When I started becoming more health conscious may mga bagay akong nalaman na sa tingin natin eh walang kuwenta pero unti-unti nagpapapasama sa kalusugan natin.

Ang ilan dito ay…

1. Kung nagpapapayat at nag cra-crave ng sweets mas makakabuting kumain nito kahit konti kasi pag sobrang tiniis eh baka mag binge tayo.

2. Exercising without loading up on liquid is like driving a car without gasoline.

3. Sitting in front of the whole computer may cause stroke.

Madami pang iba. Pero recently, nagsulat din ang Yahoo! ng online article that talks about bad habits that may lead to bad health.
