Life’s 8 Aspirations and How to Enhance Them!

Published Mayo 29, 2018 by jptan2012

When I decided with Guru Lama that this blog will end and that before it happens I will set out to write more articles that will focus on empowering and teaching you about handling, understanding, and fixing your Feng Shui if it needs to be fixed, I didn’t realize that I was setting up myself for a daunting task.

It is very difficult to teach Feng Shui online and to a non – Chinese speaking audience because there are a lot of intricacies in Feng Shui that highly relies on the element of the word. For example, there are words in Chinese that connotes the same thing but because of a minor difference in how it was written would mean that this word is more of a wood element, water element, and so on and so forth.

This is also the reason why I noticed that some of my friends who has taken up online Feng Shui courses usually find themselves having more problems, and I stress AT TIMES, because they were not given the minor but yet very important intricacies.

Nevertheless, I will still try to teach you as much as I can without putting you at risk in understanding something incomplete which might lead to doing a Feng Shui blunder instead.

Today, allow me to share with you in what is called as “LIFE’S EIGHT ASPIRATIONS” in Feng Shui. These 8 aspirations are what makes our life complete and if everything goes well with our life’s 8 aspirations it is said that we will be a happy person and also it means that we have a very good luck or good karma.

Our life’s eight aspirations consist of the following: (1) Love or Relationship; (2) Descendant Luck; (3) Mentor Luck; (4) Career Luck; (5) Education / Knowledge Luck; (6)Family / Health Luck; (7) Wealth Luck; (8) Fame / Recognition Luck. Not necessarily in this order, but the ideal situation is that they should all be equal and not imbalance. Although truth be told I seldom see a person who has a very balance 8 aspirations, but this doesn’t mean that it is bad it just means that he has more of the other than the rest.

Allow me now to discuss each of the aspirations and how to enhance them on a personal level.

First, LOVE & RELATIONSHIP LUCK. We all want to be loved, but this luck is more than finding a romantic love but this controls all aspects of your relationship luck in life. Even family relationship. To enhance this, you can use MANDARIN DUCKS, the DOUBLE HAPPINESS SYMBOL, SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(1) or TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(1).

Second, is DESCENDANT LUCK. This luck is about having children, grandchildren. But this luck is also about creativity. To activate this luck for descendant luck, you can use an ELEPHANT WITH THE TRUNKS UP, PEACHES, SURANGAMA MANRTRA AMULET(2), TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(2) or VAJRAPANI RUEL(1). For creativity, you can use a SMALL GLOBE.

Third is MENTOR LUCK which is sometimes called as the BENEFACTOR LUCK. This luck ensures that you’ll have the support of your parents, bosses, or that people will always come to your help when you are in need, or the type of people that can help you achieve the things that you want to achieve. To activate or empower this luck, wear a gold or jade image of BODHISATTVA SANGHARAMA or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(2).

Fourth is the CAREER LUCK. This is quite self-explanatory but I have to add that this pertain to business advancement also. To activate this luck, carry a RUYI with you or carry the VAJRAPANI RUEL(3) and/or the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULETS(1).

Fifth is the EDUCATION or KNOWLEDGE LUCK! We don’t stop learning, even if we are already working we need to continue to learn to make sure that we are ahead of the game. To activate or empower this luck get yourself a GENERATOR CRYSTAL made of AMETHYST or CLEAR QUARTZ. Likewise, you can also have a crystal pendulum worn around your neck.

Sixth is the FAMILY AND HEALTH LUCK. You may ask why family is included here again, shouldn’t it be in the love or relationship luck. Actually, as mentioned earlier in the article, family is included in the love/relationship luck but it is also here because one very important thing in Feng Shui is family, we need a healthy family and by healthy it doesn’t refer to health as in physical health of the family although it certainly is included also. In Feng Shui, aside from the actual relationships, family is considered as one “being” so it’s health has to be taken care of also. Health also here includes avoiding illness, accidents, and violence. So, to make this luck positively good, it is will be good to carry with you the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET(1), VAJRPANI RUEL(4), and/or the GOLD KALACHAKRA PENDANT. For the family, it is good to place in the house a TRADITIONAL SUTRA AMULET(3) and/or a SURANGAMA MANTRA AMULET(3).

The seventh is WEALTH LUCK. In Buddhism, Taoism, and Feng Shui money is not considered the root of all evil. The root of all evil is our greed. With that in all three, acquiring wealth is actually either encouraged or tolerated. To activate wealth luck, you can read my post entitled –  FENG SHUI TIPS TO ENHANCE WEALTH LUCK, FINANCIAL LUCK, AND MONEY LUCK! – but lately and as can be attested by a number of my readers the SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO(1), the VAISRAVANA – DZAMBHALA WEALTH AMULET(1), and the VAJRAPANI RUEL(5) are some of the most powerful wealth amulets that one can have. I haven’t been writing a lot of personal testimonies about them only because of my commitment to focus on empowering articles.

