the temple, this person is a devout Buddhist and is one of the most compassionate person Guru Lama has met. He will seldom complain, but because he goes to temple almost everyday, Guru Lama would talk to him a lot, and from there he realized that this man has lived a difficult life mostly because he was in poverty. Guru Lama seldom notices how a person dresses, it is as if he sees through the dress or clothes and will just see the person devoid of his financial status in life. But according to Guru Lama, one day this man can’t bear the hardship much longer because he was unable to pay for his wife’s hospitalization and medicines that he just cried and cried while talking to Guru Lama. According to Guru Lama, it is as if he was awakened and notices that the man’s clothes are worn out and to put it simply and directly, he does look poor.

Guru Lama set out to help the man and raise funds for him. However, he knew that this was a temporary help. And so he meditated to know what he could do for this man. In his meditative state he saw a book fell off from one of the shelves in their temple library, which according to Guru Lama was much smaller than it is now. He knew right away that he has been guided by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to check out this book. He remembers clearly which book ‘fell off from the shelf’ in his meditative state and so he went to check this book. Much to his dismay it was a Tantric Buddhist Scripture that can only be read by senior lamas. He was already a senior lama at that time, but a Tantric Buddhist Scripture is one of the most difficult books or books in Buddhism. But since he knew the answers could be found in those pages, he set out to read it.

Three weeks after he came across the instruction on how to make the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, and knew immediately that this what the Sangha member needs, and so following all the rules and strict guidelines, he set out to make one.

When he gave the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, which is an amulet that has to be consecrated under the Four Heavenly Kings (not just King Vaisravana) and the Five Dzambhalas, he gave him the instruction as mentioned in the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book he read, to chant the mantras of the three of the Four Heavenly Kings three times, and chant the mantra of King Vaisravana 49 times, and each of the mantra of the Five Dzambhalas 108 times.

The Sangha member followed the instruction and the rest soon became history. To this day, that Sangha member remains to be one of the wealthiest famous people in Singapore. Throughout all these years he continues to wear the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet.

I’m sharing this with you because Guru Lama, after long contemplation, which started early this year, has decided to make this amulet available to the public. The Vajrapani Ruel is almost running out, meaning there are only a few pieces left, and Guru Lama felt that in these uncertain times, especially with the extreme financial stability or volatility, we can all use some help from this powerful amulet called Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet. It is placed in a metal case, not just for its durability and protection but according to the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book where Guru Lama got the instructions for this amulet, it has to be placed in cylindrical metal case to symbolize continuity and stability.

The Four Heavenly Kings: Getting to Know Four Powerful Buddhist Gods that Helps Bestow Wealth, Success, Peace, and Protection.

Published Agosto 30, 2017 by jptan2012

Today is a very good day and an exciting day (please note that actual writing and date of posting are usually different from each other) for me and in a way for my regular readers and believers of Feng Shui and Buddhism it should be a good day for you also, because today is the day I was told by my Guru Lama to share with you about the Four Heavenly Kings.four heavenly kings

The Four Heavenly Kings has been featured in numerous Buddhist Sutras, one of which is in The Sutra of the Past Vows of Earth Store Bodhisattva; Earth Store Bodhisattva is also known as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or Di Zhang Pu Sa. In this particular sutra, Sakyamuni Buddha (The Historical Buddha) directly addressed the Four Heavenly Kings to help propagate the Sutra of the Past Vows of Earth Store Bodhisattva. They were also prominently mentioned in the highly revered Golden Light Sutra.

It is said that those who recite the Golden Light Sutra will be protected by the Four Heavenly Kings themselves. Furthermore, those who recite and keep the Lotus Sutra will also be protected by the Four Heavenly Kings.

From this we can see that the Four Heavenly Kings are powerful protector Buddhist gods, however, as you read on you will that they don’t only protect us but they each also have a specific function which is different from each other.

At this point, I would like to clarify that the Four Heavenly Kings are gods in the Buddhist pantheon; it means they are not yet Bodhisattvas or Buddhas, and they serve the Buddhas or Bodhisattvas.

