Lost of Power and Support Because of the Garage!

Published Setyembre 28, 2017 by jptan2012

Allow me to share with you the story of a former colleague. Joanna (Jo) is a former colleague back when I was still an employee. She is a very intelligent and hardworking woman, and for a time she was the sole breadwinner of her family. She earns good salary because she is quite good with what she do, and I enjoyed working with her before she was a great team player, so a few years after I left I was not surprised that she also left the said company for a bigger one.

I found out that she became a unit director of one of one of the biggest real estate company in the Philippines. And although we don’t get to talk as much, I will constantly hear from common friends about her and that she is doing quite well.

One day, I heard that she has bought a property and had it renovated so she and parents and younger brother will be moving into the said house. She never requested me to Feng Shui audit her house only because she doesn’t believe in Feng Shui.

And so I was really surprised when she got in touch with me and told me about her concern. Apparently, since moving into the said house, things start to fall apart. While before she enjoys the support of her staff and her bosses, it seems gradually she is becoming an island in her company. She now seems powerless while before she was considered as one of the most powerful voice in the said company. A mutual friend suggested that she consult me and out of desperation she reached out to me.

It was not hard for us to meet, although we never had the opportunity before, because the company she worked for is also my client in my main business and so we agreed to meet.

Before we arranged to meet, I told bring a floor plan of her house and also some pictures. When she showed me the floor plan and the pictures, I immediately asked her whether her bedroom is above the garage because the floor plan shows that there is a room on top of the garage. She said yes, and I told her that’s the problem.

You see, a garage is considered as an empty space or a no ‘chi’ area of the house. That place is considered as empty or dead chi. While it is normally neutral, having a room on top of it makes it really bad because it will mean that you are ‘living’ on top of an empty space or a space with dead chi, and that will make your life chi weak thus taking out power and support away from you.

This is especially bad if the garage happens to be on the sector of your good luck. This is determined thru the Kua number.

The solution to this now is really to put a powerful amulet in that area. I would normally recommend to put Vajrapani Ruel(1) or any powerful amulet like the Surangama Mantra Amulet or the Traditional Sutra Amulet. But at that time these amulets were not yet available so I told her to put on some light in the garage, and to make it really bright. And if possible to have a dog or cat or even a child play in that area whenever possible and to play some music in that area. Jo decided to install lights and she installed a speaker in the area so whenever they play music inside the house, the music is also played in the garage. She from time to time also has her dog play in the area.

Jo told me that these things helped, and slowly she regained the power and popularity and support that she used to enjoy.

Jo has since then put a Vajrapani Ruel in the area and she said she could feel that putting an amulet in the area proved to be better because she again just had another promotion. She is now Junior Vice – President of the said company!

Depression Caused By A Haunted House!

Published Hunyo 10, 2016 by jptan2012

Depression-1A few months ago my sister requested me to check the house of the daughter of her client. She knows that I don’t really want to do Feng Shui audit consultations anymore, because this is not my business and because it takes a lot of time from my business. However, she said she feels that this family really needs my assistance.

The daughter of her client, let’s just call her CZ, is a married woman and a mother of two very beautiful young daughters. Both she and her husband are architects, and have started to put their own company. When her father – in – law passed away, his property was divided amongst his children, and CZ and her husband got one of the newest property that he acquired before he passed away.

CZ’s father – in – law got the said property in a really very affordable amount, because it is said to be haunted, but he is not very ‘superstitious’ and he believes that the property is in a prime area so he bought it. As mentioned, when he passed away, CZ’s husband inherited the said property. And CZ and her husband are not very superstitious also; in fact, they are not very religious also. So without qualms they decided to renovate the place, which has been abandoned for several years, and decided to make it their new home.

During the renovations, workers would complain that they normally see woman with a child crying. But CZ and her husband attributed it to the fact that they may be familiar with the reputation of the house.

So after the renovation, CZ, her husband, and their children moved into the new house. Everything was perfectly fine but soon they noticed that husband and wife started to quarrel a lot. This bothered themselves because they seem to be a perfect couple and they are so in love with each other, but as mentioned they started to quarrel a lot, and some times her husband would not even go home, saying the house makes him really depressed.

Soon CZ noticed that she seems always tired and unable to take care of her children, to top it off, she found herself not going to work a lot and simply stays at home. But when she is at home she seems to sulk a lot for no apparent reason. Their children started to quarrel a lot and started to fail in school.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, CA and her whole family decided to go see a psychiatrist and they were told that they are suffering from depression. Although, it was not clear why did they all suffer from depression at the same time.

After seeing their psychiatrist for 6 months, nothing changed, what’s worst is that at one point CZ was so depressed that she attempted suicide. If it were not for her sister – in – law who is aware of their family’s woes that decided to pay them a visit without announcing it to them, CZ might have died.

At this point, CZ’s mom decided to ask my sister about Feng Shui. My sister has already mentioned me to her before, and she thought whatever is causing the problem might be caused by bad Feng Shui.

