Get Rid of All Negativities!

Published Agosto 13, 2016 by jptan2012

In my recent trip to Davao, I finally got to meet one of my reader turn friend, I’m talking about BM. Regular readers of my blog should be familiar with BM and in fact Angie whose story was shared also in the following posts – Half – A – Million Pesos Financial Luck for the Husband; A Career Luck of Promotion for the Only Child; And Continuous Flow of Money Luck and Wisdom Luck of Creativity for A Reader Who Got the Vajrapani Ruel and the Illness Suppression Amulet: Another Personal Testimony of A Reader! & Financial Blessing By Way of A Mysterious Money Deposit Received Two Days After Receiving the Vajrapani Ruel: A Personal Testimony of a Reader!  – even asked me about BM. Obviously, Angie is quite curious about BM.

I really cannot express how much BM has influenced me in making my decisions and also on how to deal with negativities. BM has always reminded me to just keep quiet and ignore negativities even if it comes from people, maybe especially from people. According to her this has been her secret in staying healthy, and feeling good. I suspect this is also the reason why she looks younger than her age, and despite being busy she looks fresh and relaxed.

But I’m veering away from what I really want to say. BM has been such a good influence over me and it’s proving that I’m learning a lot of things from her. One of these lessons is that for me to ignore or get rid of all negativities. Unfortunately, sometimes these negativities come from people.remove-suspicion-and-negativity

Recently, I ordered a Chung Kwei made from high-grade obsidian for BM. The guy who sells it is a Mainland Chinese married to a Filipino woman. During my conversation with the seller he agreed to give BM a discount, after we had agreed on the price he passed on to his wife the duty of sending it to me. There was a delay, and when I followed it up with her, she rudely said, “Never mind that it’s late, you got a big discount anyway!”

My usual self might have answered her back politely. However, I remembered BM’s statement and realized that I should just keep my mouth shut. I did. Thanks to BM I didn’t get any negative karma by answering back.

Just today (time of posting may not reflect time of writing), a lady reader called me to tell me that somebody supposedly called her. According to her that this woman who called told her that my Guru Lama is dead or has died and he used to head this Buddhist temple in Antipolo.

First, there is no Buddhist temple in Antipolo, at least not that I know of. I’m not even sure whether there is a Taoist temple there. If there is then I’m not aware of it. My Guru Lama is not base there, and definitely he is alive and kicking. Well, maybe not kicking, but he can still walk unaided despite of his advance age. I was initially irritated and told my reader to tell the woman who called her to prove what she is saying, because she can’t and she won’t be able to prove it because it is simply not the truth. You see the source of my initial irritation is why would somebody create a rumor that my Guru Lama is dead or has died. He is not very young but he is very much alive. In fact, I just got to talk to him the morning my reader called me. Also, I really don’t know the purpose of why that woman would call her, and add to that I really don’t know the purpose of why my reader would call me to simply tell me something that is clearly not true. Obviously the woman who called my reader has spare time and with nothing to do she just decided to come up with stories. Whether she is a rumormongering woman, as a friend pointed out, or not I don’t know, but there are a lot of people who sometimes do things without thinking about it properly and they become source of negative energy for others who entertain and get affected by them. My reader, whatever her intentions are should have use her discretion, anyway, I was initially irritated because during the Hungry Ghost Month it is believed that negative thoughts sent to a person is doubled or is powerful and may come true. By saying that my Guru Lama is dead or has recently died sends a negative energy of death to my Guru Lama and this got me really irritated. But thanks to BM because I remembered what she told me, so I just decided to end the conversation and put the phone down. Nothing good will come out from the said conversation. Besides I should have realized that the negative energy they send out against my Guru Lama will be deflected by his strong positive energy he possess.

My ideal conversations are with BM and Angie because it always ends with me learning something from them. I just hope that they are learn something from me also.

I’m sharing this with you now because I also want you my readers to learn what I learned from BM. Get rid of negativities! Get rid of  the source of negative energy and life will surely become better. BM is a living proof of that.

The Feng Shui of Eating

What is not much talked about is the Feng Shui of eating and how this affects us and this also plays an important role in our luck. In my upcoming book a chapter is dedicated to this topic, but I think it is not redundancy to briefly discuss it here.

As mentioned, a chapter is dedicated to this topic in my upcoming book. There I talked about the effects of each kind of food in our luck. But for now, I would like to give a shorter version of it.

Two things generally guide THE FENG SHUI OF EATING and they are the following: YANG Food and YIN Food!