Again, The Four Heavenly Kings are Buddhist gods, each of who watches over their assigned cardinal direction of the world. The cardinal directions are East, West, North, and South. In Chinese they are originally known or called as “Fēng Tiáo Yǔ Shùn” (風調雨順), which literally translates to “Good climate”, but in the translation in the Chinese version of sutras they are called “Sì Dà Tiānwáng” (四大天王) which means “Four Great Heavenly Kings”.four heavenly kings 2

In most Chinese Buddhist Temples, one will normally see the THE HEAVENLY KINGS HALL. This is usually one of the first most majestic halls one will see.

The Four Heavenly Kings resides in Mt. Sumeru, a celestial and cosmic mountain where the heavens are. They are also the protector of the world and they fight evil, each of the 4 Heavenly Kings are able to command a legion of supernatural creatures to protect the Dharma or people who follow the Dharma.

Each of the Four Heavenly Kings serves Sakra, the of the devas (gods) of the Trayastrimsha Heaven. In Buddhism there are many heavens, and the Tranyastrimsha Heaven is the heaven nearest to our world, which is called Jambvudpiva is Buddhist sutras.

Although they are more commonly called as the Four Heavenly Kings, each one of them has a name and their specific directions and functions. Allow me to introduce to you the Four Heavenly Kings:

VAISRAVANA (He Who Hears Everything)Vaisravana.

  • Is the chief of the Four Heavenly Kings and is the main protector of the cardinal direction North. He is sometimes likened to Bodhisattva Kuan Yin (also spelled or called as Quan Yin, Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Quan Shi Yin, Avalokitesvara, Kannon, Chenrezig, Bodhisattva of Compassion, Goddess of Mercy) whose literal translation is THE WHO HEAR THE CRIES OF THE WORLD.
  • Vaisravana is also known as Kubera, Namtose (Namthose), Vessavana, Thao Kuwen, Wetsawan, Wetsuwan, Wéthawún Nat Min, Duō Wén Tiānwáng.
  • Vaisravana is the rule of water or rain, which is also the element that represents wealth or money. The umbrella or the pagoda are his symbolic weapons. Vaisravana is considered as a very powerful god of wealth.
  • In fact, Vaisravana rules over the famous gods of weatlh, which are the Five Dzambhalas (also spelled as Dzambhala, Dzambala, Jambala, Jambhala, Zambhala, Zambala) namely Red Dzambhala, Yellow Dzambhala, White Dzambhala, Black or Blue Dzambhala, and Green Dzambhala. He rules over the Dzambhalas amongst other Yaksha (also spelled as Yaksa) which are generals of the heavenly realm.
  • Vaisravana is often associated with the colors yellow and green.
  • Symbols of Vaisravana: Umbrella, Stupa, Pagoda, Mongoose
  • Cardinal Direction: North

  • His symbolic weapon is the sword, which he carries in his right hand to protect the Dharma and also to symbolize power over ignorance.
  • Virudhaka is also known as Virūḷhaka, Thao Wirunhok, Virúlaka Nat Min, Zēng Zhǎng Tiānwáng, Zōchō-ten, Jeungjang-cheonwang,

  • Virudhaka is often associated with the color blue.
  • Symbol of Virudhaka: Sword

DHRTARASTRA (He Who Upholds the Realm)Dhrtarastra

  • Is the king that rules over East. He is also considered as the God of Music.
  • His symbolic weapon is a stringed instrument called pipa.
  • It is said that Dhrtarastra uses music to convert all sentient beings to Buddhism. While all of the Four Heavenly Kings are harmonious and compassionate, Dhrtarastra is considered to be a god that helps promotes harmony and compassion.
  • Dhrtarastra is also known as Dhrutharashṭa, Thao Thatarot, Daddáratá Nat Min, Chí Guó Tiānwáng, Jikoku-ten, Jiguk-cheonwang, Yülkhorsung.
  • Dhrtarastra rule over the gandharvas, which are male nature spirits that has superb heavenly and celestial musical skills. They are part animal usually a bird or a horse, and acts as messenger between gods and humans.
  • Dhrtarastra are often associated with the color white.
  • Symbol of Dhrtarastra: Pipa