And finally, the eight is the FAME or RECOGNITION LUCK. This luck is not just about being famous, but more importantly it is about being recognized. You might say I don’t need to be famous, and obviously those who are famous has a very strong fame luck. But remember, even if one doesn’t want to be famous, we cannot deny that you have to be recognized for your contribution, or for your effort. To activate this luck, one can carry the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULET(2), VAJRAPANI RUEL(6).

I’m already putting here what you need here because these are perpetual amulets or cures that one needs for each of the 8 aspirations.

DO YOUR OWN FENG SHUI BY LEARNING ABOUT THE KUA NUMBER AND IDENTIFYING YOUR GOOD AND BAD DIRECTIONS!

Published Abril 27, 2018 by jptan2012

As mentioned, the last articles before the eventual ending of this blog is going to be more of an ‘educational’ posts, I will talk about how you can do your basic Feng Shui.

All of us has good and bad directions base on our birthdate or birthday, this is going to be determined thru our Kua number. I have written about this before, but I think it is important that this be discussed again, because this is something that is quite important and needs to be understand by everybody. It is also quite important that everyone learns how to determine their own good and bad directions. If you know this, you would have already dealt with 1/4th of your Feng Shui.compass

To achieve good Feng Shui it is important that you face your good directions when eating or working, your head should be directed towards one of those directions when sleeping, your bedroom should be in that sector of the house, and most importantly your house door or office door should be facing one of those directions.

Likewise, you should avoid the bad directions.

There are different Feng Shui schools of thought, and one of them is the Compass Feng Shui. Calculating the Kua number is a sub-thought of the Compass Feng Shui.

But before I discuss that, allow me to share the different good and bad directions.kua chart

The four different good lucks are SHENG CHI (Success), TIEN YI (HEALTH), NIEN YEN (Relationship/Love) and FU WEI (Personal Development/Growth).

SHENG CHI, which I have indicated as the ‘Success’ direction, is actually loosely translated as ‘generating chi’ or ‘generating energy’. Most Feng Shui experts and Chinese believes that this is the best amongst all the four-different luck, because this largely governs your personal success, especially in business, or if it is wealth growth and prosperity that you’re looking for. This direction also governs your ‘political’ potential. By political I don’t mean it to be the real sense of politics but more of how you handle situation in your professional life.  This is also the direction that governs your recognition luck.

TIEN YI is loosely translated as ‘heaven’s doctor’. This largely governs one’s health. If you are experiencing health problems or is afflicted with the illness star it’s best to have your head face the direction of your Tien Yi when sleeping, just make sure that the illness star is not in that direction on that particular year. This is also the direction that concerns your wealth luck, financial luck, money luck. However, Tien Yi is not only about health, it also provides medium range wealth and career luck. So, some people consider this as the second-best luck.

NIEN YEN’s loose translation is ‘descendant and longevity’, but as you can see the English translation that I indicated is RELATIONSHIP/LOVE, because this direction basically deals with primarily family relationship luck and descendant’s luck. This is also the luck that governs your all your relationship that includes love life. This is also a secondary health direction, so if you’re sick and is unable to face your Tien Yi direction, this is the second option.

FU WEI’s loose translation is ‘basic self’. This is the direction that largely governs your personal growth but is not related to career and/or financial growth. This direction is largely associated with people who need to seek enlightenment or needs to know what they want to do in life. This is also a direction that is largely beneficial to those who need to seek spirituality and clarity. If you’re going through a lot of personal problem, this is the direction to activate.

It’s quite easy for us to misinterpret that Sheng Chi is the best luck; in fact, this is the case with most Chinese and some Feng Shui experts. However, I don’t think this is the case, each of the lucky and its corresponding directions base in your Kua number serves its own purpose. For example, you may be enjoying career success and financial luck but is going through a tough personal fulfillment phase; you can activate your Fu Wei and need not concentrate too much on your Sheng Chi. You also may be a successful businessman, but your health of family life is bad, then you can activate your Tien Yi and Nien Yen respectively. It’s really finding the right balance and looking for what’s missing in your life or what would be your priority.

How do you activate these directions, it’s quite simple, you just face that direction when working and eating. When sleeping your head should be towards the direction you want to activate.

Now, the good directions are really just half of it. There are bad directions also, and in this case, it’s a perfect yin and yang concept.

Allow me to share the four bad directions.

