Retirement Pay Withheld for 4 Years Released, Dream House Finally Within Reached, Debt Paid Off – Three Different Problems Solved With One Significant Financial Blessing: A Personal Testimony of A Reader About the Vajrapani Ruel!

Published Marso 31, 2017 by jptan2012

I don’t ever get tired of writing about the personal miraculous stories of my readers because this serves as a testament that not only miracles do happen, but it happen more often than we realized.

Today, allow me to share with you the story of Josie, a 43 – years – old married woman with 2 kids. According to Josie she wrote to me twice before I responded to her email. Josie said that in a way she really has a good life, but the recent illness of his father – in – law, which lead to his eventual death took a toll to the financial situation of her family.

Josie has never met her mother – in – law because she passed away even before she met her husband Toto. Her husband is the only child and so when she got married it was only natural that her father – in – law lived with them. She said that this was not a problem because her father – in – law was really nice and also helped in the expenses at home. He continued to work although Toto and Josie suggested that he stop working.

Toto and Josie both works and their kids go to private school, and according to Josie their life has been good, although of course they aspire to have their own house someday. In fact, they were saving up for it.

Then Toto’s father had a mild stroke and was forced to retire, although he still wants to work. When he retired he was told that his retirement pay would be given to him in 6 months. They really wanted it sooner but they decided six months is not such a long time. However, before 6 months passed, Toto’s father has another major stroke that rendered half of his body paralyzed. This definitely took a toll to the family but they were expecting the retirement pay anyway, which amounts to about 4 Million Philippine peso.

But the 6 months came and they said they’re still unable to release it because of some reason. Toto and Josie still have savings and they believe what the company said because Toto’s father was with them for more than 30 years! That was his second job, and in fact Toto can’t seem to remember his father working for any other company but that company.

2 years after, Toto and Josie are already deep in debt and the money has not been released. This time they decided to sue the company. The Toto’s father passed away.

They went to court, but as expected justice is not that swift here in the Philippines. Toto and Josie realized that they have to postpone having their own house. Then late last year, their landlord announced that he is selling the house that Toto and Josie are renting for practically their whole married lives. That’s when they realized that they want that house, it’s not big, it only has 3 small rooms but they love the house, it was their home, but they don’t have the money to pay for it, and they still have about a million pesos more of debt to pay for. The good thing it was first offered to them, and they told him they’re interested and started praying that no buyer will come up so that they can have time to raise the money, although they really don’t know where they’ll get the money.

This was the time she contacted. And because of my busy schedule she was only able to get the Vajrapani Ruel. A little more than a week after she got the Vajrapani Ruel they were informed that there is a buyer already. Toto and Josie begged for 3 more months, although Josie admits she doesn’t know where she got the 3 months and she doesn’t know where they’ll get the money in 3 months. Surprisingly the landlord agreed.

But 3 months is starting to come to an end, and they still have no clear way of coming up with the money. Then 2 weeks before the deadline, their lawyer called and told them that the company decides to settle the case. This was 2 years after Josie’s father – in – law died. They said yes, but the company only wants to settle half of what is due their father. They need the money but were tempted to say yes. But decided they should not. They told their lawyer that they will agree to a settlement only if they can get what is due to their father when he retired plus ten percent.

Surprisingly, they agreed and released the money the day after the agreement.

Now Josie and Toto will be able to pay for their home, and pay of the debts they incurred for their father’s hospitalization and medical therapy.

Oh! They still have a little less than a couple of million pesos left for them!

That’s technically three miracles in one Vajrapani Ruel miracle.

Vajrapani Ruel

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It’s important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless. The Vajrapani Ruel itself is only about 1 to 2 inches and it varies from one ruel to another.

A Fruit Can Be A Vehicle of A Curse or An Hex!

Published Marso 6, 2017 by jptan2012

Whenever I see the fairy tale Snow White where in the evil witch put the curse or poison on the apple to make Snow White sleep, I always thought how close it could be to real life.

You see, fruits with seeds, especially if they are black seeds can be a vehicle for sorcery to enter your house. I’m not saying we should not eat fruits, all I’m saying is that we have to be careful from whom do we receive our fruits

I thought of writing this because of several of my readers who experienced receiving some hex through fruits given to them or their staff.

I won’t be able to tell you the exact stories because I was not able to ask permission from them that I would be writing their story down.

