Bodhisattva Wishfulfilling and Master Protection Pendant (3): A Dynamic Omnipotent Amulet for Protection and for the Fulfillment of Life’s Eight Aspirations!

Published Nobyembre 9, 2018 by jptan2012

As all my regular readers know this blog is about to end. I might not even finish the 1000th article as promised. I was initially hoping that the 1000th article will be around when I post the forecast for 2019.

Now, I also would like to make another announcement. Guru Lama has informed me that he will soon be retiring as Abbot of the temple. He will continue to be a lama or a monk because they don’t retire from that, but he will spend the rest of his days in seclusion meditating, reciting sutras, performing pujas, and chanting sutras. At 86, I initially 82 only, this shouldn’t be a surprised but still I have this overwhelming sadness to know that he will soon retire and since he will withdraw from official Buddhist duties and go to seclusion, I will no longer be able to talk to him either, except maybe if I visit him in India. He is set to take of his hat as an Abbot after Lunar New Year and Tibetan New Year 2019. Simply writing this makes me want to cry.

When I first decided to stop this blog, Guru Lama said that he will come up with one last amulet for my readers. As it happens, this same amulet will be the last amulet that he will release not only thru this blog but also officially as an abbot.

For the longest time, he wanted people to use the LAMA ATISHA AMULET, because he believes that it is one of the most powerful protection amulet in the world. However, there are some barriers in making this amulet, because it has to printed on a specific leather yellow cloth or gold, while printing it on a yellow paper has some effectivity it is only but a fraction of when it is printed on this specific type of yellow leather cloth or on gold.LAMA ATISHA AMULET 2

For quite some time he has been trying to make the LAMA ATISHA AMULET into a pendant, but simply seeing the final product which is done thru a mold and then casted into a pendant, he already knows that it is not effective, because the intricacies of the inscriptions, of the mantras are not captured! For it to be captured, it has to be casted on a very big piece of gold and that would make it very expensive. In fact, one of his “student” a regular temple goer volunteered to sponsor a piece, and it cost them more than US$ 20,000.00!

Fortunately, recently another disciple of Guru Lama informed him of a technology where one can accurately engrave an image to the minutest detail on a pendant. And so, Guru Lama asked for the assistance of this disciple (a businessman whom Guru Lama has helped in the past) to have it made, and luckily the engraving / printing which is done by a computer is very accurate even if the pendant is really small.

This really made Guru Lama very happy because he can release this for people to be able to maximize the power of the LAMA ATISHA AMULET.

However, he also believes that sometimes protection is not enough, one needs to be able to fulfill LIFE’S EIGHT ASPIRATIONS.

I have written about Life’s 8 Aspirations, and so I will just briefly talk about them here.

Our life’s eight aspirations consist of the following: (1) Love or Relationship; (2) Descendant Luck; (3) Mentor Luck; (4) Career Luck; (5) Education / Knowledge Luck; (6) Family / Health Luck; (7) Wealth Luck; (8) Fame / Recognition Luck. Not necessarily in this order, but the ideal situation is that they should all be equal and not imbalance. Although truth be told I seldom see a person who has a very balance 8 aspirations, but this doesn’t mean that it is bad it just means that he has more of the other than the rest.

First, LOVE & RELATIONSHIP LUCK. We all want to be loved, but this luck is more than finding a romantic love but this controls all aspects of your relationship luck in life. Even family relationship.

Second, is DESCENDANT LUCK. This luck is about having children, grandchildren. But this luck is also about creativity.

Third is MENTOR LUCK which is sometimes called as the BENEFACTOR LUCK. This luck ensures that you’ll have the support of your parents, bosses, or that people will always come to your help when you are in need, or the type of people that can help you achieve the things that you want to achieve.

Fourth is the CAREER LUCK. This is quite self-explanatory but I have to add that this pertain to business advancement also.

Fifth is the EDUCATION or KNOWLEDGE LUCK! We don’t stop learning, even if we are already working we need to continue to learn to make sure that we are ahead of the game.

Sixth is the FAMILY AND HEALTH LUCK. You may ask why family is included here again, shouldn’t it be in the love or relationship luck. Actually, as mentioned earlier in the article, family is included in the love/relationship luck but it is also here because one very important thing in Feng Shui is family, we need a healthy family and by healthy it doesn’t refer to health as in physical health of the family although it certainly is included also. In Feng Shui, aside from the actual relationships, family is considered as one “being” so it’s health has to be taken care of also. Health also here includes avoiding illness, accidents, and violence. So, to make this luck positively good, it is will be good to carry with you the

The seventh is WEALTH LUCK. In Buddhism, Taoism, and Feng Shui money is not considered the root of all evil. The root of all evil is our greed. With that in all three, acquiring wealth is actually either encouraged or tolerated.

And finally, the eight is the FAME or RECOGNITION LUCK. This luck is not just about being famous, but more importantly it is about being recognized. You might say I don’t need to be famous, and obviously those who are famous has a very strong fame luck. But remember, even if one doesn’t want to be famous, we cannot deny that you have to be recognized for your contribution, or for your effort.

At this point Guru Lama that aside from the Vajrapani Ruel, which is now not readily available, there in only one other amulet that is really effective for this. That is the Guan Yin Pu Sa Amulet.

In the previous post, I rewrote about Guan Yin Pu Sa (also known as Guan Yin Bodhisattva, Gwan Yin Pu Sa, Gwan Yin Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, Kuan Yin Bodhisattva, Kwan Yin Bodhisattva, Guan Shi Yin Pu Sa, Guan Shi Yin Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva Kuan Shi Yin, Kuan Shi Yin Pu Sa, Kannon, Chenrezig, Kuan Yin Ma, Buddha of Compassion – although he is really not a Buddha, Bodhisattva of Compassion, Goddess of Compassion), and as you know Guan Yin Pu Sa or Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara is one of the most revered and powerful Bodhisattva. Really there is just tons and tons of her miraculous power. In fact, she is such a powerful and famous Buddhist Bodhisattva that the Taoist has come to adopt her as their Goddess and they call her Kuan Yin Ma or Mother Kuan Yin.