One of these bad lucks is called HO HAI, which is loosely translated as ‘accidents and mishaps’, this is an unlucky direction in the sense that continuously confronting or activating this luck by facing its corresponding direction base on your Kua number will create some bad luck that should have been otherwise preventable. For example, you can fall off the stairs and break a leg, or through carelessness might miss out on some detail with work that might create some problem with your boss or colleagues or clients.

Another bad luck is the WU KWEI, literal translation is “Five Ghost’. This may sound scary and to some extent it is really quite scary. For people who have requested me to read their Bazi, I call this luck as ‘Personal Bad Luck’, because Wu Kwei tends to attack anything that’s quite personal. For example, if you’re a parent a child might get hurt, it can also create a lot of disharmony and quarrels both in your work place and at home. You might also have problems with fire and theft.

LIU SHA or “Six Killings’ is another bad luck. This basically attacks your career and wealth luck. Meaning, you might lose a job or get into trouble because of it. Its secondary effect is with the family, you might have a broken family or have some financial problems because of family matters like a family member that gets into gambling or an illness that will need long term care thus creating financial problems.

The last of these bad lucks is CHUEH MING, which is also directly can be translated into “Total Loss’, this may be scariest of all the bad luck direction base on your Kua number.  This is considered as the most fatal of all directions, because it might create total bad luck. Continuously facing or ‘activating’ this direction might even negate your good karma and good Feng Shui.

All these good and bad directions are based on your kua number.

Basically, your Kua number determines the lucky and unlucky directions of your life. I’ll discuss about these lucky and unlucky directions in details on my next post. But knowing your Kua number will determine whether you are an East or West group person and your corresponding lucky and unlucky directions.

The numbers one (1), three (3), four (4) and nine (9) belongs to the East Group. The numbers two (2), six (6), seven (7) and eight (8) belongs to the West Group. The number 5 (five) is replace by eight (8) for women, and by two (2) for men.

The four lucks are: SHENG CHI (Success), TIEN YI (HEALTH), NIEN YEN (Relationship/Love) and FU WEI (Personal Development/Growth).

The four bad lucks are: HO HAI (Unlucky), WU KWEI (Five Ghosts), LIU SHA (6 Killing), CHUEH MING (Total Loss).

If your Kua Number is 1 your lucky directions are – Southeast (SHENG CHI), East (TIEN YI), South (NIEN YEN) and North (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – West (HO HAI), Northeast (WU KWEI), Northwest (LIU SHA), Southwest (CHUEH MING).

If your Kua Number is 2 your lucky directions are – Northeast (SHENG CHI), West (TIEN YI), Northwest (NIEN YEN), and Southwest (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – East (HO HAI), Southeast (WU KWEI), South (LIU SHA), and North (CHUEH MING)

If your Kua Number is 3 your lucky directions are – South (SHENG CHI), North (TIEN YI), Southeast (NIEN YEN), and East (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – Southwest (HO HAI), Northwest (WU KWEI), Northeast (LIU SHA), and West (CHUEH MING).

If your Kua Number is 4 your lucky directions are – North (SHENG CHI), South (TIEN YI), East (NIEN YEN), and Southeast (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – Northwest (HO HAI), Southwest (WU KWEI), West (LIU SHA), and Northeast (CHUEH MING).

If your Kua Number is 6 your lucky directions are – West (SHENG CHI), Northeast (TIEN YI), Southwest (NIEN YEN), Northwest (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are Southeast (HO HAI), East (WU KWEI), North (LIU SHA), South (CHEUH MING)

If your Kua Number is 7, your lucky directions are – Northwest (SHENG CHI), Southwest (TIEN YI), Northeast (NIEN YEN), and West (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – North (HO HAI), South (WU KWEI), Southeast (LIU SHA), and East (Chua Ming).

If your Kua Number is 8, your lucky directions are – Southwest (SHENG CHI), Northwest (TIEN YI), West (NIEN YEN) and Northeast (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – South (HO HAI), North (WU KWEI), East (LIU SHA), and Southeast (CHEUH MING).

If your Kua Number is 9, your lucky directions are – East (SHENG CHI), Southeast (TIEN YI), North (NIEN YEN), and South (FU WEI). Your unlucky directions are – Northeast (HO HAI), West (WU KWEI), Southwest (LIU SHA), and Northwest (CHUEH MING).

Calculating the Kua number of a guy from a girl slightly differ from each other. For the guy, what you need to do is take the last 2 digits of your birth year. Add them together and keep on adding them until you get a single digit. If you were born before the year 2000, deduct this number from the number 10, and 9 if you were born in the year 2000 or later. The result is your Kua number.