But you see, a good sorcerer can put a hex in the seed of a fruit without them breaking the fruit. Remember, the fruit itself is not the vehicle but rather the seed, but to bring the seed in to your house, they will need to give you the whole fruit. It is more likely that when you eat the fruit, the seeds will still stay inside the house for a few more days. This is when the hex is release inside your house, when you finish eating the fruits. papaya

Three of my readers have experienced this; one of them had a fight with her mother’s cousin about a property. After several years of a court battle, they seem to be winning the court case, when the mom’s cousin decided to make peace with her. They were quite surprise with her act because it was out of her character and she was quite clear that she will not settle. Although they were a little surprise, they thought it is better to make amends. And so when she sent them a basket of fruits, they accepted and reciprocated by sending a cake. Although at that time the mom’s cousin said that they should delay a case and come up with a more appropriate resolution for both parties. They agreed.

However, that’s when the horror started, her kids started to get sick, one of them was in and out of the hospital without a clear diagnosis as to what is causing his illness. Her husband seems to have hit a bad luck and lost his job. Soon they were in debt, and the cousin of the mom suggested that they just sell the property to help them in their finances. They felt it was a very sound advice.  But one of her friend suggested that she consult me first, she did. I then in turn consulted my Guru Lama about her case, and it was there that we found out that a hex was put on them.

I wasn’t aware of the fruit given to them, and she didn’t mention it to me, she has almost forgotten about it. But my Guru Lama saw that she was given a fruit and I asked her about it, that’s when she remembered that she was given a basket of fruits (apples, oranges, mangoes and lanzones)!

It is very possible that the hex was put in the seeds!

As a cure, my Guru Lama suggested that she get the Vajrapani Ruel and for all of them to take some salt bath. That was 3 months ago, and she said they didn’t sell the property and they’re back in court with the mom’s cousin. But everything is starting to get better with them again!

The Reader Who Proved That Staying Positive Is Indeed The First Line of Defense!

Published Oktubre 8, 2015 by jptan2012

stay positiveI had a very interesting conversation earlier (please note the posting of this article is not the same day as it was written) with a reader who wanted to get the Vajrapani Ruel.

MA is a 41 – year – old wife and mother of two children. According to her, about a year ago, her family experienced a tremendous problem so big that it seems like there’s no way out of it. I don’t really remember it but according to her she emailed me to inquire about the Wish Fulfilling and Buddha’s Blessing Mantra Pendant but that she was deep in a middle of a financial crisis she was unable to afford it. Everything seems to be working against her and her family. In fact, when a friend found out about their problems, all this friend had to say was there is no solution to MA’s and her family’s problem!

But MA refuse to give up and instead did her best to stay positive. She admitted that there is times that it is easier to give up than stay positive but she said she fought really hard to be positive. She also would chant some mantras found on this blog in the morning and evening just before she sleeps. And it paid off. According to her they still have some problems and debts that they need to settle but somehow they’re over the worst. Furthermore, they’re in the process of building their house, albeit slowly, but still on they’re on their way of having their new house. And now to expedite the process recovery, she has decided to get a Vajrapani Ruel because she believes it will help makes things move faster. And she has the money for it now.  But before then all she has was her family and being positive!

Vajrapani Ruel Stories (9): Two Bags Full of Money Help Solves Family Financial Problem

Published Hunyo 15, 2015 by jptan2012

Allow me to once again share another amazing Vajrapani Ruel story. RM is a former OFW turned seamstress. She’s employed at the clothing company of my friend’s uncle. Her parents were also employed by my friend’s grandparents then by my friend’s uncle, and my friend’s family knows her family quite well.

RM is a single mom of 4 kids. Her husband left them for another woman, because of the financial burden of raising 4 kids without a husband she has to leave the country and work abroad. Her kids were left under the care of her parents.

RM said that her parents helped raised her kids really well. And she never had any problems with her. Her mother also always made sure that her children would grow up understanding as to why she needs to work abroad. However, there’s always one thing that bothered her. She would always send money to her parents, and when her father died several years ago, she would still send money to her mother. But it seems like there was not much improvement to their house, and like most OFW, she would have loved to shower her kids with material things, but it seems they only have the most basic things. And the extras that they have are the ones brought by RM home for them. Since her kids never complained and seems happy with what they have she never really questioned this, but it has always been at the back of her mind. Because she earns a little more than an average OFW.