More than 20 years ago, Guru Lama has come up with a powerful paper amulet where in various mantras from various Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva sutras are printed. He designed this paper amulet base on a strict Buddhist tradition. However, for this paper amulet, who was since copied and adopted by two temples here in the Philippines is only effective if one burns it as an offering to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. Guru Lama has never pushed for this amulet again because of environmental concerns, although when really necessary he will give it to some. Some of my readers have received this amulet, and when used as an offering it is quite powerful. The GUAN YIN PU SA AMULET is like a WISH FULFILLING amulet because it has the power to manifest all of life’s wishes. At the center of the amulet is an inscription of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara’s wish fulfilling mantra, and it is said to be one of the most powerful mantra that can only be “written” and chanted by a high lama like Guru Lama. However, like the LAMA ATISHA AMULET, the Guan Yin Pu Sa Amulet is truly very powerful when inscribed on a pure yellow jade or gold.

Guan Yin Pu Sa Amulet

Guan Yin Pu Sa Amulet designed by Guru Lama some 20 years ago. These days 2 or 3 temples here in the Philippines is still using this amulet. However, Guru Lama has mellowed in pushing for this amulet because one has to burn it as an offering to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara for it to be really effective, a process that is not only environmentally hazardous but also not as effective as inscribing the said amulet on a yellow jade stone or gold.

And so, with this technology he was able to accurately have it inscribed on gold. Combining the two powerful amulets together produces a dynamic omnipotent amulet because it addresses all concerns of life. It will bring you peace, good health, wealth and financial luck, good family life (thru the Guan Yin Pu Sa Amulet) and protection and correction of Feng Shui or Karmic problem thru the Lama Atisha Amulet. Combined, Guru Lama is calling this amulet as the BODHISATTVA WISH FULFILLING AND MASTER PROTECTION AMULET, this will be Guru Lama’s last amulet that he will ever release either thru this blog or thru the temple. And he was given approval by the mother temple in India to again use Special Golds. Again, these golds are placed under an image of a Buddha or Bodhisattva and every day they receive the energies, the chi from the pujas, sutras and mantras performed by Bhiksus, Bhiksunis, and high lamas like Guru Lama.

This post includes a photo of my BODHISATTVA WISH FULFILLING AND MASTER PROTECTION AMULET, mine is made from white gold only because I’m already wearing a lot amulets made of yellow gold, so Guru Lama has allowed me to use white gold. But you have the option of getting it in white gold or yellow gold. Again, the said amulet is available thru an exchange of energies of a stipulated donation amount. For you to understand better why this is so, please read the post THE EVOLUTION OF ACQUIRING AN AMULET.

Bodhisattva Wishfulling and Master Protection Amulet Pendant (1): Getting Acquainted with LAMA ATISHA AMULET!

Published Nobyembre 9, 2018 by jptan2012

LAMA ATISHA AMULETThe LAMA ATISHA AMULET is said to be one of the most powerful protection amulet in Buddhism. According to Lama Zopa Rinpoche, simply seeing or touching a copy of the said amulet will bring a person tremendous protection against physical harm.

It functions like that of the scapular for Catholics. If a person has this on his body at that time of his or her death, it is guaranteed that he or she will have a good rebirth and will be saved from the lower realms. If displayed inside the house or office, one will be saved from bad influences of other people and it will help create harmony. It is also very good to have this amulet if one is in the hospital, to protect a person from the yin chi of the hospital, and it will also prevent you from getting the attention of the lost souls. Thus, it is also a very good amulet to have to wear when one is going to a funeral or cemetery.

I don’t have a personal story or story that I heard first hand about the LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET, but one of the most popular story associated by the LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET, and is widely accepted by the different Buddhist traditions is a story that happened fairly recently. It was suppose to have happened to a young Tibetan man and his family.

As you all know, China has invaded Tibet and a lot of people they are either doing some ethnic cleansing or is slowly erasing the cultures and traditions of the Tibetan who are still in Tibet. The man’s name is Tenzin Choejor ( the truth is Tenzin is a fairly common Tibetan boy’s name because it means ‘holder of Buddhist doctrines’, and the current Dalai Lama’s name himself is Tenzin. I was told that Choezor is not a family name but it is a second name, which means Dharma Wealth. From the name of the man, it can be concluded that his parents are devout Buddhist, but this is not unique because most Tibetans are devout Buddhist.)

Tenzin Choejor’s family is one of the many Tibetans who’ve experienced oppression in Tibet. He was born after the 14th Dalai Lama has fled to Tibet to escape the Chinese oppression, so it can be said that he has never experienced true freedom. He has always long for to escape the Chinese oppression of Tibet but has not dared to do it because all his family are in Tibet. However, his perspective changed when he got married and started to have his own family.

It is said that Tenzin Choejor has planned to escape with his parents, but in a country ruled by oppression and where paranoia is really high, the government soon found out about his plan to escape. It is said that it was possible that another relative or a friend squealed on him. Like most Tibetans who plan to escape or oppose the Chinese government, he was tortured and separated from his family and was put to hard labor for several years. Upon his release, he find it hard to start a new life, because he was considered as an ‘ex-convict’ and even fellow Tibetans who took pity on him will not hire him because they’re afraid that they might earn the ire of the Chinese government. This is when he realized and decided that the only way for him to survive and take care of his family is if they escape Tibet. This time, however, Tenzin Choejor is more careful and he only confided to his father, who told him to ask for the blessing of his grandfather, his father’s uncle, for a blessing because it will be a long journey, a very difficult one, and if caught they might be killed on the spot or if they’re not caught they might die of freezing in the mountains. His father also cautioned him to think again of his plans because Tenzin Choejor’s children then aged 10 and 7 might not survive the trip. However, Tenzin Choejor knew that’s the only way for them to have a better life, and he thought it is better to risk their lives that forever live under the Chinese oppression.