For example: 1973 (7+3=10 / 1+0=1 / 10-1=9) Kua Number is 9

For the women, you also take the last two digits of your birth year. Add them together and keep on adding until you get a single digit. Add 5 to this number if you were born before the year 2000, add 6 if you were born in the year 2000 or later. If the result is a two-digit number, keep adding it again until you again get a single digit. This is your Kua number.

Please note that if you were born before Feb. 4 of the year, your birth year is that of the year before. For example, if you were born between Jan. 1 and Feb. 3, your birth year is that of the previous year. Let’s say you were born on Feb. 3, 2000, that means your birth year is still 1999.

As mentioned you must avoid your bad directions, but the reality of life is sometimes one can’t avoid them. There are a few cures available like putting rock salt, the problem is that you have to constantly replace them and many people forgot. The past few years, I have taken into recommending some amulets and these amulets have proven to be very effective in curing the negative effects of facing wrong directions. The cures are VAJRAPANI RUEL, SURANGGAMA MANTRA AMULET, and lately Guru Lama said that the FOUR DHARMAKAYA RELIC MANTRAS AMULET & LAMA ATISHA COMBINED AMULETS is also a very powerful tool to counteract the negative effects of facing your bad directions. Please note that when it’s your bedroom door or house door that is facing the bad direction, you have to carry the said amulet and at the same time put one on the door of your bedroom or house door. The SPECIAL GOLD PIYAO is also a very good cure for this concern.

How to Further Enhance Certain Energies of the Vajrapani Ruel for the 8 Aspirations Using Crystals (5): Career Luck and Education Luck; Plus How to Strengthen the Protection Energies!

Published Marso 31, 2016 by jptan2012

When I wrote the first part of this series, a lot of people sent me a messaged asking whether the recommendations that I mentioned here is only true for the Vajrapani Ruel. The answer is NO. This will also work for other amulets. The only reason that I focused on the Vajrapani Ruel here is because this article is in response to the numerous questions I get regarding the Vajrapani Ruel.

Vajrapani Ruel

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It’s important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless. The Vajrapani Ruel itself is only about 1 to 2 inches and it varies from one ruel to another.

Today, I will talk about Career Luck and Education Luck. But for those who haven’t read the first part of this post, I have decided to include the introduction here. But if you wish to simply jump to the recommendation, please simply skip the blue text.

The Vajrapani Ruel is largely an ‘amulet’ for protection, but like all powerful amulets consecrated under the energies of a certain Buddha or Bodhisattva, which in the case of the Vajrapani Ruel is consecrated under the energies of power qualities of the Bodhisattva Vajrapani (who happens to be the only Bodhisattva to be described as both auspicious and powerful), they will have different qualities that deals with the different aspirations of our life. Specifically the 8 aspirations: Wealth Luck, Mentor Luck, Family and Descendant Luck, Education Luck, Career Luck, Health Luck, Fame Luck, and Love Luck!

If people ask me whether the Vajrapani Ruel is a very good amulet to help enhance wealth luck or money luck or financial luck, I always take a moment to reply because the truth is the Vajrapani Ruel is largely a protective amulet but there is no denying that it is so much more than protection, for entrepreneurs or businessmen it gives the winning advantage, for employees it gives recognition and career growth. I can go on and on and on, but the bottom line is that the Vajrapani Ruel contributes to the different aspects of our aspirations. Wealth luck or financial luck or money luck is just one of it, although indeed a lot of testimonies found on this blog even the one those I received in my inbox are about money luck. This can be explained though that it is largely because a lot of the aspirations of those who request for the Vajrapani Ruel are mostly about financial problems.

The question though now is whether there is a way for us to enhance the energy that we want to get out of a Vajrapani Ruel? For example, can we focus more gaining wealth luck from the Vajrapani Ruel instead of love luck? The answer is yes.

How?

With the use of crystals or semi – precious stones. By putting on the energy that we want to attract, this will naturally be enhanced by the Vajrapani Ruel or that particular energy of the Vajrapani Ruel will be enhanced by a specific crystal or semi – precious stone or precious stone. So from today and in the succeeding posts, I will talk about the different aspirations and how to enhanced the Vajrapani Ruel to focus more on that specific aspiration through the use of crystals or semi – precious stone.

But this is not to say that one really needs this to attract the energy of the Vajrapani Ruel? The Vajrapani Ruel is very effective even if you don’t use energy enhancers, proof of this is the numerous personal miraculous testimonies, but using energy enhancers will help strengthen or give a focus on the said energy base on energy enhancer used.

As I said, today I will talk about Career Luck and Education Luck.