Soon her mother got sick. This was a painful period for RM because it happened at a time when her youngest child graduated from school. RM would have wanted to worked for a few more years so that she can have their house repaired and give her mother a better life since she has been working hard to raise RM’s kids. Please note that RM’s mother also worked until she reached the mandatory retirement age of 65.

RM had to come home because the prognosis was bad and she was told that her mother might pass away anytime. So she came home and although her mom lived for another 7 months, it was a very stressful time because hospital bills are piling up, her two older children who have work on their own try to help, but its not enough. RM doesn’t have any savings of her own because she would send all her money to her mother who would then budget it for the kids and their house. She can’t help but feel bad and asked how come her mom was not able to save any money.

Between the financial help from her kids, her mother’s pension, and help from my friend’s family, they were able to get over their financial responsibilities in the hospital, until her mom died without regaining consciousness 7 months after. My friend’s family shouldered the funeral.

All throughout, she has this little voice in her that is wondering whatever happened to all her money that she sent back to her mother.

But life is good despite of what she went through and some financial problems. All her children found a job, and RM also decided to go back to work. Her children won’t allow her to go back abroad so she went to work for my friend’s family. All throughout, although she didn’t harbor any anger, she was wondering as to what happened to her money.

Soon another tragedy strikes again. Her third child was held up by armed again on a payday. They wanted to get his money and other valuables; he put on a fight and was shot. He was rushed to the hospital where he was in critical condition for a week. He eventually survived but some of his internal organs were severely damaged. Recovery was a long and arduous process. Again medical bills started piling up. Although my friend’s family helps her, RM knows that she cannot just always ask from them, and the thought of her and her children working just to pay off debts is really depressing for them.

This is when my friend’s mother decided to acquire a Vajrapani Ruel for her. According to RM, a few days after she got the Vajrapani Ruel, she got this urge to clean her room and her cabinet. She now uses her mother’s room. She has done this when her mother passed away and had to move some of her things away, but for some reason she decided to do a general cleaning again.

Inside her cabinet, there seems to be a smaller cabinet or drawer that she hadn’t noticed before. It seems like a secret drawer. She pried it open, and lo and behold, inside it are two big bags full of money with some smaller bags. Some of them are still in dollar!!!BAGS OF MONEY

She now realized where the money she sends her mother went. She kept it for her. It is quite typical for her mom to keep it at home because she is not familiar with how to do bank transactions and is very old school. Why hide the money? Because she would always tell RM also that she is afraid that thief might get into their house, because in their neighborhood there has been a lot of break ins! It’s also possible that it was RM’s father who made the secret cabinet because he used to be a carpenter.

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It's important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless.

Now it makes sense for RM as to why her mother would always tell her that she keeps her money in a safe place inside her cabinet. But RM never really focused on this so much. RM totally believes that it was because of the Vajrapani Ruel that led to the discovery of the bags of money. She cried and cried when she found the money, not only because it will solve her financial problem, but also because she was overwhelmed with her mother’s love, because she realized that her mother seldom uses the money that she sent them. Chances are she mostly uses her own salary and that of her husband and eventually their pension to raise RM’s children.

RM said that the Vajrapani Ruel didn’t only gave her money back but it also showed her how much her mother and father loves her and her children.

The Vajrapani Ruel Stories (4): Received the Needed Financial and Wealth Blessings to Solve Money Problems

Published Enero 29, 2015 by jptan2012

Although I have always known about the Vajrapani Ruel, it is only when it was made available thru my Guru Lama that I’m totally beginning to understand it’s tremendous miraculous power that it can bestow to whoever has it. What’s even more surprising it the relatively very fast effect on SOME (and I would like to stress on the word some) of those who was able to avail of the Vajrapani Ruel.

EL a 47 – year – old single mother who works, as a real estate sales agent is a long time reader of the blog. She has 2 sons, one is a graduating student and is in his early 20s, and the other is a 19 – year –old college student. According to EL, the only tragedy that she considers in her life was when she lost her husband 11 years ago, and as a result she really had to work hard and act as both father and mother to her children. However, she said her children are really nice, they’re what everybody mother dreams of, sure they might be a little naughty at times, but generally speaking they’re good children and has not given her any falling

However, middle of last year her second son simply wanting to have fun, misjudged his decision, he borrowed his friend’s brand new car and decided to drive around the village. He lost control of the car, and got into an accident. Both his friend’s car and the car of the other party got serious damaged. Several people were hurt, most of them required being hospitalized, and EL’s son sustained the worst injury.