Tenzin Choejor great uncle is one of the few monks left in Tibet who has personally met the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, and because he is monk in a place under Chinese rule, it is expected that he is very poor. So he has nothing to offer Tenzin Choejor but the blessing that Tenzin Choejor seeks from him. He performed some Buddhist protection ritual, which was improvised to adjust to their situation, but then took Tenzin Choejor aside to tell him that there is one thing that he would like to give Tenzin Choejor.

He told Tenzin Choejor that he believe that the only reason he was able to escape the Chinese’s physical oppression, unlike most monks, is because of an amulet that he has kept for a long time. He told Tenzin Choejor that he believes that the amulet is one of the reasons that he remained alive under the hands of the Chinese communist government. He then gave Tenzin Choejor a leather cloth where the image of LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET is printed. He told Tenzin Choejor that the amulet would keep his family safe. It is said that Tenzin Choejor initially refused to accept the amulet, but his great uncle insisted and told him that he has no need for the amulet because of his old age and that he is ready to part with his body.

Tenzin Choejor then proceeded to escape Tibet. It must be noted that after the initial exodus of Tibetans from Tibet, the Chinese communist government has intensified border security, making it harder for all Tibetan planning to go to exile to leave Tibet. There is no exact statistics as to how many people have been killed or captured and tortured just because the seek a better life. Tenzin Choejor armed with determination and faith in his ‘religion’ decided to set out on an escape with his wife and two young children.

On his way to India, Tenzin Choejor encountered several problems, but somehow they manage to get away with it. Among these two things are an encounter with a Chinese soldiers and a fight against nature.

First, on their escape, they literally came across some Chinese soldiers, and because of fatigue and coldness because of the freezing snow, he and his wife noticed them a little too late. They came across two drunken Chinese soldiers, and was almost apprehended, in fact, a gun was already pointed at them. Should the soldiers decided to shoot at them, the soldiers won’t get reprimanded because there is a standing order to shoot to kill all people who are trying to escape. Fearing for the life of his family, Tenzin Choejor used his body to block his wife and kids, and instinctively touched the LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET given to him by his great uncle and started to call on the Buddhas. According to their testimony, Tenzin Choejor’s wife didn’t know where he mustered her courage to talk to the soldiers.

Tenzin Choejor’s wife knows how to speak Chinese, being born and raised under the Chinese communist government; Chinese has been her second language. Tenzin Choejor knows the language also but because he grew up in the countryside he understands it better than he can speak. His wife on the other hand knows how to speak it but not fluently either. But she managed to address the soldiers and pretend that she is Chinese, and when asked why Tenzin Choejor’s himself doesn’t speak she told them that her husband is deaf – mute. There are many loopholes to her cover, like how can she explain their looks and what are they doing in the mountain, but because it was dark and maybe because the Chinese soldiers were drunk they let them go. Tenzin Choejor believes that it is because of LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET.

The second ordeal was when they were in the mountain, Tenzin Choejor’s second child got really ill. Without medicine all Tenzin Choejor and his wife can do are to call on the help of the Buddhas. Tenzin Choejor decided to take off the amulet and placed it on top of his son’s body. Needless to say, the son got healed.

After weeks of travelling in the mountain they finally got to the border of Tibet and India, where they plan to go in exile and seeks the Dalai Lama’s protection. But little did they know that India besieged by thousands and thousand of Tibetan exiles and without a place to put them has made it harder for Tibetans to go inside their country. Though they don’t understand each other, Tenzin Choejor understands the problem with their facial and body language. He started to touch the amulet again and hope for the best. Soon they were met by a Tibetan who took their story. Three days after they were put on a holding area, luckily with food, they were told that they could stay in India.

According to Tenzin Choejor, and these were acknowledge by the highest ranking lamas, it was because of the LAMA ATISHA PROTECTION AMULET that Tenzin Choejor and his family survived the ordeal.LAMA ATISHA AMULET 2

But who is LAMA ATISHA?

For that allow me to share his story using Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s own words. The following was lifted from the archive of FPMT.

Having a little bit of understanding of the life story of Atisha is very beneficial for our mind, so we can try to understand the teaching he wrote. By understanding Atisha’s life story and how he practiced Dharma and achieved realizations, devotion arises and we can feel that his teaching is most precious and pure. 1

Actually it is a very long life story, and it is divided into three parts. In order to have some idea about the great bodhisattva Atisha and how he benefited sentient beings, there are stories about his birth, his home, his birthplace and his early life. The stories explain how he achieved great knowledge and realizations with that holy body. Then after achieving the knowledge and realizations of the path, he benefited the teachings and helped sentient beings— he led the disciples and sentient beings to happiness.

Atisha’s birthplace was in Bengal, India. He was born as a prince and his family was extremely wealthy. He was surrounded by servants and workers, and there were 100,000 people just in his palace. The palace had thirteen golden roofs and 25,000 golden banners on the top, and there were also many pools, like in the West. At the palace there were 25,000 pools and beautiful parks, gardens of beautiful flowers that people could enjoy, seven bridges, and special trees that only grow in India.

When Atisha was three, he became an expert in general education—in astrology, letters, the brahmas, these things. He also became expert in discriminating the inner and outer being, so his parents wanted him very badly to take the place of the king. They tried very hard, but after some time he left with 300 horses, disguised as an army going to fight.

Many people went into the forest with Atisha to seek the guru. He took many teachings on refuge and bodhicitta, and then the guru sent him home to check up and try to understand the suffering of life. This happened three times. He came back, the guru sent him to another guru, and that guru sent him home to check up on the shortcomings of worldly life. His parents tried very hard to have him marry and take the place of a king. They invited all the beautiful women of the country to a party, and let them all dance around, but it didn’t work.

Atisha explained, “ There is no difference for my mind between this palace and a prison. There is no difference between beautiful, expensive clothes and the torn cloth in the garbage. There is no difference between delicious food and dog meat and pus. There is no difference between princesses and mara women—devil women.” Why devil women? Because they transform into beautiful bodies and cheat us. His parents listened to him.