To further enhance the Career Luck of the 8 Aspirations of your Vajrapani Ruel, you can wear the following:

  1. Lepidolite is the best stone to wear to help enhance Career Luck of the Eight Aspirations of your Vajrapani Ruel. You can wear it as a pendant or bracelet.Lepidolite6Round

To further enhance the Education Luck of the 8 Aspiration of your Vajrapani Ruel, you can wear the following:

  1. Apophyllite is the best stone to help enhance the Education Luck of your Vajrapani Ruel. You can wear it as a pendant. It is rarely that you can find a beaded Apophullite because it is quite porous. This stone somewhat resembles a claer quartz or a Danburite. apophyllite-pendant-5-[2]-13864-p
  2. Rhodonite worn as a beaded bracelet.rhodonite beads
  3. Pointed Clear Quartz worn as a pendant.pointed clear quartz
  4. Danburite worn as a pendant. To the untrained eye this stone might look like its a clear quartz. danburite-pendant-3-[2]-25237-p

To help strengthen the protection qualities of your Vajrapani Ruel you can wear the following:

How to Further Enhance Certain Energies of the Vajrapani Ruel for the 8 Aspirations Using Crystals (4): Fame Luck and Health Luck!

But before I talk about Fame Luck, allow me to clarify here that Fame Luck does not really refer to being famous only, but it also controls one’s recognition luck. This is quite important for employees, so that your boss or the management will recognize your efforts or contributions.

To further enhance the Fame Luck of the 8 Aspirations of your Vajrapani Ruel, you can wear the following:

  1. Ruby worn as a ring or pendant, but you can also wear rough Ruby as a beaded bracelet.
  2. Amethyst beads worn as bracelet.amethyst beads
  3. Tanzanite is also a very powerful stone that helps the fame or recognition luck of a person when partnered with a powerful amulet like the Vajrapani Ruel.
  4. (Red) Garnet bead worn as bracelet.red garnet
  5. Charoite is a lesser-known but powerful stone which I’m going to write about extensively in the coming days, but for now it is good to know that this is a powerful Fame or Recognition Luck enhancer when partnered with a powerful amulet like the Vajrapani Ruel.charoite beads

It is much harder to write about specific crystals to help enhance your health luck, because almost all crystals has a strong health luck component, it simply varies on what part of the body it affects. But for the purpose of this article, I will only write about the ones that have an overall health effect.

  1. Jade especially if carved in a shape of a Wu Lou (Wulou) or Holy Gourd.wulou jade
  2. Gold Rutilated Quartz beads as bracelet.golden rutilated quartz
  3. Green Garnet beads worn as bracelet.green garnet

On my succeeding post, I will talk about the last 2 remaining aspirations, which is Career Luck and Education Luck. Plus a bonus of enhancing the protection qualities of your amulet, especially the Vajrapani Ruel.

How to Further Enhanced the Eight Aspiration Energy of Your Vajrapani Ruel Using Crystals (2): Love Luck!

How To Further Enhance the Eight Aspiration Energies of the Vajrapani Ruel Using Crystals (1) : Wealth Luck!

Published Marso 22, 2016 by jptan2012

moneyThe Vajrapani Ruel is largely an ‘amulet’ for protection, but like all powerful amulets consecrated under the energies of a certain Buddha or Bodhisattva, which in the case of the Vajrapani Ruel is consecrated under the energies of power qualities of the Bodhisattva Vajrapani (who happens to be the only Bodhisattva to be described as both auspicious and powerful), they will have different qualities that deals with the different aspirations of our life. Specifically the 8 aspirations: Wealth Luck, Mentor Luck, Family and Descendant Luck, Education Luck, Career Luck, Health Luck, Fame Luck or Recognition Luck, and Love Luck!

For today, I will like to address the most common concern of people who request for the Vajrapani Ruel.

Enhancing the Wealth Luck or Financial Luck or Money Luck of the Vajrapani Ruel is quite easy with the use of the following crystals or semi – precious stones or even precious stones:

  1. Wear citrine crystal beads on your receiving hand. To determine which is your receiving hand, you simple have to know whether you are right handed or left handed. If you are right handed your receiving hand is your left hand and if you are left-handed your receiving hand is your right hand.citrine dzi piyao
  2. Wear jade beads as a bracelet or wear it as pendant. If wearing it as a pendant, it will be better if your jade is carved with an image of the Happy Fat Buddha (Maitreya Buddha) or Kuan Kong.happy buddha
  3. Wear Malachite beads on your receiving hand.malachite beads
  4. Put a sunstone beside your Vajrapani Ruel.sunstone

On my succeeding post, I will talk about the other 7 aspirations namely: Fame, Love, Descendant and Family Luck, Mentor Luck, Career Luck, Education, and Health Luck!