As a settlement for his son’s mistake, they ended up shouldering all the hospital bills of those who were involved, and also expenses incurred for the repair of the cars. This is another dark time in EL’s life, because they weren’t even sure whether her son will be able to walk again and she had to pay for a lot of bills, not to mention the medical bills of her son especially he has to go thru rehabilitation.

All these combined incurred a great financial toll on her, not to mention that she has to take time out from work to take care of her son. She incurred a lot of debt. For the first time in years she failed to pay her amortizations.

Out of desperation she called me to ask for help, and gave her some mantras to recite which she said helped ease the burden a little, but not enough. She is totally worried for her son’s future, and she seems not to care about her own except that for the future of her sons. When she read about the Vajrapani Ruel, she decided to get one for herself. She actually got it the same that JS that I talked about on the post entitled THE VAJRAPANI RUEL STORIES (3): HOW A MAN GOT HIS LAND BACK AFTER A 20 – YEAR – OLD LEGAL BATTLE.

Just recently, EL called me up to share the good news. According to her, because of an accounting error, the company she worked for her failed to remit to her some of her commissions. Nobody noticed this, and she herself didn’t realize this. The accumulated unremitted amount is big enough for her to pay off her debts and have some extra. She totally attributes this blessing to the Vajrapani Ruel, because this happened about 2 weeks after she got the Vajrapani Ruel. She pointed out that the error was also accidentally discovered a day after she got the Vajrapani Ruel. Apparently, their accountant who has recently retired was preparing for the official turn – over when she discovered the mistake of her department. Well, what are coincidences but our mind’s way to explain a miracle, and EL firmly believes that what happened was the Vajrapani Ruel’s way of helping her!!!!

An Unusual Powerful Symbol and Feng Shui Tip to Enhance Wealth Luck: A Bat with a Coin

Published Abril 29, 2014 by jptan2012

Today, allow me to introduce you to one of the most unusual powerful symbol to enhance your wealth luck, which is the image of a bat with a coin. I say unusual because for a lot of people a bat is a scary thing, Westerners usually depicts a bat as sign of bad omen and in movies or books, a bat is usually said to a vampire in disguise.

However, as mentioned in one of my previous post – MYTH BUSTER 4: BATS BRINGS BAD LUCK, bats are actually a sign that good fortune is about to come your way. In fact, it is a powerful Feng Shui tip to enhance wealth luck.

For those who want to gain great financial or wealth luck, it is highly recommended that you tap into the power of a bat with a coin. While a symbol of a bat in general generates good fortune or luck, if the bat carries with it a coin, it becomes more focused on what kind of luck it will generate. It will become focus on giving a person good wealth luck.

I’m not sharing this on simple theoretical point of view. I have a friend who actually credits his good financial luck to the bat with coin pendant that I gave him about a year ago.

I’ve known JO for quite sometime now, but because he is a born again Christian, he never really believed in Feng Shui. However, when he encountered a big problem with his business and was in danger of losing everything that he has worked for, he was forced to ask me what to do. I initially suggested the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT, but his religious beliefs prevented him for getting one. He said he couldn’t wear anything that has an image of a Buddha. He said he’ll be ostracized from his church and they’ll call him a backslider. I then suggested that he try a wearing a pendant that has an image of a bat and a coin. I looked into my collection and found one that’s made of lapis lazuli, which is a blue stone. Gave it to him and he wore it. If people ask him he just says that it’s a pendant given to him by his mom who got it in China. The design is very Chinese anyway.

The 'Bat with Coin' pendant I gave my friend mentioned in this post is very similar to this one.

The ‘Bat with Coin’ pendant I gave my friend mentioned in this post is very similar to this one.

According to JO, little by little he noticed that his problems left him and that in a year’s time not only was he able to survive, but more than that, he now has paid off all his debts, wherein the initial projection if everything goes well, it’ll take him 4 years to pay off all his debts. But in a year’s time he was able to pay off all his debts and is now saving money to do a little expansion.

So next time you badly need financial luck enhancement, try to get a pendant that has an image of a bat with a coin. It is better if the pendant is made of lapis lazuli or sodalite or any other blue stone because blue in Feng Shui symbolizes money or wealth. This will actually make the pendant more potent.

Getting Out of Debt

Published Hulyo 9, 2012 by jptan2012

There are ways Feng Shui can help a person get out of debt, one of which is to activate one’s wealth luck. However, as mentioned, getting more money is not a guarantee that one will no longer have debts, because as discussed on our previous post, debt may be because of lack of discipline in handling money and/or karmic.