Atisha followed 157 gurus perfectly and received many teachings, initiations and Vajrayana teachings. Once, while he was at home, Tara, the female aspect of Buddha, instructed him in a dream not to be attached to the samsaric happiness of worldly life. After this, Atisha went to see his guru. Then one day, after receiving many initiations, he thought, “There is no Vajrayana teaching left that I don’t know. I have become the most learned.” He felt a little bit of pride. That night, he had a dream that many female dakinis— transformations of buddhas who have high realizations of tantra—showed him many Vajrayana texts that he had never seen before. This made him lose his feelings of pride.

Atisha wanted to receive Mahamudra realization in his lifetime, by living in Vajrayana conduct. One of his gurus, Rahula, suddenly realized with his psychic power that Atisha was thinking this. Without any resistance, Rahula appeared in front of Atisha and instructed him, “What are you doing, forgetting all the sentient beings by leaving them? Take ordination and do great work for the teachings. This will be greatly beneficial for the teachings.” So, Atisha took ordination when he was twenty-nine years old. He was persuaded to do so by his guru and also by the buddha’s female aspect, Tara, Guru Shakyamuni Buddha, Maitreya Buddha and many other buddhas and Vajrayana deities such as Heruka, in his dreams.

After some time, when he was going around the Bodhgaya stupa—the temple in India, the most holy place where Guru Shakyamuni Buddha received enlightenment— above the stupa, in space, he saw the transformation of a young woman asking an old woman a question. At that time Atisha was concerned with quickly receiving enlightenment, and in space the young woman was asking the old woman, “What path should we practice in order to quickly receive enlightenment?” The old woman said, “Train the mind in love and compassion, in bodhicitta.”

Again, when Atisha was going around the stupa, there were paintings on the walls that talked to each other. One painting asked the other what path we should follow to reach enlightenment quickly, and the other answered, “Train the mind in love and compassion, and bodhicitta.”

Again, when Atisha was going around near Nagarjuna’s caves, he saw the statues of Buddha communicating, saying, “Train the mind in love and the compassionate thought, bodhicitta.” There was one ivory statue, and it said, “Yogi, if you want to quickly receive enlightenment, train the mind in love and compassion, and the thought of bodhicitta.” Many statues spoke like this.

Atisha went to see Guru Serlingpa, and he spent about twelve years taking the complete teachings on bodhicitta. In the presence of Guru Serlingpa, he received the actual realization of bodhicitta. Then Lama Serlingpa predicted that he should go to Tibet, the northern snow land.

At that time, there was a lot of degeneration of the teachings in Tibet. The people did not know how to practice the teachings, and they were confused about the practice of sutra and tantra together. The king of Tibet, Lha Lama Yeshe Ö, sent twenty-one boys to India to study Dharma and all of them except two died from the heat. These two came back to Tibet and told the king that everyone was talking about Atisha, the pandit, and that they should invite him to Tibet to help. These two translators’ names were Rinchen Sangpo and Legshey.

As soon as Lha Lama Yeshe Ö, the king of Tibet, heard the name of Atisha, incredible devotion arose in his mind, and he decided to invite Atisha to Tibet. He sent many gold offerings to India to invite Atisha, but it didn’t work. Then afterwards, he went himself to find gold for Atisha, and he was captured and put in the prison by an irreligious king who didn’t want the spread of Dharma in Tibet.

King Lha Lama Yeshe Ö’s nephew, Jangchub Ö, came to see him in prison. The irreligious king told Jangchub Ö, “I won’t free your uncle until you find gold the size of his body.” So, Jangchub Ö found enough gold to reach up to his neck, but still the irreligious king was not satisfied. He said, “If you don’t bring gold the size of his head, I won’t let him be free from prison.” Again, Jangchub Ö went to his uncle, the king of Tibet, and explained all these things.

The imprisoned king of Tibet, Lha Lama Yeshe Ö, explained to his nephew that since a lot of gold was offered to the irreligious king and he was still not satisfied, Jangchub Ö should not offer this king even one handful of gold. King Lha Lama Yeshe Ö said he was now very old and did not have long to live, and it would be more beneficial for his nephew, Jangchub Ö, to take the gold. He said to Jangchub Ö, “I don’t care if I die in prison. Take all this gold and ask Atisha to come to Tibet and spread the Dharma.” Then the king sent a message to Atisha through his nephew, saying, “I gave up my life to invite you to Tibet. Please guide me with your compassion. What I have in my mind is only for you to come to Tibet and spread the teachings.”

The imprisoned king sent the message with Jangchub Ö with a suffering, frantic voice, and then he passed away in prison. His nephew sent a translator with many gold offerings to invite Atisha, but the kings and abbots of India wanted Atisha to stay there. Finally, Atisha received permission and he came secretly to Tibet and helped spread the Dharma there. According to his teachings, he wrote the Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment there.

Atisha spread the pure Mahayana teaching like the rising sun, and all conflict, ignorance, and wrong conceptions were destroyed. His text was translated into English by some Tibetan lamas and other translators. I am reading the translation of this teaching because it is extremely beneficial. It is so short. Atisha did great work and brought so much benefit to India and Tibet. In India he destroyed many followers of other religions, wrong paths and wrong conceptions. He did great work.

These days, many young people from the West have the chance to hear the teachings and to understand and practice these meditations on the gradual path to enlightenment. They can find satisfaction in their lives, and they can make their lives meaningful and happy. They integrate it in their own mind, and they understand that there is a chance to make their lives meaningful. All these things are due to the kindness of Atisha, the great bodhisattva.

This great bodhisattva, Atisha, lived in discipline, and had the realization of moral conduct. He kept the 253 precepts purely, and on the basis of that, the bodhisattva’s precepts, the moral conduct precepts and the Vajrayana precepts. He had unshakeable, firm, one-pointed concentration that could last for years—even if hundreds of rockets were flying nearby they couldn’t disturb or shake his meditation. He had perfect realization of shunyata, the absolute nature, and he achieved high tantric realizations, seeing himself in the form of deities.

