Chant – A – Mantra (2): When You Need Compassion, Wisdom, and Power!

Published Hulyo 6, 2016 by jptan2012

A few months back, a reader who happens to be the CEO of one of a big company called me up because he is having some concerns. He said his company is in a crisis because the investor and the board of directors are not very happy on how he is running is company. They felt that the people of the company views him as a weak leader, and he himself has admitted that he is torn in becoming a stricter leader and a compassionate boss. However, being nice to the people of his company made them abuse him. Thus department heads and directors tend to do as they own thing. His position is in danger because of a possible hostile take over.

He is really worried because truth be told he is the one who put up the company, and to expand he has accepted investors who became part of the board. While he remains to be the majority stockholder, two shareholders sharing their share will overtake his share. And this is what his two brothers are planning to do, merge their share so that they can take the company from him.

To summarize his problem, he said he needs his investors and board of directors to be more compassionate to their employees, but at the same time, he said he needs enough ‘power’ to be able to bring his company back to it’s former glory, but at the same time wisdom to do it properly.

When I looked at his office I saw that there are some changes that has to be done, but he said he cannot do it immediately and while he got the Vajrapani Ruel, which is a very powerful amulet, we both felt that chanting some mantras will help.

I told him to chant the following mantras:

  1. MANTRA OF THE BODHISATTVA OF COMPASSION, KUAN YIN: OM MANI PADME HUM

    Bodhisattva Kuan Yin

  2. MANTRA OF THE BODHISATTVA OF WISDOM, MANJUSHRI: OM A RA PA CHA NA DHIH.

Manjushri is a disciple of Sakyamuni Buddha. He is also a great Bodhisattva and is called Bodhisattva Manjushri.

  3. MANTRA OF THE BODHISATTVA OF POWER, VAJRAPANI: OM VAJRAPANI HUM

    vajrapani-6

Namo Vajrapani Bodhisattva / Bodhisattva Vajrapani

I will have to clarify that all Bodhisattvas embodies all these traits: Compassion, Wisdom, and Power. However, there are some traits that are more prominent in some because of the vows that a Bodhisattva made. Everybody who chants the mantra of Kuan Yin (also spelled as Guan Yin or Kwan Yin or Gwan Yin) would know that this is one of the most powerful mantra one can chant. But I thought letting him chant each of these mantra so that these traits that he needs for himself and for his company should become more enhanced.

He would chant the said mantra under deep meditation every morning, and all throughout the day, when he find himself idle (like when he is on the elevator or walking or stuck in traffic) he would alternately chant these mantras.

Several months after, he called me up to tell me that the Vajrapani Ruel and chanting the mantras created harmony and a more compassionate board and at the same time he felt he has made a more powerful and correct decisions to steer the company back to its older glory without ‘harming’ anybody.

Tremendous Financial Loss was Averted because of a Prophetic Dream

Published Mayo 5, 2014 by jptan2012

Today, I would like to share with you the story of a friend’s friend who had a prophetic dream that averted of what would have been a tremendous financial loss.

VM is a friend of a friend. Having heard about thru our common friend he ask our friend to request to meet up with him, because a dream is greatly bothering him. According to VM, he dreamt that their company CEO, who happens to be his father’s brother –in – law, to his house, invited him. In his dream, when he arrived at the house of his uncle, he was greeted by a pack of dogs, and they were all barking at him. All of sudden the surrounding changed and he found himself at the lobby of their building, but the pack of dogs were still fiercely barking at him, this time his uncle, who is the CEO of their company was desperately trying to control all the dogs.fireced dog barking

This greatly bothered him, because he dreamt of this dream twice in a week, and he doesn’t like his uncle, and was never close to his aunt and cousins, so he doesn’t really understand why would he dream of going to their house.

When VM told me about his dream, I was quite bothered and became cautious about how I would ‘interpret’ it for him. In Buddhism and Taoism, when a person dreams of a dog fiercely barking at him, it usually means loss of money. If it is a pack of dogs, then it usually means that the financial loss will be quite big.

In VM’s dream, the dogs that were fiercely barking at him was his uncle’s dogs, so I took it as a sign that the financial loss will be cause by his uncle. And then in dreamt that all of a sudden that location changed and they were transported at their building’s lobby, so I took it as a sign that the financial loss is going to happen to their company.

I proceeded to explain this to VM and told him that the financial loss is going to come from the office of his uncle. What I didn’t say at that time was it’s possible that his uncle was stealing and siphoning money from the company. Little did I know then that this what crossed his mind when I told him about how I interpreted his dream.

VM had another question, why would he be the one to dream about it, his position in the company was not high enough for him to notice that something should be amiss, meaning, the dream couldn’t have been a subliminal communication of what he has already observed. But I think it was quite obvious, he doesn’t like his uncle so he would be the most susceptible to get the message.

VM decided to talk to his father who is the President and majority stockholder of their family corporation. He knows that he cannot approach his father and tell him that he is basing all this in a dream, so he decided to create a little white lie that somebody left a note on his desk warning him of his uncle. He created the note himself. To add more credibility he created another note and anonymously sends it to a cousin (his father’s deceased brother’s son) who also works in their family corporation. The father was forced to investigate, and they found out that his brother – in – law was indeed stealing money from their company to finance his other business. This causes a tremendous sadness amongst them especially with VM’s dad, because his own father built the business, and he was the one who made it grow really big. On top of that, he made sure that his family would all benefit and help in the business. The reason his brother – in – law became the CEO because VM’s father himself has retired from being the CEO, and his only brother has passed away and his sister decided that she will retire and let her husband handle her shares.

The CEO was fired and VM’s father once again took the position. They found out that VM’s father was in cahoots with the corporate treasurer and other non – family officers. So they have to let go of a lot of people. They were seriously in danger of going bankrupt!

This is when VM told his father the truth about the dream and having read about the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT, decided to tell his dad to get the pendant. He did. Last I heard from VM is that they’re doing fine, the company is on its way becoming great again. They’ve recovered but they still haven’t reached the financial stability that they want to achieve, but he said what’s important for now is that they have recovered.

NOTE: I didn’t put this under personal testimony of the WISH FULFILLING AND BUDDHA’S BLESSING MANTRA PENDANT because there was no clear indication that the pendant did in fact saved their company. VM’s father is a shrewd businessman and leader so I cannot be sure whether he really needs the pendant at that time. Having met him though, he personally told me that he believes that it was the pendant that helped him saved the company. In fact, he decided to get several more for his family and for the family members who hold key position in the company, like his nephews and nieces.

Again, I would like to request everybody that unless you’ve requested for the pendant, please don’t use WFBBMP as your subject when you email me. It seems that all of you who emails me has now decided to use that as subject instead.