The Promotion Ladder and Fatherhood Through the ‘Wish Fulfilling and Buddha’s Blessing Mantra Pendant’ – Another Personal Testimony of a Reader

Published Setyembre 7, 2013 by jptan2012

I know, I know, it’s about a personal testimony of a reader again about the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(1). But as mentioned in one of my posts about the personal testimony of a reader about the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(2), I have been receiving a lot of testimonies about the pendant, and it has inspired me to write again and more than that it makes me happy that I’m able to share these stories, the personal testimonies about the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(3), with my other readers.

Today, I will like to share again one such story about the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(4). BS is a 34-year-old corporate man who has been married for 6 years now. He first wrote to me several months back, but I was not able to answer his email right away. He then emailed again the second time. This time I got to read his email.promotion

According to BS, he has been with his current job for several years now. He has been promoted once and seems to have been stuck on his current position. Somebody younger and relatively newer in the company has been promoted and he is now contemplating whether he should leave his company. The pay is still good but his superiors seem to have not notice his hard work and his contributions to the company. This is giving him extreme dissatisfaction and also some sort of insecurity.

On the home front, BS and his wife are also longing to have a baby. They’ve been married for 6 years and they have always wanted to have a baby right away, however, descendant luck seems too elusive as well. Furthermore, this is creating some sort of a friction between them because BS’s parents would often call them up and sort of blame BS’s wife for not being able to conceive.father

Both BS and his wife have consulted doctors but test shows that they are able to conceive so they don’t really know what’s wrong with them.

To be honest, BS and I corresponded at a time that I was quite busy so I really wasn’t able to delve into his problem. Fortunately though I was able to send him the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(5) that he requested for.

To make the long story short, according to BS, within 3 weeks after wearing the pendant, he was told that he was being promoted. It’s not an ordinary promotion because his promotion, according to BS, was unprecedented in their company. He was being promoted 2 ranks high. Meaning he’ll be ‘skipping’ a level. Something that their company hasn’t done before.

On top of that approximately 3 months after getting the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT, his wife found out that she’s pregnant(6)!

When I first designed the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT(7) for myself and for my family, I never imagined that the pendant would be such a wonderful vehicle of blessings for a lot of people. I know that there are those who don’t feel its blessings right away, and there are even more people who only felt a subtle change in themselves or in the way things are going around them. But miracles whether small or big, for me are still miracles.

Four Different Types of Luck Base on Your Kua Number

Published Mayo 16, 2012 by jptan2012

A few post ago, I wrote about – WHAT IS FENG KUA NUMBER AND HOW TO CALCULATE IT. In that particular post I wrote about the different types of luck and bad luck base on different directions as dictated by your Kua number.

Today, allow me to share with you the 4 different types of good luck base on your Kua number. The four different good lucks are SHENG CHI (Success), TIEN YI (HEALTH), NIEN YEN (Relationship/Love) and FU WEI (Personal Development/Growth).

It’s advisable to always bring a compass with you if you really want to ensure that you always activate your lucky directions.

SHENG CHI, which I have indicated as the ‘Success’ direction, is actually loosely translated as ‘generating chi’ or ‘generating energy’. Most Feng Shui experts and Chinese believes that this is the best amongst all the four different luck, because this largely governs your personal success, especially in business, or if it is wealth growth and prosperity that you’re looking for.

However, Tien Yi is not only about health, it also provides medium range wealth and career luck. So some people consider this as the second best luck.

NIEN YEN’s loose translation is ‘descendant and longevity’, but as you can see the English translation that I indicated is RELATIONSHIP/LOVE, because this directions basically deals with primarily family relationship luck and descendant’s luck.

However, I don’t think this is the case, each of the lucky and it’s corresponding directions base in your Kua number serves it’s own purpose.

If you have the lucky directions, you also have the unlucky directions. If you wish to know more about it you can read my post – FOUR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BAD LUCK BASE ON YOUR KUA NUMBER.

Ji Gong: An Eccentric Buddhist Monk that Became a Taoist Wealth God

Published Marso 19, 2012 by jptan2012

Today, allow me to share with you another powerful, though not very famous, wealth god called Ji Gong or Che Kong (濟公). Also spelled as Ji Kong or Che Gong.

Ji Gong is known as the ‘Legendary Monk with a Magical Fan’. This is because he is usually portrayed as having a fan and sometimes with a bottle of wine.