Atisha had high tantric realization without projections, and he did not see ordinary places—we see an ordinary house built of mud or cement, an impure place, but Atisha had only pure projections and pure view, and he always saw the view of the mandala of the deities. He had high Vajrayana realizations and he was able to transform even kaka into nectar and poison into medicine.

We can meditate like this to increase devotion to Atisha’s teachings. We can do checking meditation according to that. We may find it difficult at the beginning of the subject, and it may take time to understand, but by checking and understanding more and more the various meditations and teachings, gradually it will become clear within our mind.

Please note that Choejor is also spelled as Choezor and that the story from the archive of FPMT is part of Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s teaching of the life and work of Lama Atisha at 9th Kopan Course in 1976.

Life’s 8 Aspirations and How to Enhance Them!

Published Mayo 29, 2018 by jptan2012

When I decided with Guru Lama that this blog will end and that before it happens I will set out to write more articles that will focus on empowering and teaching you about handling, understanding, and fixing your Feng Shui if it needs to be fixed, I didn’t realize that I was setting up myself for a daunting task.

It is very difficult to teach Feng Shui online and to a non – Chinese speaking audience because there are a lot of intricacies in Feng Shui that highly relies on the element of the word. For example, there are words in Chinese that connotes the same thing but because of a minor difference in how it was written would mean that this word is more of a wood element, water element, and so on and so forth.

This is also the reason why I noticed that some of my friends who has taken up online Feng Shui courses usually find themselves having more problems, and I stress AT TIMES, because they were not given the minor but yet very important intricacies.

Nevertheless, I will still try to teach you as much as I can without putting you at risk in understanding something incomplete which might lead to doing a Feng Shui blunder instead.

Today, allow me to share with you in what is called as “LIFE’S EIGHT ASPIRATIONS” in Feng Shui. These 8 aspirations are what makes our life complete and if everything goes well with our life’s 8 aspirations it is said that we will be a happy person and also it means that we have a very good luck or good karma.

Our life’s eight aspirations consist of the following: (1) Love or Relationship; (2) Descendant Luck; (3) Mentor Luck; (4) Career Luck; (5) Education / Knowledge Luck; (6)Family / Health Luck; (7) Wealth Luck; (8) Fame / Recognition Luck. Not necessarily in this order, but the ideal situation is that they should all be equal and not imbalance. Although truth be told I seldom see a person who has a very balance 8 aspirations, but this doesn’t mean that it is bad it just means that he has more of the other than the rest.

Allow me now to discuss each of the aspirations and how to enhance them on a personal level.

First, LOVE & RELATIONSHIP LUCK. We all want to be loved, but this luck is more than finding a romantic love but this controls all aspects of your relationship luck in life. Even family relationship. To enhance this, you can use MANDARIN DUCKS, the DOUBLE HAPPINESS SYMBOL, SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(1) or TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(1).

Second, is DESCENDANT LUCK. This luck is about having children, grandchildren. But this luck is also about creativity. To activate this luck for descendant luck, you can use an ELEPHANT WITH THE TRUNKS UP, PEACHES, SURANGAMA MANRTRA AMULET(2), TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(2) or VAJRAPANI RUEL(1). For creativity, you can use a SMALL GLOBE.

Third is MENTOR LUCK which is sometimes called as the BENEFACTOR LUCK. This luck ensures that you’ll have the support of your parents, bosses, or that people will always come to your help when you are in need, or the type of people that can help you achieve the things that you want to achieve. To activate or empower this luck, wear a gold or jade image of BODHISATTVA SANGHARAMA or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(2).

Fourth is the CAREER LUCK. This is quite self-explanatory but I have to add that this pertain to business advancement also. To activate this luck, carry a RUYI with you or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(3) and/or the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULETS(1).

Fifth is the EDUCATION or KNOWLEDGE LUCK! We don’t stop learning, even if we are already working we need to continue to learn to make sure that we are ahead of the game. To activate or empower this luck get yourself a GENERATOR CRYSTAL made of AMETHYST or CLEAR QUARTZ. Likewise, you can also have a crystal pendulum worn around your neck.

So, to make this luck positively good, it is will be good to carry with you the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET(1), VAJRPANI RUEL(4), and/or the GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT. For the family, it is good to place in the house a TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(3) and/or a SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(3).

The seventh is WEALTH LUCK. In Buddhism, Taoism, and Feng Shui money is not considered the root of all evil. The root of all evil is our greed. With that in all three, acquiring wealth is actually either encouraged or tolerated. To activate wealth luck, you can read my post entitled –  FENG SHUI TIPS TO ENHANCE WEALTH LUCK, FINANCIAL LUCK, AND MONEY LUCK! – but lately and as can be attested by a number of my readers the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO(1), the VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET(1), and the VAJRAPANI RUEL(5) are some of the most powerful wealth amulets that one can have. I haven’t been writing a lot of personal testimonies about them only because of my commitment to focus on empowering articles.

To activate this luck, one can carry the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET(2), VAJRAPANI RUEL(6).

I’m already putting here what you need here because these are perpetual amulets or cures that one needs for each of the 8 aspirations.

Nobody is Bigger than the Force of the World, But…

Published Enero 2, 2018 by jptan2012

Happy Happy New Year to Everyone!

It’s new year base on the Western Calendar, and Feng Shui experts / Feng Shui consultants have been appearing on TV, magazines, and on radio. I have listened to a few some are a legit, but some are totally bogus. First thing first, the year of the earth dog doesn’t come in until Feb. 16, 2018.

Also heard a Feng Shui consultant on radio suggesting several cures. When asked by the anchor what will happen if the person doesn’t have any money to buy the cures, the Feng Shui consultant then that person should prepare for a troubled life because “nobody is bigger than the force of the world” he said in Filipino.

True! I totally agree with him. Nobody is bigger than the force of the world but our faith in a higher being should be bigger than our fears because it is definitely bigger than the force of the world.

What am I saying here?