Given that the situation warrants for an immediate attention, I agreed to visit CZ’s house. At that time, CZ was still in the hospital, and it was only the husband and the house helpers who were in the house to accommodate use. Their children are staying in CZ’s mom and CZ’s youngest sister is taking care of them. CZ’s mom was with us.

The very first time I went into her house, all. I can feel is a very ‘heavy’ chi pervades the whole house. It is quite well lighted and modern but somehow it still has the gloomy feel. I went around the house, but several times it feels like there is more of us going around the house, other than CZ’s husband, me, my sister and client (CZ’s mom).

I saw some Feng Shui blunders but nothing enough to cause the problem that they shared with us. However, I knew something is wrong with the house that somehow I am unable to pinpoint. As I always tell my readers and friends, exorcism is not my expertise. And psychic diagnosis of house is not my expertise also. But somehow the energy is so strong that I seem to be sure that there is an entity in the house. I mentioned this to CZ’s mom and that’s when they told me of the history of the house.

Hearing our conversation, some of the helpers said that they would often see a lady with a young boy beside her inside CZ’s room. At this point, CZ’s husband would also tell us that their younger daughter sometimes to claim that a lady with young boy would always be around their mom, so sometimes they would just avoid their mom.

I was at a lost as to what to do because, as I said, these kinds of cases are not my expertise. So initially, I decided to do a cleansing ritual with the use of incense. But the following day I called my Guru Lama to inquire as to what I should do. My Guru Lama did a remote viewing of the place, and he said that the entities leaving in the said house are Hungry Ghost who is formerly humans who died at the same time because of a violent husband/father. He did not directly say it, but I think he is insinuating that they died of murder.

My Guru Lama offered to do some ritual on his end, and he suggested that they put Vajrapani Ruel, which is considered to be the world’s most popular amulet in the Buddhist pantheon, in some selected parts of the home of CZ.

Writing this now because CZ and her husband personally called me to inform me that they are now back to normal. CZ enjoyed working again, and their children are in the upbeat mood, including her husband.

As for the said entity, according to my Guru Lama they have since moved on.

I just thought I’d share this story so that all of us will be conscious and vigilant of our home or office. Sometimes the problem is not about Feng Shui, sometimes a haunted house is not all about ghostly hauntings, in fact, very often it is about how these entities affects our psychological, emotional, and mental well – being.

Vajrapani Ruel Stories (29): Twelve Million Pesos Business Deal From An Online Lead!

Published Mayo 17, 2016 by jptan2012

business contractThis is the 29th Vajrapani Ruel miraculous story that I’m sharing but the truth is there is so much more that has been shared that has not been put in the category of the ‘VAJRAPANI RUEL STORIES’ and so much more that has been shared with me that I haven’t written yet only because some of the stories are almost the same with the others. But each miraculous story is quite unique in its own way.

However, today allow me to share with you another Vajrapani Ruel miraculous story that was shared with me by a brother of a reader who requested for the Vajrapani Ruel.

Jason K is a brother of a reader who has requested for the Vajrapani Ruel and the ‘Wish Fulfilling and Buddha’s Blessing Mantra Pendant’. I have never asked Jason whether he has read my blog, so I really don’t know whether he is a reader, although, I’m quite sure that his brother is a reader. Jason K contacted me because his daughter who was born in the year of the Ox had had some accidents since the year started and so as advised by his brother he requested for the ILLNESS SUPPRESSION AMULET. Nevertheless, during our conversation he requested me to do a general reading of his Paht Chee because he said he is having problems with collections, and since his brother is already a friend I agreed to it even though I really no longer accept Bazi or Paht Chee analysis. This was also subsequently followed by a Feng Shui audit of his house. The Feng Shui audit revealed that he is technically living in the wrong house. His Kua Directions are in total conflict with the orientation of his house.

Anyway, he ends up also acquiring the Vajrapani Ruel.

About a month after he acquired the Vajrapani Ruel we were on the phone for a different matter, and he shared with me that since he got the Vajrapani Ruel and made the Feng Shui adjustments that I suggested things have started to become better for him. In fact, he said he believes that it is because of the Vajrapani Ruel that he was able to close a 12 Million Pesos (Philippine peso) deal without a sweat. Well, this one is literally without a sweat because the client just went online to search for a contractor and he happened to land on Jason’s company website. The client called them up and voila they agreed on a Php 12,000,000.00 business deal!

Vajrapani Ruel

The Vajrapani Ruel looks simple, maybe even rustic, but this simple amulet is packed with a special talisman paper inside, with various ingredients, which includes Namtso Salt, soil, various herbs and plants, crystal, and a relic from a high lama. It’s important to put the ruel inside a amulet holder or something sturdy as to not ruin it. If the cloth had tear which exposes or spill the ingredients inside, the ruel becomes useless. The Vajrapani Ruel itself is only about 1 to 2 inches and it varies from one ruel to another.

I clarified with Jason whether he believes that it is indeed the Vajrapani Ruel that paves the way for him to close this deal. And he said yes, because it has never happened to him that zero – lead client will just search the net and entrust the project to them and things generally has become better. That is according to Jason.

