If you were a regular reader of this blog, you would know by now that passing under a stair is a terrible Feng Shui blunder. In fact, I have share one of my bad experience because of committing this Feng Shui blunder.

However, I realized that there are times that one can’t avoid committing this Feng Blunder. So if you really can’t avoid committing this Feng Shui blunder, I suggest you chant three times a powerful protective mantra, then cross under the stairs, then chant four times the same powerful mantra that you chanted.

The Kalachakra Symbol is a powerful protection symbol. It is actually ten syllable mantra compressed into one symbol. The mantra is HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. However, it is usually chanted with OM AH HUM thus making the complete mantra as OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT. It is because off this that I decided to put the symbolic script OM AH HUM on top of Kalachakra Symbol.

For this I suggest that you chant the Kalachakra Mantra – OM AH HUM HO HAM KSHAMALA VARAYA HUM PHAT, or the Bodhisattva Vajrapani Mantra – OM VAJRAPANI HUM.

But let me clarify that it is better if you are wearing a Kalachakra Pendant or carrying a Vajrapani Ruel. However, it has to be noted to completely avoid this blunder unless truly necessary than I suggest you do the following before committing the blunder.