You all know that I’m strong advocate of cures and/or amulets, especially Buddhist amulets that are highly consecrated! However, the truth is some of these are limited and most often than not because of the process of making them and also because of the things that goes into the amulets, they become quite pricey and one need to fully own the amulets before it really works, this is done in several ways but these days it is mostly done thru an exchange of energies via a stipulated monetary donation. The money covers for the cost of making the amulets, transport, and a donation for building temples and/or feeding the monks. To understand this better, you can read my post called – THE EVOLUTION OF ACQUIRING AN AMULET!

And so, because of these factors, some people might not be able to afford powerful amulets. Does that mean they’re hopeless and should prepare for a troubled year ahead as this Feng Shui consultant is saying? Of course, not, in this blog, I have talked about, several times, what I call the “amulet from within”.

What is the amulet from within? This is our genuine compassion, genuine kindness, genuine love, genuine goodness of our heart. The key word is genuine, meaning it should be real and true. If we have these things, it should also serve as some sort of an amulet. The compassion, kindness, love, goodness here should go beyond our family and friends, it is much broader than the love for family and friends, much purer.

On top of that, we should realize that our faith in a higher being be it Buddha, Allah, Shiva or Jesus Christ, should be bigger than our fears because they are definitely bigger than the force of the world.

Real faith and not pride because of the false humility that one is favored by the higher beings is the key.

While it is true that cures and amulets makes things easier, because they serve as an extension of positive chi, it doesn’t mean without them we are doomed. Because Fate lead by Faith is a path to bliss.

The Creation of Wealth (5): A Silent Sangha Member in Need of Money for Family Was Blessed with Wealth and Happiness Thru the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet!

Published Nobyembre 22, 2017 by jptan2012

Many of you already know of the special amulet rediscovered by Guru Lama from an old Tantric Scripture. He has first made this 20 years ago and has since made it several times. But this year, just a few months ago, because of some conflicting energies that we are experiencing from the last 3 months of the 2017 lunar year, and also because of the lack wealth luck, financial luck or money luck in 2018 as indicated in its bazi chart, Guru Lama has released the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet a few months ago, and more recently the Special Gold Piyao.

As of now there are people who has requested for the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet who claims to have experience some financial miracle already. However, I would like to hold off sharing their stories for a while until I’m positive that indeed they got the miracle from this powerful wealth amulet.

But today, I would like to share with you the wonderful story of a humble Sangha member of the temple where Guru Lama serves as the Abbott. Qai May Chin (QMC) is a 67 – year – old widow with 3 children. She is a Sangha member of the temple and she would always go there to help clean the temple, and she would sometimes cooks for the monks and the nuns.

Whenever Guru Lama and/or the other lamas and nuns will ask her about well – being, she would always just smile a sincere happy smile and say that ‘Buddha is good.’

However, Guru Lama sense that she is having some problems but that she won’t open up with him, and so Guru Lama instructed one of the nuns to inquire what she is really going through.

Vaisravana Dzambhala Wealth Amulet

The Vaisavana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet has the consecrated copies of the mantras of King Vaisravana of the Four Heavenly Kings and the mantras of the Five Dzambhalas. Furthermore, there are some special ingredients in powder form that are included to add to the potency of the amulet. Before it is sealed it is furthered consecrated on the image of The Four Heavenly Kings. It is placed in a metal case, not just for its durability and protection but according to the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book where Guru Lama got the instructions for this amulet, it has to be placed in cylindrical metal case to symbolize continuity and stability.

The nun whom Guru Lama instructed to inquire about QMC’s well – being did inquire about and after much prodding she found out that QMC is having some financial problem because her children and grandchildren who all also goes to the temple once a week are all hardworking, but somehow they always are lacking. What is worrying her is that when something big happens like if they get sick they will not have enough money to pay hospital bills, and also she wouldn’t want to be simply renting a small apartment unit for the rest of her life.

Guru Lama naturally took pity on her and decided to make the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet for her. And then wonderful things started to happen to her family. Although she is only working part time at that time, she notice that her children’s and her older grandchildren’s finances are getting better. Soon, the eldest was able to get an apartment for themselves, and then she was asked to stop working by her children. While they are not rich, they have enough to live comfortably.

QMC is now 83 – years – old and she still goes to the temple everyday. While she no longer cooks for them, she still insist on doing so work for the temple, like wiping images, or even simply cleaning table.

QMC profess that it is the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas thru the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet that she got some luck for her family.

The Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet: An Introduction to a Very Powerful Wealth Amulet!

Published Agosto 30, 2017 by jptan2012

In my previous post I talked about the Four Heavenly Kings, which are actually Buddhist Gods. If you haven’t read that post, I suggest go and read it first for you to truly understand this post better. Read it by clicking here.

One of the most common concern of people in the past, in the present, and I presume in the future is financial stability. In Buddhism, money is not evil; in fact, one sign of a blessed life is having money. Nevertheless, what we do with the money is what determines evil or good, but that is a topic for another post.

After some discussion, Guru Lama has told me to write about The Four Heavenly Kings and today’s post so that people will know that in the midst of what seems like a worldwide phenomenon of financial problem or struggles, there is still something that we can do so that we don’t get pulled into the mud of financial struggle. In the Philippines, a lot of people are complaining about the continuous weakening of the Philippine peso, and while we can complain and complain, in reality we should all strive to work harder, pray harder, and gather our inner strength to fight this concern.

A famous Feng Shui expert has talked about King Vaisravana or Namtose (Namthose) already, and it is largely because of this also why Guru Lama has said that I should start writing about the Four Heavenly Kings and to write this post, to really put everything in the perspective that he felt it should be written. Note though that this is just how Guru Lama wants it put and that although we don’t know in detail what was said about King Vaisravana, I’m writing it in a way that Guru Lama thinks is the best way to explain it.

Note: The post about the Four Heavenly Kings and this post have both been reviewed first by Guru Lama prior to posting.

Guru Lama felt it is only proper to talk about the Four Heavenly Kings first to disabuse the notion that in Buddhism, our gods are all about money.