If that is not a wonderful financial luck or money luck then I don’t what it is.

Regular readers of this blog might remember that another reader, whose story I shared in a post called – Vajrapani Ruel Stories (15): 90 Million Pesos Mutual Funds Deal Closed Without A Sweat! – the difference is that in the first story the person has already established a relationship with the client. In the case of Jason there was no prior relationship.

This only shows that the Vajrapani Ruel is a powerful wealth luck / financial luck / money luck amulet. However, I will be the first one to clarify that while the Vajrapani Ruel has strong wealth luck or financial luck testimonials, and while it works for such matter, it is still primarily a protection amulet. To understand the Vajrapani Ruel better I suggest you also read the other posts about the Vajrapani Ruel, which you can find below especially – Is the Vajrapani Ruel Really An Amulet for Financial Luck and Wealth Luck? And Understanding the Vajrapani Ruel Stories: Clarifying the Difference in the Miracles and Why The Anonymity of Those Who Experienced It. And The World’s Most Powerful Amulet in the Buddhist Pantheon Called Vajrapani Ruel. I’m saying this because I think it is extremely wrong to simply look at the Vajrapani Ruel as a wealth-enhancing amulet, an amulet that brings in only money. The Vajrapani Ruel is an extension of the Bodhisattva Vajrapani’s power and so we should give it the reverence it deserves and not look at it as a money amulet.

A Mirror May Cause Hostilities

Published Hulyo 12, 2012 by jptan2012

I decided to write this post because in my experience, this is one of the major mistake I often see in the houses that I’ve visited.

Putting a mirror that reflects the front door may cause hostilities both inside and out. I’ve seen a lot of families experiencing different kinds of hostilities and upon dong a Feng Shui audit it is usually cause by a mirror inside the house that reflects the front door.

Why is this so? Because the chi that comes from outside that goes inside the house is reflected back out right away because of the mirror, and because of this the ‘fresh’ chi inside the house is limited and this usually causes hostilities inside the house. Meaning,  spouses and/or siblings and/or parents and child or children will quarrel a lot.

Another effect is hostilities from outside also happens, meaning you’ll find yourself not getting along with your neighbor and/or with the baranggay.

Bad Feng Shui Fashion

Published Marso 22, 2012 by jptan2012

I don’t have the right to write about fashion. I don’t have any fashion sense that is why in my marketing consultancy business I never took on any clients that has something to do with fashion.

For me, clothes are not about what is nice, but it’s more of what’s comfortable and what is lucky or unlucky for me. Many times when I recommend something to a friend and/or relative, they’ll tell me that it’s very unfashionable.

Well, I don’t think Feng Shui has to be unfashionable. Feng Shui would be able to tell you what you need to wear or what you shouldn’t be wearing but it’s up to you to make it ‘fashionable’.

So, after confessing that I don’t have the right to write about fashion, allow me to share with you a very common bad Feng Shui fashion that I see a lot especially amongst the younger generation.

What is that fashion? Ripped Jeans!

Maybe it’s not as fashionable now as it used to be, there was a time that it was the coolest thing to wear, however, ripped jeans is one of the worst ‘fashion’ that you can adopt. I know some people would even actually rip their own jeans! The web has a lot of site that teaches you to rip your jeans. But wearing ripped jeans creates bad Feng Shui and may actually steal your good chi or energy.

Wearing ripped jeans will create so much bad Feng Shui for you that it will surely have some effect on your career, health, financial life, or even personal life.

About a couple of years ago, my cousin called to ask for my assistance. His friend’s daughter used to be an honor student but she has since started to get lower grades. She also has become a little rebellious while she used to be the nicest child among their 4 children. They’re afraid that it could be because of the bad Feng Shui since they’ve just recently moved into a new house.

I first did a Bazi analysis of the said daughter, however, it did show that she has the Scholastic Star and that she seem to be a good child and intelligent girl. Next, I did a Feng Shui audit of their house, however, other than minor Feng Shui mistakes the house is actually lucky. In fact, I can’t seem to find any problems that may be causing the change in the daughter. At the time that I went there, the daughter was in school and I didn’t get to meet her.

I was exploring the idea that other than Feng Shui could be causing the problem. However, her parents were insistent that everything has been pretty much the same except her daughter and those they’ve recently moved into a new house. I decided to be honest with them and told them that I can’t help them and can’t seem to pinpoint the problem, unless she’s sleeping on a ‘broken’ bed with ripped bed sheets, and I also said that it doesn’t seem to be the case because when I checked her bed during the Feng Shui audit everything seems to be fine. At this point, the mother had a Feng Shui ‘light bulb’ moment! She asked me whether it applies to wearing ripped jeans. I said yes, and as it turn out, as influenced by her friends, the daughter had started wearing ripped jeans about a year before they notice the problem. They talked to their daughter and they got rid of all the ripped jeans. She graduated at the top of her class and needless to say she became her old self again!