VIRUPAKSA ( He Who Sees All)Virupaksa

  • Is the king that rules over the West. He is considered as the one who sees everything that happens in the Dharma world.
  • His symbolic weapons are snake or a red cord that is representative of a dragon.
  • It is said the Virupaksa watches over us in the sky, and that when we solemnly call on him in time of danger, he will guard and protect us. And if you are not Buddhist and for some reason knows a lot of Buddhism, it is said that it Virupaksa is the one who feeds you these informations.
  • Virupaksa is also known as Virūpakkha, Virūpaksha, Thao Wirupak, Virúpekka Nat Min, Guăng Mù Tiānwáng, Kōmoku-ten, Gwangmok-cheonwang,

  • Virupaksa is often associated with the color red.
  • Symbols of Virupaksa: Snake, Stupa, Pearl.
  • Cardinal Direction: West

According to Guru Lama praying to the Four Heavenly Kings will provide us with wealth and prosperity (thru King Vaisravana), success and progress (thru King Virudhaka), peace and harmony (thru King Dhrtarastra) and, good health and protection from danger (thru King Virupaksa). Placing their images at home also serves as one of the most powerful protection amulet one can have.

Guru Lama shares with me a story about how when he was assigned by the Dalai Lama to leave Dharamsala, India to help spread Buddhism and build temple in other parts of Asia, he has personally tapped into the blessings and power of the Four Heavenly Kings.

That was a few decades ago and when he left India, he was only given small amount money to travel and spread the Dharma and eventually build a temple. Guru Lama said he was a little apprehensive because a few years back they just left Tibet because of Chinese oppression, and when he was asked to leave again to spread the Dharma, he was apprehensive and really nervous even though he was excited and felt honored to be entrusted with the task of spreading the Dharma.

A few months before leaving India, he started preparing himself physically and mentally to this overwhelming task. He would always meditate on the teaching of the different sutras and would always draw strength from Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (aka Kuan Yin, Quan Yin, Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Quan Shi Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Chenrezig, Kannon) and Bodhisattva Vajrapani. One night in his sleep he received a vision that Vajrapani Bodhisattva visited him and that he was shown the images of the Four Heavenly Kings. Upon waking up he knew then that he would need the help of the Four Heavenly Kings to help progress in his endeavor.

This totally make sense, because if you go back to the description of the Four Heavenly Kings, he will need wealth and prosperity to help build a temple, success and progress so that people will see the good side of what he was about to do, peace and harmony so that he can transmute that feeling to the people around him, good health for this overwhelming task, and protection to ensure that he doesn’t come to harm’s way in spreading the Dharma.

And so my Guru Lama started worshipping and praising the Four Heavenly Kings by making offerings to them and by chanting the mantras of the Four Heavenly Kings. He also vigorously recited The Golden Light Sutra, and The Lotus Sutra (full title is called “Sūtra on the White Lotus of the Sublime Dharma”). And the rest is history. According to Guru Lama he was able to become an instrument into building a temple and building a Sangha (Buddhist community) with relative ease. Money for the temple just kept on pouring in.

Note: To this day Guru Lama still actively participate in building temples. The stipulated donation from the amulets goes to the feeding of the monks or building temples or making of images of Buddhas or Bodhisattvas.

And so today, again for the first time, I want to share with you a powerful mantra that will help you attract wealth and prosperity, success and progress, peace and harmony, lastly, good health and protection, you can recite the mantras of each of the Four Heavenly Kings.