In the preceding post about the Four Heavenly Kings, I mentioned that King Vaisravana the head of all the Four Heavenly Gods is wealth god himself, and that he rules over all Yaksas (also spelled as Yaksha), and amongst these Yaksas are the Dzambhalas or the Five Dzambhalas (also spelled as Dzambala, Jambhala, Jambala, Zambala, Zambhala). In this blog, I have already talked about Yellow Dzambhala and White Dzambhala, but as instructed by Guru Lama, allow me to talk about all the 5 Jambhalas again.

First, what are the Jambhalas?

Jambhala (again also spelled as Dzambhala, Dzambala, Jambala, Zambhala, Zambala) is what we call the God of Wealth or Gods of Wealth of the Buddhist. They are known 5 Dzambhala, who are member of the Jewel Family of the Buddhist tradition. Some say that Dzambhalas are manifestations of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas in Yaksha form to help people have a better grasp of their worldly powers. Each Dzambhala has its own mantra to help eliminate poverty and create financial stability.

According to Gyalten Sogdzin Rinpoche Dzambhalas are products of a Bodhisattva’s tears that turn into a Yaksha to aid sentient being to have material and spiritual wealth as well as to help have attain financial stability.

Because in this world, there are all kinds of wrathful and negative emotions or bad spirits, and sometimes they will harm you and other sentient beings, Dzambhala must take on such a wrathful and powerful form to protect us from these harmful spirits and negative karma. Especially, Dzambhala helps us minimize or decrease all misfortunes and obstacles and helps us increase all good fortune and happiness.”

The Five Dzambhalas are Green Dzambhala, Yellow Dzambhala, White Dzambhala, Red Dzambhala, Blue or Black Dzambhala. In Buddhism and Feng Shui as well as Taoism Blue and Black are considered as the same color.

GREEN DZAMBHALAJambala green

  • Is the chief of the 5 Dzambhalas and is said to be the yaksha. He is usually depicted to be standing upon a corpse and holding a mongoose in his left hand and a Kapala (a skull cap) in his right hand. He is usually depicted carrying a jewel producing mongoose in his right hand and has a consort. When depicted as seated, he sits in a vajra position with a Dakini in front of him. His right foot is almost always above a snail and a lotus flower.
  • The mantra of Green Dzambhala is: OM KARMA DZAMBHALA AH SOHA

WHITE DZAMBHALAjambala white

  • Is a Dzambhala who removes suffering from poverty and sickness. He also purifies non – virtuous karmic obstacles, and van averts illness and disaster. White Dzambhala is said to have been born from the right eye of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (Also known or spelled as Chenrezig, Kannon, Quan Yin, Quan Shi Yin, Guan Shi Yin, Guan Yin, Kuan Shi Yin, Kuan Yin), which is also known as the Bodhisattva of Compassion.
  • White Jambhala sits on a snow lion or dragon, and is holding a mongoose in his left hand. The mongoose is said to spit out diamond and other precious items. He also holds a Wealth Banner in his left arm, some Buddhist traditions claims that it is a Victory Banner that he holds. In his right arm is a gold sword.
  • The mantra of White Dzambhala is: OM PADMO KRODA ARYA JAMBALA HRIH DAYA HUM PHAT

YELLOW DZAMBHALAjambala yellow

  • Perhaps the most famous or known Dzambhala of all Dzambhalas. It is said that he is the most powerful of all the Wealth Gods. Yellow Dzambhala can increase good virtues, life span and wisdom. He can also remove poverty with the six realms.
  • A lot of you are familiar with Yellow Dzambhala so I won’t really go into detail about him.
  • The mantra of Yellow Jambhala is: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE SOHA

RED DZAMBHALAjambala red

  • Uniquely, Red Jambhala is the only Dzambhala constantly depicted as practicing with his consort, which is the heavenly mother of wealth that is in – charge of the wealth in the human realm. According to Guru Lama in the olden days, Red Dzambhala is only introduced to the Kings and Emperors, or people with authority or position of power, because the power was then deemed to be only suitable for them for it could attract not only wealth but also fame. It is said that chanting the mantra of Red Dzambhala wealth, fame but it will also gather support of the people. Furthermore, the mantra of Red Jambhala can also attract marital bliss and harmony within the family.
  • The mantra of Red Dzambhala is: OM DZAMBHAL DZALIN DRAYE DHANAM MEDIHI HRIH DAKINI DZAMBHLA SAMBHARA SOHA

BLUE DZAMBHALA / BLACK DZAMBHALAjambala black

  • Is said to have manifested from the waters of the river and gave transmission of generating wealth to king whose kingdom was under extreme financial difficulty. It is said the Blue Jambhala (Black Jambhala) greatly benefits and favors the people who are in extreme poverty if they chant his mantra. It is said that he will purify all bad lucks and obstacles that cause financial problems. He also prevents loss of wealth thru debts and robbery or theft. He can also subdue a human’s ego and eliminate greed.
  • Please note that one should not confuse Black Dzambhala with that of Bodhisattva Vajrapani.
  • The mantra of Blue Dzambhala/Black Dzambhala is: OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE BASHU DHARINI SOHA

It is inevitable for me to explain, as instructed by Guru Lama, for me to explain and talk about the Four Heavenly Kings first and to introduce all the God of Wealth – Dzambhalas, before I can really talk about and share with you the good news about the powerful Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet.

Some might consider this as a fairly young and unknown amulet, but according to Guru Lama, this perception is false, for the instructions on how to make this amulets are found in Tantric Buddhist Scriptures.

About two decades ago, when Guru Lama was much younger but who is already heading a temple as it’s Chief Abbot, he was approached by one his Sangha member (temple goer) who goes to the temple, this person is a devout Buddhist and is one of the most compassionate person Guru Lama has met. He will seldom complain, but because he goes to temple almost everyday, Guru Lama would talk to him a lot, and from there he realized that this man has lived a difficult life mostly because he was in poverty. Guru Lama seldom notices how a person dresses, it is as if he sees through the dress or clothes and will just see the person devoid of his financial status in life. But according to Guru Lama, one day this man can’t bear the hardship much longer because he was unable to pay for his wife’s hospitalization and medicines that he just cried and cried while talking to Guru Lama. According to Guru Lama, it is as if he was awakened and notices that the man’s clothes are worn out and to put it simply and directly, he does look poor.