I entitled this post as – JI GONG: AN ECCENTRIC BUDDHIST MONK THAT BECAME A TAOIST WEALTH GOD – because Ji Gong in reality was a Buddhist monk, was expelled from his monastic life and later on became a Taoist wealth god. The irony here, is that he’s not considered as a Buddha or a Bodhisattva in Buddhism, and it was only after the Taoist has adopted Ji Gong as a deity did the Buddhist started including him in their Koans.

(A Koan, for lack of a better description, is like a form of Sutra. It’s a fundamental part of the history and lore of Zen Buddhism and it consists of stories, dialogues, questions and statements, the meaning of which are said to be understandable through intuition or lateral thinking. )

Ji Gong was born to a famous and rich family during China’s Southern Song Dynasty. His father is a highly respected ‘businessman’ and military advisor. Ji Kong, the only son, and whose real name is Li Xiuyuan (李修元), came late in the family. His parents were actually told by a respected Feng Shui consultant that they don’t have descendant’s luck and that they will never have any children. This cause great sadness to both his parents, and considered this as one of their greatest misfortune. Since they are a religious couple they decided to make sure that they would go on various pilgrimage to different temples to ask for child.

Like most Chinese then and now, they don’t really make any distinction between Buddhism and Taoism and they would visit temples from both religions even if they were really Taoist.

It is said that in one of their pilgrimage to a Buddhist temple, they entered the hall of the 500 Arhats. Whereby the image of one of the Arhat, Mahakasyapa, fell off from the altar. It was taken as a sign that at that moment Mahakasyapa’s energy or spirit left ‘his’ image.

Not long after that, Ji Kong’s mom found out she was pregnant. They remembered the incident in the temple and believed that the baby in her womb was a gift from the Buddhas. They even began to think, that what she was carrying in her womb is the reincarnation of the Arhat Mahakasyapa!

At the age of 18, Li Xiuyuan decided to go to Hangzhou (a province in China), to enter the monastic life at the famous temple called Ling Yin Temple. After several years of studying Buddhism, he was finally ordained as a Buddhist monk and named Dao Ji Chan Shi. He was then normally called Dao Ji, thus this has become another common name of Ji Kong.

His monastic life proved to be short but memorable. Being born from a very rich family, he’s used to eating meat and drinking wine, and he was unable to give this up when he became a monk. Furthermore, he started showing some eccentricity and it is believed that he is slightly mad. However, they all agree that he is kind hearted and generous. Nevertheless, because Zen Buddhists strictly prohibits eating of meat and drinking of wine, they really didn’t have much choice but to expel him from the monastery.

After being expelled from his monastic life, Dao Ji or Ji Kong never really bothered to search for another monastery that can adopt him. He just roam on the streets and is often thought of as beggar monk, because he really didn’t gave up his Buddhist robes either.

His eccentricity continued to manifest on the streets, but so his kindness and compassionate heart. It is said, the even he looks poor he never really begged for money, and it is often a wonder as to where he gets money for food. Some say that it could be part of his inheritance, but if it were from his inheritance, it’s a mystery were he kept his wealth.

However, after a while, Dao Ji or Ji Kong started to manifest another eccentricity. Since he has a compassionate heart, he would often approach beggars on the streets and other poor families. He would listen to them, crack a joke, then murmur a prayer, after which he’ll use his fan to fan them a little. Soon after these incidents the recipient of his kindness and weird ritual will come to a good fortune. He thus earned a reputation for being a Buddhist magician, which, in turn earned him the title Ji Gong Huoto, which means the Living Buddha Ji Gong. Ji is derived from his Buddhist name Dao Ji, Gong, is a respect for a powerful elderly, and Huoto literally means living Buddha.

At his old age, Ji Kong was adopted by another monastery. This is where he passed away on the 14th day of the 5th Lunar month. Right after his death, Taoist immediately adopted him as their deity, and it is said the he continuously manifest his compassionate and magical powers to every one who keeps his image and go to him.

His image is usually pictured as a monk in rugged clothing, holding a bottle of wine and a ‘magical’ fan. He is always shown with a smiling face, because he has a very happy nature. Although, he is usually pictured wearing a hat with the word Fo, which means ‘Buddha’, Buddhist never really considered him as Buddha or a Bodhisattva. However, seeing how much he is revered in Taoism, Buddhist did include him in their Koans, some sub-sects even considers him as an Arhat.

This is a jade Ji Gong pendant. It’s very similar to the one that I have.

Having an image of Ji Kong at home, and wearing his image as a pendant is a sure way to continuously tap into his blessings of wealth.

Feng Shui Tips to Activate Descendant Luck

Published Pebrero 29, 2012 by jptan2012

One of the greatest aspirations of the Chinese is to ensure that they have good descendants, thus when looking for a spouse they consult Feng Shui experts to ensure that descendant’s luck of a couple is present. In fact, once the wife gets pregnant she is treated like a goddess, even the mother-in-law will definitely make sure that the pregnant daughter-in-law is taken care of properly to ensure a smooth pregnancy.