Yang Food is foods that are eaten ‘alive’ or are fresh. These are fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Cooked vegetables and fruits are also Yang Energy foods or Yang foods. However, vegetables and fruits that are preserved or are canned are considered as Yin foods.

Yin Food are foods that has to be killed ore preserved before eaten. Practically all meat is considered as Yin food, even foods that are eaten raw like sushi or sashimi or ceviche are yin because they have to die first before we they can be eaten. Or they are killed because we have to eat them.

Base on these two categories one can see that it is better to eat vegetables and fruits only.

Use Coffee Beans to Help Create Fresh Energy

Published Mayo 2, 2014 by jptan2012

coffee-beansToday, allow me to once again share with you a natural way of creating or infusing a fresh energy to a room or section of a house that has a stagnant energy.

First, one has to understand that a room or section of a house has a stagnant energy if the windows and doors are always close or are close most of the time. Because fresh air and natural light which carries natural yang chi are unable to circulate in the said areas. It should be noted also that rooms that are windowless, even if they have artificial lighting would need be refreshed often.

One of the easiest ways to refresh or create fresh energy to a place is to put a small bowl of coffee beans inside the room or section of the house.

What kind of coffee beans? Simple, chose something that you like. The aroma of the coffee bean, which carries yang chi will, energized a room. Please note though that this is a temporary cure and it doesn’t last long, so you just have to do it often.

One of the things that people frequently ask me is whether Feng Shui is all about wearing amulets, charms, and talismans. The clear answer to that is a big NO! In fact, before Feng Shui experts discovered the importance and the power of symbols and images in curing a bad Feng Shui, Feng Shui used to be all about naturally attracting Yang energy. It is not clear, when did Feng Shui experts realized the power of using symbol, however, one thing is clear, as we progressed and people become more urbanized and we veer away from the natural condition of our planet, it has become harder to use natural Feng Shui thus people discovered the power of symbols, amulets, talismans, and charms.

A Dog or A Cat Provides Positive Feng Shui

Published Hunyo 28, 2012 by jptan2012

A lot of Filipinos believes that having a pet like a dog or cat is lucky because they tend to ‘block’ any negative things that may happen to you. I really don’t know whether this is true or not, but if you’re getting a pet simply to have ‘punching bag’ for all negative energies, I think you are consciously creating more karma for yourself.

Having said that, I do believe that having a dog or cat, especially if you really love them and treat them properly do create a lot of positive Feng Shui. One must always remember that a dog and a cat is a living thing, meaning they have life and that in a Buddhist perspective they have a consciousness, it can be equated to a soul in Christianity. More than that, for Buddhism, we must treat all living things with compassion and kindness, even rats, cockroach, ants, tigers, snakes, etc. If you are able to practice kindness to an animal, it really doesn’t go to waste because you create more positive karma for you and at the same time, it’s almost always impossible to be kind to animals and be bad to other people. Unless, of course, the kindness that you show an animal like our pets (dogs and cats) are more for a ‘public act’, since, especially here in the Philippines it now has become a fad to carry our pets around.

Aside from creating positive karma, like children, animals are sensitive to the chi of their surroundings, so we would always be ‘warned’ if the chi of a place were negative. They also provide a vibrant yang chi, like most children, dogs and cats, at any age may provide constant fresh yang energy in the place where they live in.

Myth Buster 11: Pregnant Women Brings Luck to the House

Published Mayo 30, 2012 by jptan2012

There’s a belief that pregnant women naturally brings luck to the house and drives away negative energies. Well, generally speaking this is a myth.

Generally speaking, the belief that a pregnant woman brings good luck and drives away negative energies and/or evil spirits is a myth.

Pregnant women doesn’t bring luck per se but it’s more of an indication or omen that good luck is about to come your way, and this is true only if you bump into a pregnant women who doesn’t live with you. If you have a problem and while thinking about it you bumped into a pregnant woman, or open the TV and saw a pregnant woman then it’s a very good sign that whatever problem you’re going through is going to turn out fine.

Second, having pregnant woman in the house will bring good luck and drive away negative energies is very much true in the olden times, but, I’m afraid that while it may still have some truth to it, it is not because of the pregnant woman itself but more of the process of giving birth.

What brings luck is the yang energy brought about by the process of giving birth , which in the olden times usually happens at home. It’s the blood spilled in the process of birth that cleanses the house of the woman from negative energies and/or evil spirits thus cleansing the house. One other thing that brings luck to the house is the fresh and pure yang energy of a healthy baby.