Allow me to share with you some practical ways to get of debt cause by lack of discipline in handling money.

ACKNOWLEDGE THE MONEY PROBLEM. In all problems, one should start with acknowledging the problem. In fact, once you have face the truth and acknowledge the problem, everything else will be easier.

IDENTIFY THAT YOU SHOULD BE IN CONTROL. It’s quite easy to blame a lot of things why you’re in debt. It’s easy to say that there’s a recession, a bad economy, low salary, etc. But the truth is in a recession and bad economy not everybody is in debt.

STOP ACQUIRING NEW DEBT. This is a no brainer, right? But the truth is sometimes we still continue to acquire new debt thinking that we’re going to pay them off next month, next quarter, or next year. But the truth is, acquiring new debts will only make you drown in debt more. You should stop acquiring new debt.

START ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY FUND. One might think that this is counter intuitive, shouldn’t we pay off our debt first before we set aside funds for emergencies? Wrong, sometimes the reason why we get into debt is because of unforeseen expenses, emergency expenses, by stabling an emergency fund we make sure that we have somewhere to get money from in case of an emergency. However, do make sure that your emergency fund is not easily withdraw-able. Make it a little harder for yourself to access your emergency fund so that you’ll have more time to process whether you really need the money in your emergency fund. My own practice is I set aside 10% of whatever income I get and put it into my emergency fund.

START PAYING OFF YOUR DEBTS. Needless to say, for you to get out of debt you need to pay off your debts. I think to do this you will have to assess your situation. What I advise though is start off with the ones that has the highest interest, and assess how much can you pay each month.

AVOID OR LESSEN YOUR EATING OUT, SHOPPING, AND GOING TO STARBUCK’S. Do you really need to eat out? Does it serve a purpose other than satisfying your taste buds? Do you really need to shop for a new set of clothes? Do you really need to have that Php 140.00 of coffee?

To help you have more determination in dealing with your debt, you can recite the Mantra of the Yellow Dzambhala – OM DZAMBHALA DZALIN DRAYE SOHA. To know more about the Yellow Dzambhala read my post entitled – INCREASE YOUR WEALTH BY PAYING HOMAGE TO YELLOW DZAMBHALA. But remember, more than increasing your wealth, Yellow Dzambhala can also help you ‘manage’ your wealth.

Identifying the Cause of Debt

Published Hulyo 8, 2012 by jptan2012

The past few weeks I’ve been receiving email from people who are in debt. They have been asking me how to get out of it.

The posts FENG SHUI TIPS TO ENHANCE WEALTH LUCK, SIMPLE FENG SHUI TIPS TO ENHANCE WEALTH LUCK should help in making you earn more money, and if your debt is simply because of a spade of bad luck it should help. However, there are other reasons why a person may drown in debt – lack of discipline in handling money, and karmic.

How do you identify the cause?

  1. The tendency to splurge once you gets your money.

There are people who are addicted to spending money. They must spend their money once they have it. I personally of a colleague who is always absent once she got her salary, then she’ll come to work with new clothes, or bags, or jewelries. She also loves changing her mobile phone even if the ‘old’ one is still fairly new and is only several months old.  I think this requires more than Feng Shui to deal with, you need to have psychological help, remember getting psychological help doesn’t mean that you’re psychologically ill, it only means you need help, because the uncontrollable urge to spend usually has deeply rooted motivation, and may also be because of an unrecognized form of addiction.

  1. Over generous.

The other reason for losing money and getting into debt is not really bad, because there are some people who really just are over generous and will help others even if they don’t have enough money themselves. I once saw of a person who will go out of her way to borrow money just to help her friends and or relatives.

  1. Envy

One other major reason is when we tend to envy others and tries to keep up with what they have even if we don’t need it or can’t afford it.

  1. Lack of Knowledge and Support

One other factor is simply lack of knowledge and support. Handling money will need skill and sometimes we simply lack knowledge and support.

  1. Emergencies.

There are times when we all live a simple life, not envious, pretty scrimp on everything and we are fairly discipline in handling money. However, we still get into debt because of some emergencies. This is mostly an indication that it’s karmic.

  1. Bad Luck

Bad things, other than emergencies happen to us whenever we have money. I know of somebody who has been robbed five times in a span of two years. While it indicates severe bad luck and or bad Feng Shui, a lot of it is also karmic.