Guru Lama set out to help the man and raise funds for him. However, he knew that this was a temporary help. And so he meditated to know what he could do for this man. In his meditative state he saw a book fell off from one of the shelves in their temple library, which according to Guru Lama was much smaller than it is now. He knew right away that he has been guided by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to check out this book. He remembers clearly which book ‘fell off from the shelf’ in his meditative state and so he went to check this book. Much to his dismay it was a Tantric Buddhist Scripture that can only be read by senior lamas. He was already a senior lama at that time, but a Tantric Buddhist Scripture is one of the most difficult books or books in Buddhism. But since he knew the answers could be found in those pages, he set out to read it.

Three weeks after he came across the instruction on how to make the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, and knew immediately that this what the Sangha member needs, and so following all the rules and strict guidelines, he set out to make one.

When he gave the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet, which is an amulet that has to be consecrated under the Four Heavenly Kings (not just King Vaisravana) and the Five Dzambhalas, he gave him the instruction as mentioned in the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book he read, to chant the mantras of the three of the Four Heavenly Kings three times, and chant the mantra of King Vaisravana 49 times, and each of the mantra of the Five Dzambhalas 108 times.

The Sangha member followed the instruction and the rest soon became history. To this day, that Sangha member remains to be one of the wealthiest famous people in Singapore. Throughout all these years he continues to wear the Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet.

I’m sharing this with you because Guru Lama, after long contemplation, which started early this year, has decided to make this amulet available to the public. The Vajrapani Ruel is almost running out, meaning there are only a few pieces left, and Guru Lama felt that in these uncertain times, especially with the extreme financial stability or volatility, we can all use some help from this powerful amulet called Vaisravana – Dzambhala Wealth Amulet. It is placed in a metal case, not just for its durability and protection but according to the Tantric Buddhist Scripture book where Guru Lama got the instructions for this amulet, it has to be placed in cylindrical metal case to symbolize continuity and stability.

Like any other amulets, the stipulated donation for this amulet will go to the feeding of the monks, building of temples, or making an image of a Buddha or a Bodhisattva. To understand further on acquiring an amulet, I suggest you read the post – The Evolution of Acquiring An Amulet.

After A Series of Failed Business Attempts, A Father Finally Becomes Successful: A Story of Business Luck, Wealth Luck and Financial Luck Brought About by the Vajrapani Ruel!

Published Hulyo 4, 2017 by jptan2012

In a culture that is quite patriarchal like the Philippines it is a big deal for us if a father doesn’t have a stable job or business or a stable mean to bring food to the table. Usually issues like these cause a some concern or strain within the family.

For my reader, Leleng, the fact that she is the one providing for the family is actually a non – issue for her. However, for her husband, Rod, this is a big issue. And the fact that he is unable to be the sole or main provider for his family is a big issue for him and is causing so much concern and insecurities for him.

You see Rodrigo have had several business attempts and for some reason they all seem to fail. According to Leleng, he had had a total of 6 different businesses but not a single one lasted for a year. Rod is already 57 and looking for another job is going to be difficult for him.

Vajrapani Ruel

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It’s important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless. The Vajrapani Ruel itself is only about 1 to 2 inches and it varies from one ruel to another.

So Leleng called me requesting for the Vajrapani Ruel. She wants it to help her find another job. She didn’t mentioned to her husband that the Vajrapani Ruel is a little pricey, because he might not want to use it and he doesn’t really believe that Feng Shui or amulet works. And so when she gave the Vajrapani Ruel to her husband, she told him that she got it only for free and that he should give it a try while looking for a job.

However, three weeks after he got the Vajrapani Ruel, he got his first miracle. Little did he know that his brother enrolled him in a financial plan several years ago. The financial plan has matured and he is able to claim a total of Php 500,000.00 (roughly US$10,000.00).

This was Rod’s first miracle, which happened early last year. And when they informed me about this before, I didn’t write about it because I felt there are simply too many Vajrapani Ruel Miraculous Stories on this blog that is about money.

Nevertheless, just recently I got a message from Leleng again. At that time that Rod got the Php 500,000.00, he wanted to invest it again on a business. Leleng opposed this but Rod was adamant. In the end, Leleng decided to throw in her support and wished that the Vajrapani Ruel will simply work it’s magic on Rod the second time around.

Leleng David

Hi JP! Sorry that it took me awhile to share my miracle thru text as you requested. I’m not very good in writing, it might be embarrassing to your readers, so it’s up to you. My miracle is actually a miracle for my husband. Aside from the 500,000.00 that he got which I mentioned to you last year. I’m very happy to share that his business is also doing well. This is really the first time that he became successful in business. Even he was surprised and now believes that it is because of the (Vajrapani) Ruel. He has received some offer like what I told you, but other than that he was able to expand already. HAD TO COVER THE FIRST PART OF THE MESSAGE BECAUSE IT CONTAINS SOME MATTERS THAT LELENG IS NOT YET WILLING TO SHARE.

And her faith on the Vajrapani Ruel and Bodhisattva Vajrapani paid off because Rod’s business is now more than a year and it is doing well. In fact, in less than a year he has expanded his business and a competitor has offered to buy the business. This is good because it shows that they are afraid that it will grow bigger and become a bigger competitor. Rod declined the offer but instead the said competitor has agreed to invest on Rod’s business and it will become an alternative brand to the other business.

Leleng fully believes that all these are due to the Vajrapani Ruel. She said after having the Vajrapani Ruel, Rod’s personality changed, he has become a little more aggressive and while he has been intelligent right from the start he is now more practical which is a big factor in his business success.

Now isn’t this a wonderful miracle?!
