DASH Diet, the best diet?

May bagong diet fad na lumalabas. DASH diet ang tawag dito. Actually, hindi naman daw ito para sa weight loss, kundi ang diet na ito raw ay concentrated on getting your sodium low and para mawala ang hypertension o para hindi magkasakit sa puso. The weight loss is only a secondary effect of the diet.

Medyo maganda ang reviews ng diet na ito. Personally, I’m not sure whether I’m going to try it or not. I still believe proper diet is still the best diet. Pero I suppose, lumalamang itong diet na ito in the sense the its really low in sodium, which is really good.