Here are the mantras of each of the Four Heavenly Kings:

  1. For Wealth and Prosperity recite the Mantra of King Vaisravana: OM VAISRAVANA YE SOHA
  2. For Success and Progress in Life recite the Mantra of King Virudhaka: OM VIRUDHAKA KUMBHANDADHIPATA YE SOHA
  3. For Peace and Harmony recite the Mantra of King Dhrtarastra: OM DHRTARASTRA RALAPRAVADHAHA SOHA
  4. For Good Health and Protection recite the Mantra of King Virupaksa: OM VIRUPAKSA NAGA DHIPATA YE SOHA

A Quick Post About the Things to Avoid During the Hungry Ghost Month!

Published Agosto 28, 2017 by jptan2012

Some of these things I have written in the past, some maybe just now. But allow me to quickly share a few things that one should avoid doing during the Hungry Ghost Month (Ghost Month) especially the Hungry Ghost Festival (Ghost Festival) which for this 2017 is on September 5.

Things to avoid:

  1. Avoid disturbing around and under the altar because the hungry ghosts loves to dwell around those areas because they want the yang energy.
  2. Avoid disturbing the kitchen or dining area or even the market or anywhere where there is food. Hungry Ghosts crave for food and so they might be in those areas.
  3. Do not put new fish tanks or aquarium in your house, because this might enhance the yin energy that is already pervasive during the ghost month.
  4. Do not hand wind chimes. Contrary to popular Feng Shui belief, there are a number of non – commercialized, traditional Feng Shui masters and Feng Shui experts who doesn’t believe in the use of wind chimes because a wind chime attracts spirits. I also subscribe to this belief They attract both good and bad spirits, so how can you siphon the good from the bad?
  5. Do not leave red cloths or red strings lying around the house? Red has one of the strongest yang energy and hungry ghosts will naturally crave for them.
  6. Avoid whistling especially after dark. Same principle with the wind chime, they may get attracted with the sound and they might latch on to you.
  7. Avoid properly putting any footwear beside your bed, always turn the footwear away from the bed or turn one of them over. Properly placed footwear may attract spirits to you.
  8. Do not hang your clothes overnight. Hungry Ghosts are not just hungry, they also lack clothes, while they don’t need it, they might feel that they need one because they still long for their human body. Hanging it overnight might lead them to ‘try it’ and it will cause extreme bad luck or even some hauntings.
  9. Do not pick up money on the streets or on the floor if you don’t know who owns them. Even if they’re just coins. A spirit might have latched on to it already and you will bring them with you.
  10. Do not look back if you hear a ‘pssst’ or if you hear somebody calls you in an empty space or street.

I also received some emails and questions as to what one can do if one really has to undergo a medical procedure this ghost month. I have written about this before and you can check it out by clicking here. However, please note to try to avoid this and if this is not possible, for major operations, or for medical procedure, which may be considered routine but involves senior citizens or children below 7 years of age, it is best to have the Vajrapani Ruel and/or a gold Kalachakra pendant.

The Magic of A Five Colored String in Creating Good Luck!

Published Agosto 3, 2017 by jptan2012

Today, allow me to share with you a short post on how to create good luck simply by using simple items. Those simple items are simple 5 different color of strings.

When you are experiencing some bad luck, and naturally would want those bad luck to turn into good luck, simple get 5 different strings. Get the colors RED, GREEN, YELLOW, BLACK/BLUE, and WHITE. These colors represent the five elements – FIRE, WOOD, EARTH, WATER, and METAL.

In front of your altar, light an incense, then pass the string three times above the incense burner, after that tie a knot at one end of the string then proceed to braid them, while braiding chant OM MANI PADME HUM.

string

This is a sample of what you want to achieve. But do not use metal hooks, you would want to knot it in the end.

The idea is to make a braided string long enough to become a bracelet. If you have long enough braided string, stop chanting and tie a knot again, make sure you have enough strings on both ends to tie a knot on your wrist. After you’ve done this, tie it around the wrist of your receiving hand. Leave it there, do not untie it even if you take a shower or swim. You should see some changes in your life within 7 days after doing this. Note though that this works best for small bad lucks.

Soon the strings will break, don’t worry about it, it’s just a normal wear and tear. Once it has broken off, bring it to a temple and leave it there.strings