Also, in the old days much effort is given to ensuring that a boy is born, is to ensure the family’s lineage is well preserved. A girl is considered as a less important child because she is destined to be married off to another family, and thus considered as somebody else’s child. In fact, this practice or belief has become so bad that there are some Chinese families who don’t give names to their daughter because they’re destined to be known as the wife of so-so. Thus when addressing them in the household they’re simply called as First Daughter, Second Daughter, Big Sister, or Second Sister, or Third Sister. When addressed by somebody else other than their family they’re simply called as ‘First Daughter of Wong Family’ they’re simply defined by their family name and whether they’re the eldest daughter or the youngest, etc. When they get married they’re then simply defined by the husband’s family name. My own grandmother doesn’t even have her own name.

However, because I don’t believe that women are of a ‘lesser’ being compared to men, I will not write about Feng Shui tips in ensuring that the couple are to have a boy, rather, I’d like to share some Feng Shui tips to activate one’s Descendant Luck or Fertility Luck.

Several of the Feng Shui tips that I’m going to mention are things that I’ve recommended to friends and family.

RED KUAN YIN PENDANT.  Kuan Yin (also known as ‘Goddess of Mercy’, ‘Buddha of Compassion’) is a Bodhisattva revered both in Taoism and Buddhism. Kuan Yin grants the wish of having of babies. For this purpose a red Kuan Yin (also spelled as Kwan Yin, Quan Yin) is best to help you activate your Descendant’s Luck. It is highly recommended that both the husband and the wife wear a red Kuan Yin pendant. However, if this is not possible, then it is recommended that the woman wear the pendant. I have three different previous post about Kuan Yin. Get to know her by reading them. The first post is KUAN YIN: THE ONE WHO HEARS THE CRIES OF THE WORLD, the second post is UNDERSTANDING MERCY AND COMPASSION: THE TRANSFORMATION OF AVALOKITESVARA TO KUAN YIN, and the third post is PAYING HOMAGE TO KUAN YIN, THE BUDDHA OF COMPASSION.

RABBIT. A rabbit is a very powerful symbol of fertility. It’s believes that placing the image of a rabbit in the East section of the bedroom can increase the chances of fertility.

HAPPY FAT BUDDHA WITH CHILDREN. Having the image of the Happy Fat Buddha whose real name is Maitreya Buddha in your house helps increase your potential of having a good descendant luck. You can also know more about the Happy Fat Buddha by clicking here.

CARNELIAN BRACELET. Carnelian or Carnelian Agates or Orange Agates worn as bracelet is one of the best fertility charm. Carnelian is a stone or semi-precious stone that directly controls our sixth chakra – the sire where our reproductive organs are located. Wearing a carnelian as a bracelet will increase the wearer’s chance of being more fertile. This charm is also great for people who have found to have low sperm or egg count.

IMAGE OF KUAN YIN WITH A BABY. Placing an image of Kuan Yin with a Baby is another Feng Shui Descendant Luck enhancer. For this purpose, it’s best to place the image of Kuan Yin with a Baby on the west section of your house. If this is not possible you can also place the image of Kuan Yin with a Baby in the West corner of your living room.

A PAIR OF ELEPHANTS. This is one of the most effective Feng Shui cure and enhancer to activate one’s descendant luck. You should note that the trunk of the elephants should be down and not up. Place a pair of elephants with the trunks down on the west section of your room and if possible both couples should stroke the trunks of the elephant three times each night.

THREE PIECES OF CERAMIC OR PORCELAIN POMEGRANATE AND/OR PEACH. Both the pomegranate and the peach are powerful Feng Shui tools to enhance your descendant luck or fertility luck. In choosing a ceramic or porcelain pomegranate, choose the one that has a color of deep red. For ceramic or porcelain peach choose one that has a color of bright pink.

RECITE THE MANTRA OF GODDESS TARA. Goddess Tara or Green Tara is a Buddhist deity born out of Avalokitesvara or Kuan YIn’s tear drop. I’ll discuss more about Green Tara on a future post, however, allow me to say that calling on Goddess Tara by reciting her mantra is one way of activating one’s Descendant Luck. Furthermore, placing an image of the white manifestation of Goddess Tara called White Tara on the west section of your house also activates one’s descendant luck. Goddess Tara’s mantra is OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA. Wearing her seed syllable TAM is also a powerful tool to activate one’s descendant luck. The seed syllable TAM is one of the featured symbolic syllable in the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT.
